Dr. Surva informs Savi that Neil has lost his memory, leaving her stunned. When she asks if he’s forgotten everything, Surva explains that Neil now believes she is his wife and sees her children as his own. Savi tries to clarify that Neil had only applied sindoor to help her keep the children and that he actually loves Teju. However, Surva reveals that Neil no longer remembers Teju at all—only Savi.

He urges Savi to play the role of Neil’s wife, reminding her that they are legally married. Though Savi resists, insisting their marriage was circumstantial and they were never even friends, Surva pleads with her to help Neil recover. He reminds her of Neil’s sacrifices, especially risking his life for her children, and says it’s her turn to support him. Savi becomes emotional, struggling with the weight of the situation.

Meanwhile, Bhagyashree creates a scene at the hospital, accusing Savi of kidnapping her grandchildren and demanding her arrest. The inspector says the complaint was vague and they didn’t know it was Savi. Tara and Bhagyashree publicly shame her, showing a video tarnishing Rajat’s image and blaming her for the fallout. Savi stands her ground, vowing to clear Rajat’s name and refusing to let anyone take her children. She declares her acceptance of her relationship with Neil and challenges them to fight her in court if they want custody. Bhagyashree curses her as she leaves, and the inspector advises filing a legal case.

Later, Bhagyashree warns Leena that Savi ruined her family and could do the same to hers. Meanwhile, Neil asks Dr. Surva about his wife and kids. Savi enters with a plant, telling him she was with the children. Neil recognizes the Aparajita flower but can’t recall why it feels familiar. Savi promises to help him regain his memories. Though Neil gets vague flashes, he’s frustrated that he can’t even remember his wife’s name.

Leena observes the interaction and decides to keep Savi away from Neil, thinking it’s best for his recovery. Bhagyashree, on the other hand, vows to take custody of Sai and Kian as revenge.

When Neil asks Savi about his children, she struggles to explain his growing emotional connection with Sai. At that moment, Sai enters with Bhakti and lovingly calls Neil “Pookie uncle,” thanking him for saving her. Neil is startled and repeats the word “uncle,” confused and emotional. After Sai leaves, he questions Savi, saddened that he may have forgotten even his own child. Savi covers the truth but can see the pain in his eyes. As she silently reflects, she thinks: “Neil needs me now, and I need him—to protect my children.”
