Virat, Pakhi, and Sai feel restless at night and don’t get sleep. Tujhse Naraz Nahi Zindagi Hairaan Hoon Main.. song plays in the background. Pakhi recalls Virat leaving her room saying he can stay in same room again after what she did. Virat recalls Pakhi filling poison in Vinu’s mind. Sai recalls Vinu thanking her for saving his mamma’s life. Pakhi further recalls Ashwini’s advice to concentrate on her own life and stop bothering about Sai, Vinu running and hugging Sai instead. Virat further recalls Bhavani’s advice to leave Pakhi and marry Sai again. Next morning, Pakhi wakes up Vinu and asks him to get ready for school. Vinu looks at watch and says still there is a lot of time for school. Pakhi says she wants to do something for his doctor aunty as she did a lot for her as per him, so she wants him to do something for him. Vinu asks what. Pakhi says he should convince Sai that she is their protector until she is here. Vinu shares his idea.
Vinu and Savi get ready for school. Pakhi gives tiffin to Vinu and even Savi. Savi gets happy. Pakhi says if she is Vinu’s sister, then she is her daughter and a mother can prepare tiffin for her daughter. She apologizes Savi for breaking her nameplate. Savi says its okay as Vinu and Virat refixed it and it looks more beautiful than before. Sai walks in ready for work. Vinu hugs and wishes her good morning. Sai replies. Vinu says she did a lot for him and his mamma, so he wants to gift her something. He gifts her hand written card and shows her as an angel protecting him, Virat, and Pakhi. Sai gets emotional. Pakhi apologizes Sai for her heinous acts and says she doesn’t have any problem with Sai’s stay in this house and hopes Sai apologizes her one day. Virat passes by and notices them.
Sai visits hospital and looking at card thinks Vinu loves her so much and thinks she is a protector of his family, so she can’t take Vinu with her; can’t she, Vinu, and Savi stay together. Satya walks in playing Baar Baar Haan.. song and dances praising her bravery. Dr Survase and nurses also join them and dance praising Sai. Sai fels happy and claps for them. She asks even Dr Survase is also dancing. Dr. Survase says why not when his star doctor has returned, so he is welcoming her in Dr. Satya’s style. He returns Sai’s nameplate. Sai gets emotional holding it. Satya in Amitabh Bachan’s style asks if she is happy. Sai says she is. Satya says then she should celebrate and sings Ice Cream Khaogi. Sai says she will serve him chappan bhog/feast, he should jhust stop singing. Satya jokes that he will visit Sai whenever he wants to have chappan bhog. Dr Survase says lets back to work now and leaves.
Sai thanks him for talking to Vinu and clearing his misunderstanding towards her and says his son is talking to her because of his advice, she will never forget his favor. Satya jokes that he will never let her forget his favor and will seek a favor in return. Sai says she cleared his debt when she treated him after he collapsed while treating a patient in dhaba and she dropped him home driving his bike. Satya gets sad and walks away from there. Sai thinks she doesn’t know what is going in his mind. Virat goes for a fitness test at doctor’s clinic and while performing stress test on a treadmill he recalls Pakhi’s heinous acts and his heart rate shoots up. Doctor stops him and says something is bothering him. He asks him to remember what calms him down with closed eyes. Virat imagines Sai. Doctor asks him to talk about the problem which his bothering him and clear his mind out. Virat thinks how doesn’t know how to talk to Pakhi about his problem.
Sai visits Dr Satya’s room and finds doesn’t find him there. She calls on his number, and his phone rings on table. Dr Survase says Dr Satya took a leave as he was feeling ill. Sai thinks of visiting his house. Virat returns home and thinks he should talk to Sai and inform her that he can’t stay with her anymore. He then feels guilty and returns to his room where he finds Pakhi’s sorry messages.
Precap: Pakhi tells Virat that she wants to start afresh with him. Virat says even he wants to start afresh, he can’t stay with her anymore and wants to make Sai as his life partner again. He excitedly opens door calling Sai and then looks sad.

