Virat takes Pakhi to a restaurant. Vinu and Savi who are already present there with Sai get excited seeing them. Pakhi gets disappointed seeing 3 of them. Vinu describes how upset feeling he was without them. Savi describes how an artist drew Sai’s painting. Vinu says Sai took good care of him and hence he will call her choti mamma from hereon. Pakhi gets upset hearing that. Virat says when he has his mamma, there is no need to call Sai as his mamma. Vinu says choti mamma, why can’t he call Savi’s mamma as choti mamma when she can call his baba as her baba. Virat says Savi’s baba is not here, but his mamma is with him and hence he should call Savi’s mamma as doctor aunty. Vinu asks what difference does it make if he calls Savi’s mamma as
Back home, Ashwini feeds soup to Pakhi. Bhavani scolds Pakhi for returning home on Pulkit’s advice. Ashwini says its good that Pakhi returned as she is still unwell. Bhavani says if she continues to stay at home, how will she give a heir to their family; she asks Pakhi if she started her marital life or not. Ashwini asks if this is the place to ask all this. Bhavani asks where else then and asks Pakhi if she will give them a heir or not. Pakhi sits silently. Sonali comments that Virat planned so much and let everything go in vain, she thinks happiness is not in Pakhi’s fate. Bhavani scolds her to mind her tongue and says Virat is trying his best to change. Pakhi says Virat has really changed and describes how Virat tried to make her feel comfortable when they met Sai, Vinu, and Sai at a restaurant on the way home. She says soon they will start a marital life. Sonali says she can hear baby cries now itself. Bhavani feels happy.
Sai shifts to her new office and arranges photos on her desk. She looks at her and Virat’s photo and gets sad. She recalls a covet operation with Virat and his team, then recalls Virat stopping Vinu from calling her choti mamma, and angrily throws pic in dustbin. Senior doctor Dr Srinivas Urvase walks in and apologizes her for not available to welcome her as he was busy attending patients. Sai says its okay as patient care is their main motto. Virat visits City Hospital’s dean and tries to find information about Vinayak. Dean checks his laptop and says there is no information, then says there must be some information in record room. Virat insists to check records himself and finds master Vinu’s file. Dean says when Vinu had come to their hospital, he was traumatized and in high fever, they treated him and waited for his parents and relatives, but unfortunately nobody came and hence they shifted him to Ayush Orphanage. Virat asks if he can take this file along. Dean agrees. Virat thanks him for his help.
Precap: Virat prays god to reunite him with his son. Orphanage manager informs that the kid is around Nagpur and gives his address. Vinu asks Bhavani what problem she has with doctor aunty. Bhavani yells at him to dare not compare Sai with Pakhi and comments that outsider blood will like only outsiders. Pakhi informs Virat that Vinu left home after Bhavani scolded him. Virat reaches address where Vinu was adopted.
