Naira’s Pov
Finally after a wonderful day we were now heading off to our farm house and tomorrow again we will be back in our daily life struck up with our routines
All others gushed quickly in their respective cars while I was tempted to sit with Kartik
It was a silent drive peaceful enough for us until he broke the ice
“So?” He said
“So?” I repeated

“How was your day?” He asked
“Best” I said resting my head blissfully
“It was my best birthday ever till date and all thanks to you for doing so much for me and I really mean it but one question Why did you do this for me? ” I asked to which he just smiled

” Some things don’t need any reason Naira.” He said
” You know not only you even I got a surprise today!” He continued
“What???” I said acting like a kid
“You! I saw the real Naira Singhania today chirping and dancing around and I was amazed to see this side of yours and trust me Naira it is…” He said gazing at me
“It is?” I repeated
“It is most beautiful side of yours.” He said gripping my hand as he kissed it gently while I closed my eyes in bliss
We soon reached our destination and I realised that our hands were interwined​
throughout our drive
I just gazed at our interwined hands and then at this man sitting beside me
I soon released my hand as we headed off to our respective​ rooms while all others had already dozed off to sleep

I quickly had a shower and got myself changed into casuals
I was not at all sleepy so just headed off to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee
I came across Kartik’s room to find the lights still on as an idea ran through my mind.
Instead of one I prepared to cups of coffee and walked towards his room

Kartik’s Pov
I was just engrossed in my phone pacing around when someone knocked at the door
I opened the door to find Naira standing there with two cups of coffee
“Coffee?” She asked me and I took one from her hand
“Just needed one!” I said giving her my best smile
“Come with me” she said and I happily followed her

We reached the terrace as the cool breeze hit our faces blowing away her hair strands.
We both sat on the swing there enjoying the calmness of the night and I was having my best time with her beside me as we sipped her amazing coffee
She rested her head on shoulder peacefully as I wrapped an arm around her to keep her close
None of us said a word to each other
Words were not required it was just about that moment when we were together close to each other
“Kartik why are we leaving tomorrow? Can’t we stay here only?” She said breaking away the silence

“Naira one day or the other we had to leave I know none of us want to go but we also know that none of us can stay here forever” I said giving her a reality check
“Everything was so magical here and from tomorrow we all will be back in our routines and nothing will be like this” she said
“Nothing will change Naira!” I said gripping her hand to assure her
“Sure na?” She said playing with our fingers
“Yes” I said resting my chin on her head
“Kartik?” She said a little loud as I released her from my embrace
“What happened?” I asked a little worried
“What is this on your hand?” She said pointing towards a wound which I might have got while doing the preparations but cared about the least
“Nothing serious Princess just a scratch I’ll manage” I said

“Are you mad or what? Can’t you see it’s so deep now shut up and come with me” She said as she dragged me towards her room swiftly
Well the wound was deep enough and hence she was back in her lioness mode ready to eat me alive if I objected her
She quickly made me sit on her bed as she grabbed the first aid box kept nearby
She gently applied the antiseptic​ but it burned a little to much due to the deepness as I winced in pain a little

Naira’s Pov
My heart cringed seeing him wincing in pain and this idiot said it was just a mere wound and nothing serious
Well boys will be boys no matter what!
I tried to be gentle but the wound was deep enough to make him wince in pain again
Tears filled in my eyes seeing him that way
I finally bandaged it as a lone tear escaped my eyes and fell on his palm
“Naira?” He said moving my head up to look into my teary eyes and I just hugged him tightly consoling myself that he was fine
“It was just wound baby girl” he said gently stroking my hair as he hugged me back
“Never leave me alone!” I said
“Never ever Princess.You’ll have to bear me” He said smiling and then gently kissed my forehead wiping away the small tears off my eyes
I blushed as he did that
He then picked me up and placed me on the bed carefully as he tucked me in the blanket
Stroking my hair for one last time while gazing at me he bent down and kissed one of my cheeks and I had my eyes shut to control the emotions playing inside me
“Good night Princess” He said

“Good night” I replied with a smile as he left the room switching off the lights and I dozed off to sleep watching his figure vanishing away!

A romance filled episode!
I am sure u guys will be jumping out of joy imagining the stuff as much as I did while writing it
So from the next chapter onwards we’ll be switching back to their college life
Fresher’s coming up soon and yes a new entry too to spice up the things
Many of you have been asking about the proposal so the proposal is very far as of now
Things are not that simple enough when it comes to a Kaira Love Story
And yes i’ll be updating irregularly due to my crash courses going on
