The episode starts with Vansh’s staff are working in the preparation of a new party.
Then Vansh and Angre have arrived.
Vansh got very disturbed and destructed when he has seen the preparations that his staff have done.
Vansh: What is this nonsense?! How each and every time I will repeat my words?!
One of Vansh’s staff: Sorry boss, but what is the thing that you aren’t liking it? As everything is done the way you told us to do it.
Vansh: And this is another problem that you actually doesn’t know what is the wrong thing that you have done! Just look at the flowers first and then you will know what the mistaken thing that you have done.
All Vansh’s staff looked at the flowers.
Then they have known why he was very nervous like that.
Vansh: Do you have known now the reason behind my disturbance?
One of Vansh’s staff: Yes boss.
Vansh: Everyone of you knows that in the parties that Vansh Rai Singhania organize it there must to be a colorful flowers not just the white flowers. So how you could forget something like that?!

The girl, the one of Vansh’s staff that was responsible of the flower issue, wasn’t able to say a word.
She was thinking that Vansh is really over reacting and she wasn’t able to tolerate his attitude.
Vansh: You must to be punished for what you have done so you could never cross Vansh’s rules. I will not fire you, but there will be a huge deduction from your salary so you could never repeat such a mistake again.
Vansh was going to leave to check on the rest of the preparations when he has listened to the girl’s talk with herself.
She wasn’t knowing that Vansh has a sharp ears who could listen to the things that anyone is saying even if it is inside him/her.
The girl to herself: He is arrogant and mean! Who he think he is?! What rules that could make him deduct from my salary?! May his orders and rules got to hell! I don’t know how people is tolerating that guy!
Vansh has turned to her.
She got shocked when she found him in front of her once again after she finished her words with herself.
Vansh: Do you think that you will say anything from my back and I will not listen to it? Poor you, you don’t know that Vansh Rai Singhania could listen to anything you are saying even if you are saying it inside yourself.
The girl starts to become very stressed and she starts sweating very much.
Vansh: You know what is the thing that disturbed me more than what you have said?
The girl in a shacking voice: What?
Vansh: That you weren’t brave to say those words in front me and you just have said those words from my back and when you have seen me returned back all your strength and power got vanished and you became very frightened like that. The girl got shocked from Vansh’s behavior and how he merely fired her just because she didn’t said what was inside her in front of him.
She didn’t said any word and she merely left the place.
Then Vansh signed to Angre to come to him.
Angre comes to Vansh to listen to what he wants to say to him.
Vansh: Angre I want you to make sure to make that girl reach to a new job very fast and you must be sure that they will offer to her a perfect salary.
Angre was looking at Vansh with a surprised and questioning reaction.
Vansh: Yes Angre don’t be that surprised. You also must be sure that she will take all her owed without any deduction.
Angre was still surprised from Vansh’s opposite attitude.
Angre: Okay boss I will do what you have said to me, but can I ask you question?
Vansh smiles because he knows what is Angre’s question.
Vansh: I know what is your question. You want to ask me why I’m making sure that this girl could have a new job very fast and give her all he owed that I was already going to deduct from it while I have already fired her, Am I right or am I right?!
Angre: Yes boss this was the question that I was going to ask it you. I really can’t understand the reason that can make you punish and at the same time treat this punishment. How you could hurt and then cure the wound?! I really got confused!
Vansh: Because what that girl has done was really something that she must to take its punishment and I thought that deducting from her salary will make her learn to not cross my rules once again, but being that coward and not being brave to say what she owns to her boss this would never be changed in her even if I deduct her whole salary.
Angre: I still can’t understand!
Vansh: Cowardliness Angre is a thing that is in the nature of the person so it will not be changed even if you tried very hard to change it and I can’t make any coward person work with me. Ragini: Riddhima what you have done outside?! How you could punish the son of the principle of the school?! Are you aren’t afraid that he could fire you?!

