Savi receives a parcel containing Ridhi’s partially burned scarf. Overwhelmed, she breaks down in tears. Soon after, a harrowing video arrives—Ridhi is pleading with her to meet the kidnapper’s demands to save her life. Determined, Savi vows to rescue her.
Moments later, Maruti calls, mocking Savi’s helplessness and warning her not to involve anyone or act smart—otherwise, Ridhi will be killed and her body parts sent to Savi. He ends the call with a chilling threat.
Nithin Majnekar then confronts Savi, accusing her of complaining about him to the Commissioner. He boasts that the Commissioner won’t believe her due to his clean image and ridicules her, suggesting her suspension may soon become a termination. He taunts her about her halted salary and losing her government quarters. When he notices the parcel in her hands, Savi warns him to stay out of her matters. Majnekar threatens her again, telling her not to interfere in Rajat’s case before leaving.
Meanwhile, Srichand watches Ridhi’s torture video sent by Maruti and casually lies to Rajat’s family, saying it’s office-related work. Chirag learns from his friends that Ridhi hasn’t reached her hostel and informs Bhagyashree, who becomes anxious.
Elsewhere, young Sai calls Neil, asking how to send her drawing and letter to her aunt. Neil suggests emailing photos. Sai thanks him and talks about visiting Ridhi Bua in the US, asking Neil to join her. Touched, Neil agrees and admits he misses both Sai and “Pookie.” Sai signs off, and Neil reflects on their bond and the pain they share.
Back at home, Bhagyashree is inconsolable over Ridhi’s disappearance. Savi, to protect her, lies that Ridhi is safe and staying at Srichand’s hotel. She asks Srichand to confirm her story. Bhagyashree, relieved, thanks him but complains that Savi keeps her in the dark. Savi apologizes and invites everyone to dinner. Later, she quietly slips away.
In a secluded room, Savi watches Ridhi’s video again. Srichand walks in, questioning her about the lie—he knows Ridhi isn’t at his hotel. Savi claims Ridhi is on a 10-day retreat to recover from Rajat’s death and admits she feared Bhagyashree couldn’t handle the truth. Impressed by her composure and loyalty, Srichand leaves silently.
Later, Sai gives her drawing and letter to Savi, asking her to email them to Ridhi. Savi agrees, but her thoughts remain on Ridhi’s peril. Srichand updates Maruti, saying Savi is desperate enough to follow orders. Maruti agrees. Soon after, Maruti calls again—Savi, now fully resolved, tells him she’s ready to do whatever he demands.
