Scene 1:
Location: Ganga’s residence
Ganga is busy preparing, for zoya’s case, with her, when raahat comes and asks her to have food, since she hasnt eaten anything. she then calls zoya too. ganga complies. just then, she gets supriya’s call and she gets happy. after talking, supriya points out that sagar is very concerned for her, and she abruptly cancels the call, getting emotional. they all sit down to eat. ganga wonders how they used to understand each other, without saying, but today they dont have any trust.

Scene 2:
Location: sagar’s residence
Sagar remembers ganga’s vehemence, on his withdrawal from the case, and is tensed. ammaji comes and ask whats the matter. he then asks what could it mean, if a person known to you for long, behaved odd. she says that it could be, due to a big reason, intentionally, or for betrayal. he hears intently. she asks who is he talking about. he diverts the topic. she asks him to think straight from the heart, as he cups her face in her arms. he falls asleep.

Scene 3:
Location: Ammaji’s residence
After sending everyone off, madhvi is busy getting dresed, when ammaji comes and is particularly tensed when told that niru took over zoya’s rape case. madhvi finds this weird and asks whats the matter. she is insistent, while ammaji is tensed.

scene 4:
Lopcation: Courtroom
Zoya arrives with ganga in the court, and gets upset when rudra is brought in. then raahat asks about sagar, as everyone else has arrived. ganga wonders maybe sagar did get sense, after her telling him. but she is disappointed when sagar presents himself for the case. the judge sits and the proceedings start. ganga presents herself for prosecution, and demands his permission and is granted the same. then sagar presents another lawyer, Mr. R. P. Joshi, after remembering how she wanted him to back off, and thinks that he is used to being betrayed by continuously trusting her. raahat is relieved that zoya isnt fighting against her own brother. she eyes him tensedly. the judge explains how due to emergency circumstances, he had to shift this case to someone else. they are shocked when they find that its Mr. Niranjan, sagar’s father. rudra and sagar stand tensed. raahat is shocked too, lamenting at the irony of destiny. she wodners which relation she would have with sagar. they both start their arguements. niru asks them both to be strictly professional, and not get personal. he leaves for inside. niru eyes zoya the girl. sagar and ganga wait. the interrogation begins, and nikhil starts producting his whereabouts. then she sends them off. niru then finally warns them that there shall be a contempt next time they fight amongst themselves. ganga too produces it when the envelope must have been called. niru is taken aback, and so is raahat. the lawyer produces medial reports, that show that zoya hasnt even been raped, and the male samples retrived are not of rudra, on the claimed murder weapon. she rubbishes it all. zoya speaks up sayiong that its totally false. rudra stands tensedly. while ganga is shocked. she is unable to believe the report. they cry out for niru’s result.

Precap: Raahat gets a box of sweets, nd taunts niru, in his house, that today is a special day, as a father punished his daughter, and a brother was ashamed t have found out the truth first. ganga taunts and laments to ammaji that she never thought she could stoop so low. sagar comes and asks her to get get lost, as its been enough. niru eyes them going.