Riddhima: No, not me. I don’t care if I got fired as I will be proud that I have said the truth and I didn’t watched something wrong is done and blind my eyes about it.
Ragini: You are very brave Riddhima. How you are that brave?!
Riddhima: How life could be a life if you aren’t living it with braveness? If you aren’t brave, so you aren’t deserved to be alive. Always say what is inside you and don’t care about anyone’s opinion.
Ragini was amazed from Riddhima’s attitude.
She was surprised from how Riddima doesn’t fear from anyone and she is very brave.
Ragini was hoping that one day she could be able to be like Riddhima.
Afterwards, Angre was still confused and surprised from Vansh’s behavior.
Angre: Do you mean if that girl has came in front of you and said those words you weren’t going to fire her?
Vansh: Yes I wouldn’t have fired her.
Angre: Really?!
Vansh: Yes Angre. Maybe I would have punished her a more strict punishment, but I would never fire her. You could change people’s point of view about you, but you can’t change something related to their nature. If she is a brave girl who could merely say the truth in front of anyone even if this person is her boss, she would never cheat you or do any illegal thing in your work. While if she is a coward girl who fears to say the truth, she would merely cheat her boss for anyone who will give her more money and this is the thing that I can’t accept it so that’s why I fired her.
Angre: So why you wanting me to make her work in another company?
Vansh: Because of course she has a family who she is responsible for their needs and firing her could make her take a lot of time until she could find a proper job so this could affect her family in a harmful way. You know that I can’t tolerate that anyone could suffer because of me and at the same time I would never tolerate making her stay working with me. So that’s why I asked you to get to her a new job and of course none of the companies are working with Vansh Rai Singhania’s rules so she could be able to work in anyone of those companies. Do you have understood now?
Angre: A kind of. You know that since a lot and I’m trying to understand what is in your mind, but I’m not able at all. You will always be a big puzzle to me that I hope that one day I could be able to solve it.
Vansh: You will spend your whole life and you will still not be able to solve that puzzle as no one could understand what is in the mind of Vansh Rai Singhania.

They laugh.

The principle was amazed from how Riddhima is very brave.

Regardless that I got very angry when I knew that you have punished my son, but when I have known that he has really made a wrong thing I got really impressed from how you are brave and how you have controlled the situation.
Riddhima was happy from the principle’s words.
Riddhima: I would never see anything is wrong and I sit quiet. I know that you could have the power to fire me if you want, but at least I have done the thing that my heart has told it to me.
Principle: No Miss Riddhima I would never fire you because you are really a professional teacher and all the students love you even my son who you has punished him he also loves you and he has learned from his mistake and he will not repeated again. Actually, I want to thank you for giving to my son a lesson that he would never forget it in his life. I’m really proud that there is a teacher like you in my school.
Riddhima: Thank you so much principle for your trust and I hope that I would never break that trust. I also promise you that I will take care about all the students and I will be sure to not punish anyone without being sure that he/she is mistaken.
Principle: I’m sure of that. You can go now to finish your sessions.
Riddhima: Okay principle.
Riddhima has left the principle’s office and there was a smile on her face.
She was happy that her rules and perspective is the thing that is always win.
She was happy that she doesn’t need to change herself to succeed in her career.
Riddhima to herself: I’m sure that being always sticking on the right side is the thing that will make me reach to all the success that I want. Saying the truth is will always be the direct way to reach to what I want and this is the thing that I will never change it on myself.
At that moment, Vansh was preparing everything for the party that he is organizing it.
Then he send a message on the gang group.
Vansh: Don’t forget guys that we will all meet at the same place at 7 pm as I’m sure that each one of us will finish his and her work at that time so we could meet to spend some time together.
Riddhima and Kabir have received the message and they start replying to Vansh.
Riddhima: Who tells you that we will not be busy?
Kabir: Yes as you know that I’m not a party planner like you. I’m a police officer Vansh who must to be very alert to protect you all.
Vansh: Look Miss busy teacher and Mr. busy police officer I will not accept any excuses as I’m sure that this is the time that you all will be free on it. So don’t act as if you are both that busy!
Riddhima smiles from Vansh’s words when she was in the teachers’ room.
Kabir was also smiling when he was in the police station.
