Savi cries seeing Harini’s condition in the ICU. Doctor tells her that both her physical and mental conditions both are serious. Savi asks when will her Tai get well. Doctor says they will try their best. Ishaan asks him not to worry about money and treat Harini well. Savi thanks Ishaan for his help and says she can never repay his debt in life. Ishan holds her hands and recalls the event of accident. Reeva watches that thinks she can understand Ishaan’s concern for Savi after her family’s death, but she feels Ishaan is hiding something which he doesn’t want to reveal it to anyone.

Surekha with Yashwant walks to Ishaan and asks why didn’t he return home since 3 days and why is he not picking her calls. Ishan says Savi’s family. Surekha

says she heard about Savi’s family’s death and feels sorry for her. Yashwant says she can seek any help if needed. Savi thanks him and says Ishan helped her a lot. Surekha says she should have called her for help instead of Ishaan as Ishaan is too busy and he has so much pending work. Nurse walks to Savi and says they need her signatures and takes her along. Ishan asks Surekha what she telling Savi. Surekha says he should look at Reeva who came here and is eagerly waiting for him without speaking anything, he needs to return home and perform mehandi ceremony with Reeva tomorrow. Ishan tries to refuse. Surekha says she will not listen anything and takes him home.

Next day, Ishaan and Reeva’s mehandi ceremony starts. Surekha says they both are looking very pretty and prays god that nobody’s nazar should fall on them. Yashwant jokes that when she is with Ishaan, nobody can put evil eyes on Ishan. Surekha ties protective thread on Ishaan and Reeva’s wrists and hopes they are together forever. Durva calls Prateek and asks him to play some jazzy songs instead of boring ones. Prateek asks if groom’s side can match with bride’s side’s energy. Durva challenges him for a face-off. Both sides dance energetically on Navrai Maji Ladachi Ladachi Ga… song. Ishan recalls Vinayak challenging him for a dance face off with Savi and him accepting challenging and dancing with Savi.

Doctor informs Savi that Harini has lost lots of blood, her life is very critical, and she needs to arrange O negative blood within 2.5 hours. After the face-off ends, Surekha asks Ishaan to give wedding dress to Reeva. Ishan recalls Ninad informing Ishaan that someone is sending wedding dress to Savi and threatening her to marry him. He drops shagun thali and walks away from there. He rushes to washroom and washes his face recalling the accident event. Prateek knocks door and asks if he is fine. Savi calls multiple blood banks for O negative blood and doesn’t find it. She uploads a video in social media requesting for a O negative blood donor.

Ishaan watches video and calls Savi. Savi informs that doctor told Harini lost blood and needs O negative blood, but she couldn’t arrange it from any blood bank. Doctor asks her to hurry up as Harini’s condition is getting more critical. Ishaan tells Savi that he is coming there right now. Reeva gets worried seeing fallen thali. Swati and Surekha comfort her and ask her to accept shagun thali. Ishan seeks Prateek’s help and reaches hospital. Nurse informs Savi and Ishaan that a donor is found. They walk to the blood donation room and are shocked to see Kiran as donor.

Precap: Ishan tells Reeva that Savi’s condition is bad, so he wants to postpone their wedding for 3-6 months. Reeva gets angry and says let us cancel wedding itself.
