Rajat reach court venue for divorce hearing. Reporters throng and question him. Aman says no comments and cruises him in. They meet their lawyer Mr Wadia. Wadia says today is his divorce case’s final hearing and judge will even decide about Sai’s custody, so he should speak after much thought. Rajat says he will and asks him to make sure he gets Sai’s custody. Harsh and Ashika get out of the car with Sai. Aman asks Rajat why they brought Sai to court. Rajat says they are publicity hungry people and can do anything for sympathy. Reporters question Harsh and Ashika. Harsh says Sai is like his daughter and he will not give her custody to any irresponsible person. Ashika asks Mrs Pereira to take care of Sai till they attend court hearing.
Sai calls Rajat and runs towards him. Rajat kneels down with extended hands. Ashika stops her just before she reaches Rajat and asks her not to talk to strangers and hands her over to Mrs Pereira. Court hearing starts. Judge calls Ashika and Rajt in a front row and says before she could reach to a conclusion, she has a question for them. Sai insists Mrs Pereira to call pari aunty. Mrs Pereira calls Savi and gives phone to Sai. Savi asks why she sounds sad. Sai says she wants to meet her. Savi asks if she is not coming to school. Sai says she doesn’t know, mamma brought her to court and even papa is here. Savi says she will come there in some time and takes address from Mrs Pereira.
Judge finalises Rajat and Ashika’s divorce proceedings and asks if according to their filing, their son Kian is staying with Ashika and daughter Sai with Rajat. Ashika’s lawyer says Ashika wants even Sai’s custody as Rajat is irresponsible. Rajat gets angry. Wadia controls him. Wadia tells judge that Ashika left Sai when she was 6 months old and never returned, Kian is staying in a Panchgani boarding school since 4 years and Ashika doesn’t have time even for him, now suddenly she wants Sai’s custody. Rajat recalls Ashika leaving him and Sai to lead a luxurious life with Harsh. Out of flashback, judge postpones Sai’s custody hearing after 15 day and till then court will investigate the matter status quo. Rajat reacts, but Wadia stops him even then.
Court employee asks Ashika to sign final divorce papers, and she does it happily. He then walks to Rajat. Rajat recalls Ashika ending their relationship and signs. Judge informs them that their divorce is granted and they don’t have any relationship now. Rajat tells Wadia that he can’t lose his daughter to Ashika and wants her back at any cost. Reporter covers the story. Harsh gets out of courtroom holding Ashika’s hand. Ashika excitedly tells Sai that she will be with her forever. Harsh asks Mrs Pereira to take Sai home in another car. Ashika asks reason. Harsh says he has planned a surprise for her. Greedy Ashika asks Sai to go home with Mrs Pereira. Harsh gifts a new car to Ashika and says he finally snatched Rajat’s special thing today. Ashika asks if he is happy because of defeating Rajat and not because of her victory. Rajat says forget it and let’s celebrate. Rajat silently watches that with teary eyes.
Sai insists Mrs Pereira to meet papa. Savi reaches there. Sai hugs her and says she wants to meet papa. Savi asks where is Mrs Pereira. Sai says mamma left her with Mrs Pereira. She notices Rajat, runs to him and holds his hand, requests to take her home, and promises to not do any mischief. Rajat says he will take her home after 15 days and walks away. Savi comforts Sai and thinks Rajat is very stone hearted who didn’t even hug Sai. Back home, Bhagyashree gets upset hearing about the court hearing and asks Wadia to get Sai’s custody back to Rajat any cost. She describes how Ashika snatched her family’s happiness and prays god to send someone who will take good care of Sai. Savi drops Sai to Harsh’s bungalow. Sai says she doesn’t want to go. Savi gifts her a scarf and asks her to hug it whenever she misses her. Sai likes it and says she is too good. Bhagyashree says she is sure that Sai will get her Yashoda maiya who will love her immensely and consider her as her own daughter and even Sai will consider her as own mother, she will not pray god again if that doesn’t happen.
Isha receives a post and checks it. Shantanu gets coffee for them and seeing Isha’s expression reads letter. Isha says it would have been good if this letter had reached a few days earlier, they need to hide it from Savi. Savi walks in and asks what are they talking about. Isha hides letter and asks why she came early today. Savi says she returns home at the same time daily. They try their best to divert her attention. Letter falls down. Isha tries to take it away. Savi says statue and picks letter.
Precap: Savi reads letter and is shocked to know that her her adoption request is rejected. She confront adoption center employee over phone. Rajat says it’s painful to lose a dear one, she will go through the pain he is going through now.

Not even mad at Rajat currently – Savi is being such a fool and getting so increasingly irritating day by day that I actually find myself empathizing with him over her…
Oh I thought at least they will not copy this much but makers really cross the limit of shamelessness. So now they are introducing Rajat son is well okay so Aditya two will also take entry in the show.. very mannersless child who will always insult Rajat and savi as well. But it’s not his fault due to wrong upbringing, he will behave in such a way. Rajat son will be his greatest weakness. Hence, Aashika will always take this advantage and keep interfering in his married life with Savi.
So, Rajat’s son name is Kian and he will be Aditya 2.0 and Savi will kill Kian when he grows up in this ghkpm serial like Ishita killed Aditya in YHM. I feel so Sorry for Kian and his future, I think Kian is studying in boarding school like Aditya used to study in Boarding school in yhm. I hope Kian doesn’t accept rajat and savi as his parents leaving Ashika and come back to takkar house, becoz if he comes to takkar house and rajat and savi as his parents then Savi will kill Kian one day like ishita killed Aditya and already becoz od Aditya death we could’t accept Aditya death and Aditya death gave lot of pain to us. I hope Kian stays with Ashika always becoz if he stays with ashika atleast he will be alive but if he comes back to his biological father rajat and his biological family takkars and accep his step mother savi s his mother then he will die in savi hands when he grows up.
Kian should never ever accept Savi as his mother he should hate her and kian should never see savi face at all in his life; he should only love his mom ashika and live with her only.

Yes, he is studying in a boarding school in Panchgani. This town is near Pune in Maharashtra, I think Aditya was studying in Dehradun because they were living in Delhi
