Glimpse Of A Situation

Thin looking tall boy stands up according to the teacher’s order.
” Don’t you know how to behave in a class ? This is not your home young man . Chattering with others while I’m teaching is a bad behavior and I suppose I must not say this again. If you do this again, I might have to inform your parents. Now sit ”
After listening to the teacher’s lecture, the tall boy sits .
” Don’t take these things too much dude. He’s always like this”
“Yeah no problem in that ”
The scene ends..

After several years..
The same teacher gets a call to someone..
” Hello, Is your garage open today? I have some things to repair in my car.. I’m coming there ..”
The other end of the phone..
” You are always welcome my friend. Come at anytime. I’ll do your work free of charge”
“Oh it’s alright this time . I must not always do that”
” Ha ha .. let’s take care of these things later . Come soon to the garage then ”
” Ha ha of course I will”
The call ends.
The teacher goes to the garage in his car.. The door is opened but none is seemed to be inside.
” Is anyone there?”

A tall boy comes out from one side with black spots on his shirt.
” Oh sir ! Please come. Dad told that you will come . I will do your work quickly”
The teacher looks into that boy ..
” Is he the same boy who got blamed by me? I thought he might have a better future than this ! “A man comes out quickly from inner side..
” Oh hello Mr. Fred . I told my son to do your work until I come. I suppose he hasn’t broken your car ? ”
” Oh no nothing like that. He’s a good boy who can have a far more better job than this. ”
” What do you mean my friend?”
“I mean, he’s a clever boy who can learn well. Even you have money very well . Why don’t you send your son to a private college and give him a good education? It will give him a good reputed job than this”
” Hm.. As you are saying I will think about it. He’s my only son so I have to think much before doing anything”
” Yes that’s right ”

After some months..
A knock on the door. The same teacher goes and open it.
“Sir”
” Ah. You ?! Come in . Come in. What’s the matter ?”
” Sir , my dad put me into a private engineering college. I’m going there for the first time tomorrow. Dad told me to come and tell you this ”
The teacher thinks..
” So he has got a good decision ”
” That’s good. Good luck young man. Build up your future ”
“Sir, my dad gave this letter to you ”
The teacher takes the letter and looks..
” Thank you so much for showing the right path to me. Today, because of you , my son is going to start a new life..”
The scene ends..

After several years..
A phone rings…
” Who’s calling?”
” Sir it’s me . Boy who went to a private engineering campus…..”
” Oh you! Now what is the matter? Any reason to call me?”
” I got a job in America sir. It’s a well paid job and I’m going for it tomorrow. I will come after five years sir ”
” Five years! Then your father might also be coming with you?”
” No sir. He has to take care of his business. He can’t come”
The teacher felt a tug at heart .. ” Did I give a wrong advise?”
Then he tells the young boy ..
” Are you leaving your father alone !?”
” Sir , I Know what you mean . But the stream which I selected in my campus , has jobs only in America . So I have to go”
” Ah!”
” Alright sir. I will keep the phone now”
The call ends..
The teacher thinks deeply .
” I must go and meet his dad ”
He comes to a conclusion.
At that very time, he goes by his car to that boy’s home.
The teacher rings the door bell of the house..
Triiiiiinnnnn….
A low sharp sound comes from inside..
” Coming…”
” You here ?”
” Yes , I want to talk to you about your son ”
” I am sorry to say this but I want to hear nothing from you . Because of you, my son is now leaving me. He was with me before he went to that campus. And I … I took that decision because of you! Now I’m losing my son because of you! You are responsible for all of these things!”
The teacher looks at him motionlessly..
