Shiv helps Ganga with the hook and then starts leaving. Ganga thanks him. He stops and says she is looking pretty in that sari. Radhika is not happy seeing this. She recalls Jumki’s words that Ganga is very cunning, she is trying to make Shiv hers. She says she wants to look pretty, so Shiv praises her, but she won’t let that happen.
Amma wants Shiv to lose confidence on himself and then their win will be easier. Pratap says her not to worry.
Radhika plans to drop cold water on Ganga so her makeup spoils and she doesn’t look pretty while family is doing last minute preparations. Amma tells Ganga to get something from outside. Radhika is all set to drop water. Jumki says Ganga is trying to impress Amma too, but she won’t let it happen. She tells Ganga she will go and
Whole family is doing puja. Daima is happy for Shiv. After puja, Amma was going to put pagdi (turban) on Shiv’s head. Just then a villager comes in and says Shiv doesn’t deserve that pagdi. He killed his innocent child. Everyone’s shocked. The villager says Shiv gave medicine to his child..after which his health got worse and he died before they could do anything. Shiv says he gave ayurvedic medicine, so it’s impossible to get any harm from it. He wants to check the child, but his parents don’t let Shiv touch and tell all villagers that he doesn’t deserve this position. They leave. Ganga sees child’s face and she says it’s Chotu. Amma does drama and tells Shiv what he has done. Shiv has nothing to say and leaves there in disbelief. Pratap and Amma smile at each other.
Family returns home and they are having discussion. Kushal says they should have at least checked the child. How they can just believe what they said. Amma says what would happen by seeing the child? Would he become alive again? Jumki says since Ganga has come to that house, one or another thing has been happening with them. They all leave from there except Ganga and Daima. Ganga says she can’t believe no one except Kushal trust on Shiv. No one thinks about him. Family should help each other especially during bad time, but here no such thing is happening. Daima asks Ganga whether she trusts Shiv. She says the way she saw him working, she doesn’t think he can do such thing. Daima tells her to go and talk to Shiv them. He must be sitting beside Parvati’s photo.
Ganga comes to Shiv. He’s talking to Parvati and blaming himself for killing an innocent child. He disappointer her, his father, everyone. He’s not worth of getting all respect that villagers give him. He finished all. Ganga feels bad for him. Kushal comes there. He tells Ganga that Shiv always thought about others and today this.. with him? Last night he got call that a child is sick and he went to help him late night. Ganga says it sounds strange that ayurvedic medicine killed someone. Kushal says it’s impossible. Shiv’s medicine works as magic. He gives medicine mixing in milk. Ganga recalls Chotu telling her someone (didn’t get name) gives him medicine in milk daily and it tastes very bitter. She feels something is not right and decides to bring back Shiv’s respect no matter what.
