Terrified, Savi begs Neil to stay awake as he weakens from a gunshot wound. She vows to protect him just as the ambulance arrives. The police arrest Srichand, while Bhakti hands Kian to Savi despite Bhagyashree’s protests. Bhakti insists they must report to the police, exposing Srichand’s money laundering and their connection to his crimes. Bhagyashree silently plots to take Sai and Kian away later.
At the hospital, Dr. Surva reveals the bullet damaged a nerve linked to Neil’s brain, leaving him in grave danger. As Neil undergoes surgery, Savi clings to memories of him. Sai innocently asks if Neil will become a star like her father, unaware of the severity of his injuries. Savi sends her with Bhakti to pray, while she herself pleads with the universe, acknowledging Neil’s sacrifice for Sai. A nurse mistakes her for Neil’s wife, noticing her sindoor—a painful reminder of their unspoken bond.
When Neil’s family arrives, Leena slaps Savi, blaming her for Neil’s condition. Devastated, Leena accuses Savi of ruining her son’s life. Meanwhile, Sai comforts Savi, believing her prayers will bring Neil back—and even links Savi’s sindoor to her father’s return, unaware of the deeper emotions at play.
Neil regains consciousness but remembers nothing—except the need to protect his “wife and child.” Confused, he asks for them, leaving his real family stunned. Dr. Surva explains his amnesia and, to ease his distress, allows the illusion that Savi is his wife.
Dr. Surva urges Savi to play along, revealing Neil’s memory now centers around her and the children. But Savi refuses, torn between guilt and the weight of a role she never intended to take. Meanwhile, Leena is furious, demanding answers—why does Neil believe Savi is his wife? The truth of their past and the sindoor’s significance hangs in the air, unresolved.
As Neil’s mind clings to Savi as his anchor, she faces an impossible choice—comfort the man who saved her daughter by living a lie, or break his fragile heart with the truth. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree’s scheming and Leena’s rage threaten to unravel everything.
Precap: Dr. Surva reminds Savi that Neil stood by her in her time of need and now asks if she won’t do the same for him. He urges her to reconsider and think it through.

kai future mein neil savi ko patni dharam nibhane ke liye force nahi karega na!!! that is future mein saisha ko Jr.Kian ke sath ek aur bhai aur behen milega kya usi baat ka daar lag raha hai. I feel saisha ko Jr.kian ke sath ek aur behen bhi milega that savi aur neil ka bhi ek bacha hoga and I feel that is daughter and Saisha, Kian, and savi neil daughter will lead 3rd generation like Savi,Vinayak,Harini from 2nd generation. I feel and guess and savi and neil daughter will be heroine like savi in 3rd generation and Saisha will be supportive role like harini in 2nd generation. Like in previous season Savi and her biological father Rajat track Saisha asked for a younger brother and her wish came true and savi gave birth to her and rajat son Jr.Kian(Named after rajat elder son Sr.Kian); so I feel now saisha will pray for younger sister and says to her pari mumma and pooki uncle that she wants to have a younger sister and to fulfill saisha wish will neil get close to savi or indirectly force her for having a baby with him for saisha wish. Becoz in previous season-2 when savi had fertility issues due to her obsessive lover bhavar patil shooting bullet in her stomach saisha prayed for younger sibling to god saying to savi that she prayed god to have younger brother, now will saisha pray for younger sister to god from her pookie uncle and pari mumma
I am not so sure about that serial soon is going off air and no new leap is mentioned
I think bagheera still is evil woman she wants to keep sai and kiyan for herself while savi is their mother lena another evil woman who adores neel while we don t know if he realy is her son unless she had an afair with strichand nobody knows about yet but she is even worse then bagheera this woman is a monster
