Ashika messages Savi to meet her for 2 minutes. Savi shows message to Rajat who asks her to take her own decision. She meets Ashika who asks why did she marry Rajat even after knowing his truth. Savi says she didn’t want to marry Rajat, but her concern for Sai made her marry Rajat to protect Sai. Ashika asks what does she mean. Savi says Ashika wouldn’t take care of Savi and would send her to hostel like she sent Kian to hostel; Sai would have been away from her family in this way; Rajat has a whole family who really loves Sai; any branded clothes or gifts wouldn’t give the love and happiness a child needs.
Ashika notices Rajat’s bride written on Savi’s bangles and laughs on her. She says she underestimated Savi, Savi played with her emotions, her ultimate goal was marrying a rich divorcee and is a gold digger. Savi says her opinion doesn’t matter to her, Rajat is not at all important to him, whatever she is doing is for Sai’s happiness. Arsh takes Sai to washroom and hears their conversation.
Court hearing begins. Judge asks lawyers to bring Sai to her cabin. She starts interacting with Sai asking her name, herr school name, etc., and then asks if she wants to stay with her mamma or papa. Sai gets silent making everyone nervous. Bhagyashree hopes she takes her pari mamma’s name. Sai says she wants to stay with Ashika mamma, leaving everyone stocked and Ashika/Harsh happy. Judge says she wants to talk to Ashika and Savi alone and then will call Sai later. Ashika happily lifts Sai.
Judge asks Ashika why she wants Sai’s custody when she already has her son’s custody. Ashika says she is worried for Sai’s future and has kept many servants and 2 nannies for her, but Thakkars didn’t even hire a single servant for Sai. Judge asks what about her son. Ashika says even he is happy in a best boarding school. Judge sends her away and calls Sai in. She asks if she married Rajat for Sai’s sake. Savi says yes, she already told that she loves Sai a lot, she is okay if Sai wants to stay with Ashika, she is just worried about Sai’s happiness, she requests judge to let her meet Sai at least once a week and to give verdict today itself as she doesn’t want a little Sai to go through any mental harassment. Judge says she will give judgement in 5 minutes and sends her away.
Aman tells Rajat’s lawyer Mr Wadha he doesn’t know why Sai chose Ashika and not Savi. Arsh walks to them and says real blood speaks, Sai chose her biological mother. He taunts Rajat that his effort to marry Savi went in vain, he lost Sai’s custody, he would pay attention to Savi now or else he will lose even her. Savi passes by. He taunts even her. Rajat tongue lashes Savi and says he married her for Sai’s custody, now their marriage is of no value. Savi says she married for Sai’s sake and is surprised why Savi chose Ashika, anyways Savi will stay with her mother. Rajat says she can choose alimony amount. Savi says Sai is her wealth and she doesn’t need his alimony.
Court hearing resumes. Judge says Sai’s custody goes to her mother. Ashika and Arsh get happy while others feel sad. Judge says she means Sai’s new mother Savi Rajat Thakkar. Thakkars and Shantanu congratulate each other and rejoice. Ashika asks judge how can she take this decision. Judge says she had called Sai to her cabin during recess and learnt that Arsh manipulated her to choose Ashika. Rajat holds Arsh’s collar for manipulating his daughter’s mind. Judge warns him to behave or else she will prosecute him for contempt of court. She describes a story she heard in her childhood where a mother was ready to sacrifice her happiness for her son’s safety and says she saw same sacrificing nature in Savi for Sai and hopes Savi continues her love for Sai. She tongue lashes Rajat and Ashika for their selfish behavior and ends the hearing. Sai happily runs to Savi mamma.
Precap: During janmastami festival, Sai tells Savi that she is her yashoda maiya and she is her kanhaiya. Rajat pampers Sai and promises to break curd pot during janmastami festival for Sai. Arsh interrupts and tells him that Sai is his and Ashika’s daughter instead, so Rajat should break his head on a pot and stop claiming Sai as his daughter.

What if sai realy is arsh and asheeka daughter and because arsh never wanted to marry asheeka she maried rajat for her two children to have a ligimit father otherwise she would have lost them to goverment
