Neil informs Vinod and Leena that he wants to visit Amaravati. Vinod questions the sudden decision, and Neil explains that during his trip to Kolkand, he befriended a family, and now their patriarch has passed away. He feels compelled to meet them, as he keeps hearing the person’s voice in his mind. When Vinod asks for more details, Neil says he will explain later. Leena permits Neil to go and return by evening, and he agrees.
Meanwhile, Vedaant urges Mukta to change out of her white saree, but Mukta reminisces about a dress Mohit had gifted her. When Teju also questions her attire, Mukta expresses that after losing her father, her life has lost its colors. Teju reminds her to think about Vedaant, but Mukta insists that he must get used to her grief.
Elsewhere, women perform rituals declaring Lakshmi a widow. Later, Lakshmi tells Sonali that she will never allow Mukta and her children into the house. A neighbor asks what she would do if Mohit’s father brings them home, to which Lakshmi responds that she will make their lives miserable.
Satish complains to Deepali about Mohit’s father deciding to take Mukta and her children in, arguing that they can barely afford their own expenses. He also criticizes Mohit for keeping them in the dark. Mukta pleads for trust, assuring them they never intended to hide the truth. However, Satish points out that Lakshmi, Mohit’s first wife, will never accept them. Mohit’s father intervenes, asserting that he will bring his grandson and Mukta home, and his decision is final.
While traveling, Teju realizes she forgot her phone and asks Satish to turn back, but he dismisses the need. Teju then informs Mukta that Neil is coming after learning about Mohit’s death. Mukta praises Neil, and Teju finally understands why Mohit valued Neil so much. Meanwhile, Neil’s car passes by Teju’s.
When Mohit’s father brings Mukta and her children home, Sonali blames them for Mohit’s death, and Lakshmi outright refuses to accept them. Mohit’s father silences Sonali, telling her not to create a scene in front of others.
