Devyani interrupted Madhuri and continued telling Virat about the scene that was created in Chavan Nivas and how almost everyone pounced upon Sai including Ashwini Kaku. Hearing his mother’s name he felt numb. Devyani told that when Bhavani told this Devyani felt heartbroken she felt shocked an she ground beneath her shake…….though her heart refused to listen the message she felt shaken up she cried bitterly and fell down on the ground…….using her daughter’s broken state Bhavani got an opportunity to put Sai in the badlight  of all the family members.  Everyone  including Ashwini, Shivani and Mohit blamed Sai for Devyani’s state.  Though Sai tried to defend Pulkit all her words fell on deaf ears. Agitated by Sai’s behaviour of defending Pulkit, Ashwini spole rudely with Sai and told that she didn’t belong to the family and that she was just Virat’s responsibility……..She should not meddle in family matters and should focus on her studies. Infact Shivani also didn’t let Sai meet Devyani and also told that she shouldn’t be defending Pulkit who broke Devyani’s heart. At that time she decided to investigate the matter on her own.

She quickly went to Pulkit’s house where Madhuri showed her proofs of how Pulkit loved Devyani unconditionally and never married any woman named Sangeeta Deshpanday. Infact Sangeeta named person never existed and all this was done to frame Pulkit and prevent the wedding.  Madhuri continued they went it the bank where they saw Pulkit’s wallet lying under the seat and the car was unlocked…..being a police man’s daughter Sai easily identified that Pulkit had been kidnapped but they didn’t know how to locate him. She assured Madhuri that she would surely locate Pulkit. Later that evening when Sai returned to Chavan Nivas she quickly went to meet Devyani who told what she heard . Devyani told Sai that she heard Bhavani speak to some goon named Dadu Bhai who had sent the message from Pulkit’s number to Bhavani on Ninad’s saying and that she would be sending  1 lakh rupees  in cash to him at the fall of night. Sai then understood that the mastermind behind Pulkit’s kidnapping and the message was Bhavani and her gang as they didn’t want 2  lovers to reunite. They also wanted Sai to be in the badlight of the family members and so that she would leave their house soon. Later Sai called up Madhuri and hatched a plan to find Pulkit. 

That night she pretended infront of Bhavani and told that she was sorry for bringing Pulkit and apologised to each and every family member. Bhavani felt proud that finally she showed Sai that she was the main player in the game that they played .She felt as though she won a gold medal at the Olympics not knowing that sometimes just as in the Game of Chess the pieces are moved back and the defense is made stronger without the opponents knowledge …..similarly Sai too had made a plan……..Bhavani didn’t know that she would be soon Checkmated.  Later that night Sai took Usha Maushi’s phone and put Madhuri in the conference call. She asked Madhuri to throw a piece of paper wrapped with a stone demanding a ransom of 50 lakhs.  Madhuri exactly did what she was asked to do…. and this shocked Bhavani as the letter stated that if they didn’t pay 50 lakhs  he would expose them to the cops and confess about his kidnapping too…….and all of them would land in trouble. Bhavani quickly called Omkar and Ninad to her room and gave them some of her jewellery and asked them to hurry up and quickly leave and meet Dadu and make sure none of the family members grow suspicious on them. Sai knew she would do something like this and had kept Usha’s phone in Ninad and Omkar’s car and had turned on the live location.

At that time Madhuri had an audio recording of Bhavani confessing to her crimes of kidnapping Pulkit and how she hated the fact that Sai was going to reunite Devyani and Pulkit.  Infact she even stated that the fake letter was written by Patralekha and was glad that she had a daughter in law who followed her footsteps and helped her in the crime  .This shocked Virat completely as he didn’t expect  this from his so called Best friend. He always thought that she would wish good for his family but it seemed that she was a very cunning woman.  Madhuri then told that they both started following the live location but knew that the needed to hurry up else something disastrous May happen. At that time Milind who was passing by offered them lift . The live location stopped at the outskirts of Nagpur as the connection was lost as Pulkit had been kept in an isolated corner of the jungle .Sai quickly asked Madhuri and Milind to return  back as she knew she would have to take a lot of risk and that someone needed to be with Harini tooo.  Later Pulkit continued……He said that Sai climbed up one of the tall trees to figure out where the camp was. Soon she saw some lights coming from the north east corner and went towards it quickly .There she saw Ninad and Omkar having drinks with Dadu Bhai and handing over 1 lakh rupees in cash as well as the jewellery.  Sai searched for Pulkit and found him…tied she quickly untied  him and they both ran as fats as they could from the spot……They ran to the main road where they got lift from a kind old man who dropped then to Pulkit’s house. The goons had beaten up Pulkit …..so Sai nursed his wounds and made sure that he was safe….She requested DIG Sir to provide protection to Pulkit as she knew Bhavani wouldn’t stay quiet. Meanwhile Ninad and Omkar along with Dadu Bhai drank a lot of wine and fell asleep there in The camp it was only in the morning that they realized  that Pulkit had escaped and taken his phone along with him. They knew it was pointless searching him as they felt that now he wouldn’t even dare to look at The Chavan Parivaar or even marry Devyani..Hearing all this Virat felt ashamed of his own family he felt that he had been backstabbed by his own people.
