Nandini and Amai prevent Teju from accompanying Neil in the ambulance. Later, when Teju arrives at the hospital, Nandini stops her from seeing him. As the doctors shift an unconscious Neil to his room, the entire Pradhan family arrives. The doctor informs them that Neil is stable and is being moved to a room.
Teju tells the doctor she will stay with Neil, but Leena takes responsibility instead. After the medical team leaves, Leena aggressively tells Teju to leave. When Teju refuses, Leena and Nandini accuse her of betraying Neil. At that moment, Neil regains consciousness and witnesses the confrontation. Teju pleads her innocence and promises to expose RithuRaj. Rithu mocks her, claiming Neil won’t believe her, with Leena and Nandini backing him up. Leena threatens to expose Teju’s
Neil questions Nandini’s harshness. Relieved to see Neil awake, Teju tells him she’s glad he’s okay. Neil then demands to know the truth Leena refers to. Leena accuses Teju of spending a night with Rithu, which Teju denies. Rithu alleges that Nandini saw it happen and that he tried to stop Teju. Teju insists Rithu is lying and that Neil knows she moved on from Rithu before their marriage.
Rithu claims Teju still wants him, and Nandini supports him. Neil winces in pain as the argument escalates. Teju urges the family not to stress Neil and states that even if no one else believes her, Neil will. Leena mocks her faith, and Bhushan tells her to leave if she cares for Neil. Teju refuses and stays by Neil’s side. When he pulls his hand away, she asks if he believes the accusations. Leena repeats that Neil isn’t foolish, and Nandini accuses Teju of still loving Rithu. Teju denies it, explaining that Rithu is framing her for revenge.
Leena slaps Teju and warns her not to malign Rithu’s name. Teju insists Rithu has already ruined her reputation and vows to expose him. She tries to show a recording on her phone as evidence, but the phone won’t unlock. Rithu grabs it, breaks it, and accuses her of faking everything. Teju fights to retrieve the phone.
Manjari and Jeetu urge the family to let Teju speak and present her proof. Leena and Bhushan object, with Bhushan declaring Teju has no place in their home. Teju tells Neil she came only to prove his innocence and confesses her love for him. She admits she realized her feelings after he distanced himself and wanted to accompany him on the trip but couldn’t express it earlier. Her heartfelt confession stuns Rithu.
Teju declares her love and her full acceptance of their marriage. Leena accuses her of using Neil’s condition for sympathy. Neil coldly asks Teju to leave the hospital—and his life. In tears, Teju leaves, despite Manjari’s plea to Neil. Leena orders Amruta and Nandini to escort her out, but Teju says it’s unnecessary—Neil has already made his decision.
As Teju departs, Manjari and Jeetu urge Neil to stop her, but he remains silent. Rithu smirks, believing his plan succeeded.
Meanwhile, Teju’s family is deeply worried. Unable to reach her by phone, Omi suggests filing a police complaint. Just then, Teju returns. Aditi announces her arrival, and Mukta embraces her. Omi accuses her of tarnishing the family’s name. Teju asks if even her family won’t listen to her. Her uncle bluntly questions if she wants both Neil and Rithu. Teju denies any wrongdoing and promises to expose Rithu. When Mukta asks about Neil, Teju reveals he didn’t believe her either and asked her to leave. Satish refuses to let her stay and throws her out.
At the hospital, the nurse informs Jeetu that Neil is recovering. Neil reflects on everything and talks to Jeetu, who confronts him for not trusting Teju. Neil admits Dr. Surwa told him the truth, and that he saw it in Teju’s eyes—but couldn’t bear to see her insulted. He confesses he knows she was right.
Jeetu asks why he didn’t stand by her. Neil says he was physically and emotionally weak, but now vows to prove her innocence and bring her back with honor. Jeetu reminds him of the trust Teju had placed in him—and how he broke it. Neil promises to fix everything, confident that Teju, strong as she is, will wait for him.
