Ashwini serves green tea to Ninad. Ninad thanks her and asks if she is also getting health conscious that she is also having a green tea. She says she wants to be fit like him. He says he doesn’t want to be careless like Omkar and be on medications. He gets silent remembering Sai got him a habit of green tea. Ashwini asks him not to take Sai’s name in front of her as they were about to lose Virat because of her. She says she wants Virat to forget Sai and concentrate only on Pakhi and Vinayak. Ninad recalls Virat being brought home seveverly injured after a failed bomb defusal attempt during a mission and Ashwini breaking down seeking promise from him not to risk his life again. Virat takes food for Vinayak, but Vinayak refuses to have it. Sai feeds food to Savi. Savi asks Sai if Vinayak hadn’t had food and medicine, how would he get well; his baba was too angry and doesn’t him to be treated by Sai. Sai sits sadly. Virat requests Vinayak to have food and reminds Pakhi’s teaching of not disrespectinng food. Vinayak says aayi even taught not to get angry on others, Virat didn’t stop his car when Savi was running behind it. He looks at crutches online and says its his future. Virat asks him not to say that as he will get him treated by the best doctors. Vinayak says they tried all the doctors in town and failed, but when he meet Sai and assured him that he would get well with her treatment, he had developed hope.
Virat walks away feeling disappointed. His inner voice emerges in front of him. Virat cries saying Sai is alive, he lost his little baby because of Sai and baby is not with her now. Inner voice says what is Vinayak’s mistake in it, why did he refuse to get Vinayak treated by Sai. Virat says he was dying each day remembering Sai thinking she is dead, but she hid herself from him for years; a lava of anger under him exploded and he couldn’t control himself. He says Virat knows that Sai maybe a bad mother or wife, but she is the best doctor. Virat gets Savi’s call and apologizes her for driving away while she was running behind his car. Sai speaks and says she is Savi’s mother speaking. They both stand silently.
Pakhi finds Virat, Sai, and Vinu’s photoframe hidden in Virat’s cupboard and feels disheartened. Ashwini walks to her and asks why she looks upset. Pakhi shows photoframe and says she found in Virat’s cupboard, Virat was sounding emotionally labile and tired and was taking Sai’s name. Ashwini asks her to stop looking at her back and move on. Sai tells Virat that she wanted to speak to Vinayak’s parents and since she didn’t have their numbers, she called Vinayak. Virat says even he wants to talk to Savi’s mother. Sai says as a doctor, she wants to tell him that whatever he did was wrong and it has affected Vinayak’s mind. She says she would like to treat Vinayak if he doesn’t mind. Virat says even he doesn’t mind. Sai assures that their past will not affect their presence. Virat says same. Sai say he shouldn’t hurt either Savi or Vinayak’s emotions as he is habituated to it. Virat says she is accusing him and dragging their past, she should also move on like he did. She assures that she will be professional and will never talk about her past. Virat also assures same.
