Alarmed, Isha informs Shantanu about Savi’s accident. Bhagyashree anxiously inquires about Savi’s condition, but Isha, overwhelmed with emotion, angrily tells her to remain silent. Sai overhears the conversation and asks if her mother is hurt. Isha says nothing and leaves with Shantanu, while Bhagyashree tries to comfort Sai.
At the hospital, Rajat wanders around in confusion. Raju calls him, informing him that Savi is at the city hospital. Rajat rushes over but is stopped by Anubhav, who confronts him for ruining Savi’s life. When Rajat claims, “Savi is my wife,” Anubhav sharply reminds him of his accusations against Savi and her decision to file for divorce. Declaring he won’t let Rajat near Savi, Anubhav asserts his role as her childhood friend. Their argument intensifies, and tensions escalate as they grab each other’s collars, creating a scene. A doctor intervenes, breaking up the fight, and urges Anubhav to arrange blood urgently due to Savi’s critical condition. Anubhav contacts his team and secures the blood, ignoring Rajat’s inquiries about her blood group.
Rajat insists he cares for Savi, but Anubhav dismisses him, pointing out that he doesn’t even know her blood group. Anubhav harshly accuses Rajat of neglecting Savi’s dreams, revealing that she aspired to become an IAS officer and struggled alone after her parents’ death. He declares Rajat the worst person he has ever met, highlighting how little he knows about Savi compared to how deeply she understood him. When Anubhav’s team delivers the AB-negative blood, Rajat realizes it matches his own blood type and argues he could have donated it. Anubhav rebuffs him, saying Savi doesn’t need his help.
When Isha and the family arrive at the hospital, they anxiously ask about Savi’s condition. Anubhav takes Isha to sign the consent form for the surgery. Later, the doctor informs them that Savi’s chances of survival are slim, leaving everyone devastated. Overcome with guilt and anger, Isha confronts Rajat, blaming him for destroying her daughter’s life. Shantanu regrets agreeing to Savi’s marriage to Rajat and vows never to forgive him if something happens to her. Raju also scolds Rajat, holding him responsible and demanding he leave the hospital.
Rajat, filled with remorse, recalls the times he insulted Savi. Sai calls Rajat, asking to speak with Savi. Rajat lies, saying Savi is resting. Sai asks him to tie a sacred thread on Savi’s wrist, believing it will aid her recovery. Reflecting on Sai’s words, Rajat decides to honor her request.

Savi is not die the makers should just end this rubbish they call film
So much talk instead of helping savi now rajat is sorry but it might soon be to late bahvi is right to protect savi because he has noticed how unkind rajat is to savi now instead of everybody talking and quarelling about savi she should get help otherwise she will die and there will be another sad ending of serial 3 i still think the ending will be sad because it looks like makers don t believe in happy endings in this serial
Wait Savi needs blood and this Anubhav who fell from the sky and has zero rights to legally make decisions for Savi is out here showing his obsession for her. Rajat is an idiot but Anubhav has ulterior motives with Savi
The makers are giving unnecessary attention to Bhavi’s character. They are making Rajat stupid. But he should also clear that he has his own reasons to think like this. He already suffered a setback in his previous relationship and he didn’t wanted to happen it again. This Bhavi if knows everything about Savi then why didn’t Savi also had word with Rajat. Though Rajat is also not 100% right but targetting him is not correct.
