Since the fest was to begin in the afternoon post lunch……Sai , Usha and Barkha quickly went to the parlour for a facial. They returned and quickly got ready. Since Barkha would be performing on the stage …..Sai helped Barkha pack all her accessories and makeup items as well as an extra pair of clothes. Usha wore a beautiful Saree meanwhile Sai wore a long skirt . They reached the venue where media person’s were ready to pounce on Barkha . Giving Barkha he space as she interacted with the media Sai and Usha headed to the auditorium where they quickly grabbed their seats. Virat who knew about the fest was given the responsibility of the security management. He noticed Barkha who was interacting with the media and clicking selfies with her fans. He decided to meet her and speak to her . The fest started with the host announcing the winners of the best actors and actresses . An hour later there was a dance performance by Barkha where she danced on Mohe rang do Laal, Apsara Ali and Chane ke khet mein. She was awarded the best dancer of the year as well as the most promising artist of the year. Sai and Usha whistled for her and clicked many pictures.
Barkha got emotional at their gestures as till date she had none to call family and all of a sudden Bappa gave her a small but loving family which celebrated all her happiness and never let her feel low . Later as the first day of the fest ended Sai,Usha and Barkha where having dinner where Barkha introduced Sai to a young and handsome guy who was about 27 years old. She introduced him as Dr.Arjun Mehta……the youngest oncologist of India who had studied in Harvard Medical College and had recently opened a rural health care centre for the the villages bordering Goa. Sai was impressed meanwhile Arjun was lost in her simplicity and beauty of her smile. Barkha then told that Arjun was also good in dancing and had a good taste in fashion infact he smiled and told that it was because of his mother who was a model and a fashion designer. Later a woman maybe in her late 50s joined them.
She was impressed with Sai’s behaviour as she bent to seek her blessings. Barkha then told them THAT Sai was an intern working in Goa Medical College and wanted to study radiology. Arjun was impressed hearing about that. Meanwhile Barkha and the woman left the youngsters alone so that they could speak. In the other corner Barkha hugged the woman and thanked her ….She told thank you Deepashree for always guiding me well in the fashion and making me your model.Deepashree smiled and told that she was Barkha’s fan and asked her about Sai. Hearing that Barkha then told about Sai and how she met Sai and the entire story. Meanwhile Arjun was lost in Sai ‘s beautiful smile . Sai then asked him about his career and why he came back to India when he could have settled abroad. Arjun smiled and told that he wanted to set up his health care practise in India as he wanted to stay connected to his roots and culture…….also he never wanted to leave his mother alone after his father cheated on her. Hearing that Sai felt guilty and apologised for asking a personal question. Arjun smiled and told it’s fine as he never let his past affect him . Sai was impressed with the way he handled himself and the way he guided her about the upcoming post graduation exams. They even exchanged numbers.
