SCENE-1
AFTER 2 MONTHS…
Shruti gets ready to go to the colg after a long time…The day is so special that she is going to write her first semester exam…
In these two months,every evening Sid would come to her house right frm the colg and would stay up till night…Sometimes,Abhi and Swadhu would also join them…They would tell her whatever had happened in colg that day…She would be bored all day staying up at home without doing any work…The only entertainment for Shruti is the stories of her colg…
They would discuss their studies at times…Her friends would write notes for her and Sid would explain her all the things…That way she studied by being at home…
Now,She could move her left hand slightly…But doctor had asked her not to do heavy work using the hand…So she had asked Sid to take her to colg…Sid comes…
Sid : (parks his bike) Shruti…R u ready??
Shruti : Haan…I m coming…
She comes taking her bag …Her mom and grandma follows her…Her grandma gives prasad to both of them…
Radhika (Shruti’s mom): All the best to both of u…
Grandma : Do well…Take care Shruti.Take care of her Siddhu…
Both of them show thumbs up and go…
SCENE-2
Shruti and Sid reach colg…Abhi and Swadhu have already come there…
Abhi : Welcome back Shrutiji,the next Jhansi ki Rani…
Swa : Hi darlo!! R u alright now??
Shruti : I am alright dr…
Abhi : Oh God…I don’t have time…I have to finish two more chapters…One of u please change ur name to the one starting with A…So that we may get the same exam hall…I can copy u…Now see…All of ur names start with S and u hav got the same exam hall…But I m alone…(he pretends like crying)
Swadhu : We can solve it even now…U change ur name to the one starting with S…
Abhi : Wow….Thats a great idea…But what name shall I choose?? Suresh?? That is old fashioned..
Shruti : Why dont u Change it as STUPID??That suits u well…By saying ur name itself,people will understand ur character…
Sid,Swadhu: Wah!What a name madamji!!!
Three of them high five…
Abhi : U guys don’t get sleep if u don’t tease me…Don’t talk to me…I am going to study…
Sid : Thank God…He himself have taken a good decision of not talking to us…
Abhi stares at them angrily…
Four of them revise important Questions…When the bell rang,they enter the exam hall…
SCENE-3
In the exam hall,Sid is sitting in the next bench to Shruti …And Swadeenta,two benches away…Abhi in the other hall alone..?They got the question paper and started writing…It was not a tough paper for them…
After 15 minutes passed,Sanjay comes to the exam hall…He has come to write his arrear paper…His seat is adjacent to Shruti’s…He also writes…He has got so much of chits in which the answers r written..He opens it and writes without the knowledge of the invigilator…Shruti watches all of these and remembering the promise she made to her friends,she keeps quiet…
A little later,Sanjay’s pen has finished its ink and he could not write anymore…He looks around and finds Shruti having two extra pens with her…He leans and picks one of them…Shruti looks at him…He smiles…And then starts writing…
Sanjay finishes his exam and goes out…Shruti also comes out after 20 minutes…
SCENE-4
Shruti picks up her bag and by then,she hears someone calling her name…She turns and sees…Its SANJAY…
Sanjay :(returns her pen) Here is ur pen…I used it…U may be expecting me to thank u…But I wont thank anyone…U r lucky that u helped me…Have it…
Shruti stares at him with burning eyes…She is about to scold him…But remembering the promise,she walks away…
SCENE-5
Shruti comes and sits in a stone bench waiting for her friends to come…Arnav sees her from a distance…He has an urge to go and ask her about her health and apologize to her…Afterall he had waited so many times at a distance from her house to see her…But Shruti is unaware of all these…
Arnav goes near Shruti…She sees him but pretends as if she did not see him…He coughs to catch her attention…But Shruti did not respond…
Arnav : Hi Shruti!! How r u??
Shruti stares at him…She gets up…
Shruti : Why Should I tell u how I am…Who r u to me??
Arnav : I am sorry for not helping u that day…I agree that that’s my mistake…I should have helped u…But,___
Shruti notices tears in Arnav’s eyes…Before he could finish,she started talking…
Shruti : (angrily)No Mr.Raizada…Its not at all ur mistake…It was my mistake that I had a hope that u will help…That is my mistake…After knowing about u and ur attitude,its my foolishness to think that U will help me…Later,I figured out why u did not help me…U asked me to stop messing with Sanjay and warned me that u will kill me otherwise…I did not listen to ur words and I did what u asked me not to…So,I think u left me to get killed by the goons instead of u killing me…
Arnav : No…Shruti…Listen to me for a second…
Shruti : No…I wont listen to u anymore…I escaped from the goons myself…Without ur help…Understood??But i cant bear one thing..Did u try to know whether i am alve or dead??Did u come to see me atleast once these days?? I would have forgiven u if u had come to see me…But ur ego must be preventing u from seeing me, right?? Now dont say anything…I don’t feel like talking to u…Just go away Mr.Raizada…
By saying that,she starts crying…Arnav also goes from the place with tears…
