Neil arrives at Nitin’s office with food, treating it like a café. Keshav tries to stop him, but Neil ignores him. Nitin questions Neil’s intentions, and Neil jabs that they’re not doing any meaningful work anyway. Nitin, growing frustrated, instructs Keshav to prevent further interruptions. Keshav complies and leaves.
Neil claims he’s uncovered more in the case than the actual investigators and warns that their slow pace will lead to the case closing unsolved. This reminds Nitin of Srichand’s advice—to have someone Savi wouldn’t suspect keep an eye on her. Nitin acknowledges Neil’s progress and asks him to officially join the investigation. Neil resists, pointing out he already declined Savi’s offer. Just then, Savi arrives and is blocked by Keshav. She demands to speak to Nitin, but Keshav insists she wait her turn, reminding her she’s no longer a police officer.
Inside, Neil presses Nitin for the truth behind his offer. Nitin admits he wants Neil to monitor Savi, as she’s more focused on proving her husband’s innocence than solving the murder. He fears she may tamper with evidence. Neil agrees.
Savi then barges in, demanding answers, but Nitin dismisses her. Enraged, she storms out. Nitin follows, but Savi tells Neil to leave. Neil exits, silently planning to make Savi an irresistible offer.
Later, Savi returns, confronts Nitin, and declares her resolve to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, the family bids farewell to Ridhi, who asks Tara and Bhagyashree not to trouble Savi in her absence.
Savi visits Srichand and shows him a photo of Teju, whom he initially doesn’t recognize. She reveals Teju had a Goyal Foundation scholarship. Srichand vaguely recalls Teju and explains he helped her during a financial crisis by offering the scholarship and helping her get a teaching position.
When Savi asks about a student exchange program in Dubai that Teju attended, Srichand avoids the topic. Savi reveals Teju died with Rajat and asks if he knows their connection. He denies it. Tearfully, Savi vows to find the killer and walks out. Srichand then calls an associate, confirming Savi has left.
Feeling cornered, Savi receives a mysterious call from someone claiming to know the link between Rajat and Ridhi. He asks her to meet him at the lakeside. As she arrives, a group of goons abducts her. During the struggle, her payal falls off. She’s taken to a hideout—and is stunned to find Ridhi held captive there.
Precap: Srichand’s aide tells Savi that Rajat died before he could hand over the ruby necklace worth 100 crores, so it’s up to her to get that necklace for him.