Yes, exactly Sai deserves happiness, I actually wanted her to live her life freely first dumping the past baggage and Vinu baggage too, then move-on with a guy who has a spine to take a stand for her, though Satya will take stand for her, she’s again involved in a deal marriage like before without her will and happiness. Savi might have a problem but once she bonds with Satya, I think she’ll eventually start loving him, but we can’t be sure about this, Vankar may turn her spoilt brat overnight and can make her against Sai just to fit his ladli in story just like how Vinu spoiled, remember we all spoke how sensible the kid is, overnight he turned into an annoying one reciting that jaadugarni story. Bhavani will surely flip again and if Virat will turn into a psycho, it’s still okay for me as he and lusty need to experience the pain Sai and Samrat experienced because of them. I don’t think Satya’s mom will create a problem, because in yesterday’s episode we saw that all ladies of Satya’s family faced failure in love and marriages so I have a feeling they might stand by Sai and may help her move-on, if that happens I’ll be really happy as Sai will finally get a loving family which she lost years ago with her father’s death.

Hmmm @Marielouise its good to forgive people but never forget. Sairat ended the day Virat gave baby Vinu to Pakhi. Sairat ended when Virat betrayed Sai yet again about Vinu to protect Pakhi. His show has become totally bkvas makers themselves don’t know what to do with story,once they show virat filling sai’s maang with sindhor n doing grah prevesh then they show virat n bhawani decided to divorce pakhi,then virat offering food to pakhi with please followed by leaving room ,change in pakhis attitude all of sudden,makers r doing everything as per instructions of bhatts, thy r concerned only for highlighting pakhi,Sai has been made simply a show piece,intentionally her role has been made weak ,still pakhi is not completely exposed, after doing so much she is dreaming to start a fresh life n enjoy comfortable life,what rubbish, she should have slapped dor insulting family, but ashvrya will never allow her husband to move away from her n will do chowkidari of him.nothong is left in this show,only ashvrya’s motti figure with irritating face expressions n Neil’s scared n nervous face in front of his wife. Rest all characters r useless n at the mercy of disgusting insecure couple bhatts. Nothing exciting to watch.
Ayesha is now listed as Dr Sai Adhikari, I suppose the ladli 🐖 was sitting in Vankar’s lap and crying “make Sai’s character marry someone else cause my marriage will fail if I don’t have script to romance with my husband” they’ve ruined Sai completely. I just have nothing but best wishes and love left for Ayesha, I want her to succeed in something worthwhile and get free of this 💩 serial. I can see Ayesha playing an elf in a Netflix fantasy series or a doctor in a show like house, she’s too talented and well educated for this crap and I hope she knows it.
I ask that any and all beings help and guide Ayesha to get better roles beyond the Indian television circuit and that she becomes an ambassador for young girls to aspire to with her own global brand

This is first time i am commenting for any serial. I am from Telugu state. Actually I started watching this serial recently as I got recommendations of old sairat videos in youtube, i got interested and watched all the episodes in hotstar. Previous episodes was too good. But now it is horrible, I mean I really don’t understand what creatives want to show us. In real life bhabi-devar relationship means bhabhi is considered as mother or as an elder sister, but these people made this relation as toxic. And why makers are showing pakhi as cleanchit and sympathies the characters as she is the only one who suffers. In actual it is sai who suffers right from starting of her marriage to till now. I understand even sometimes sai made mistakes but not crimes like pakhi but here they easily whitewash pakhi crimes. Virat is just dumb malelead ever. I mean in entire world he just got pakhi to marry who is the main cause of sai leaving home with vinu that too for an adopting a kid. As per my knowledge and according to law , a couple is needed to adopt girl not for adopting a boy child.As a police officer can’t he know this basic thing. I just saw today promo i was just disappointed instead of marrying I just want sai to turn as sherni and take class of each and everyone including vinu. If they want to run they can how sai manages savi as single parent, delivery etc. No they are showing sai as side character and pakhi as the female lead. But i really disappointed by the way they are taking the show. I watched tamil version of this serial it was better as they ended by uniting both couples. But in this it’s horrible to watch bhabi devar. I just want this serial to end as early as possible. I am sorry if anyone hurts by this comment
