They both walked silently through the crowded lane as they reached the entrance of Dev’s home, the door was opened exposing the drawing room within where Dev and Radhika were happily sitting talking to Dev’s family who were visibly pampering them with all sorts of food items and their sweet words. Gauri stopped.
“Thank you, Thank you so much…” Omkara walked forward and in front of Gauri as he said the words to her with a serene smile.
Gauri nodded as she turned and started walking towards right, visibly lost. Omkara was confused at her behaviour.
“Arey Gauri…where are you going and who is he?” Asked a lady from within who happened to see Gauri.
All eyes turned to the entrance, Omkara whose back was turned to the door turned.
“Om!” Dev exclaimed smiling as he got up and walked towards Omkara smiling.
Omkara smiled as they both hugged each other, Radhika too walked towards Omkara smiling.
Breaking the hug Omkara said, “Surprise…” before Dev could ask anything.
“He is Om, My and Radhika’s friend in US…” Dev introduced Gauri who was about to turn to go to Omkara smiling.
Omkara raised his hand for a hand shake as Gauri looked towards his hand confused.
Nevertheless , she shook hands with him while Omkara smiled staring at her beautiful yet for now lost eyes.
