Swara reached home with smile on her face. Sharmishta gets happy seeing Swara smile. After all mother happiness lies on kids. In mother’s heart, she will always be her baby. Grown means nothing to her. Seeing Swara happy, she felt relief in heart.
What else a mother wants than kids happy!
Swara twirls her “mamma
co – educational college is not so bad as I thought. You know what, even Manisha, Diya, all my girls college friends are here. I made new friends Ragini and Himani. Hima in short time become my best friend..” She said in one breath.
A frail girl who is afraid of boys, a girl who not easily mingle with others have different shade which she hiding from world. For world she is introvert, but was she? She hidden her true nature, the reason is she don’t want others to know her this shade.
“Oh god! I don’t believe this. This girl who is less talkative to world is talking so much. No one knows Swara’s this side” Sumi thinks keeping her hand on head.
“Mumma you know I ……” Swara talks interrupted, as a voice yelled “Shona….” making Swara flinch
“Shona what is this did you forget your manners? How loud you are talking! Don’t forget you are girl! Girls voice should be in control! And what happen to your phone, I called you twenty times, but you didn’t pick it..!” Shrinks Shekar. Her eyes lowered to the floor.
Swara just became numb, the girl who is happy before is now completely blank. He crumbled her happiness, her eyes were moist. Nothing comes out of her mouth, she only manage to say “papa, phone was on silent, I didn’t notice call… ” Her voice cracked with emotion.
Shekar gets more angry hearing it.
“What silent? I told you always when you cross college campus, you should put your cell on volume. You never listen naa….” he fumed at her and stiffened at her before walking away.
“Sorry papa. I don’t repeat this….”. She runs to her room. She roll over bed burying her face in the pillow shedding tears.
Adi who just came back home gets angry on his papa. How could he hurt his doll! Furious would be understatement to express his emotion, he was beyond furious.
Before he can say anything Sumi holds his hand and shook her head. Being obedient son, he silently goes to his room, he clenched his fist in helplessness.

Maheshwari residence
Hima who noticed Sanskar smiling towards Swara is teasing Sanskar. Being sister happiness is teasing brother telling their crush name.
“Sanskar bhai, she is so cute naa”
Sanskar fondle his hairs, “yeah cute lovely princess.” He blubbered not realising what he told.
He realises she is teasing him. She stuck tongue out at him. He sneered and runs behind her, “Hima I won’t leave you.”
While running Sanskar accidentally hit DP who coming from opposite direction. He gawked at Sanskar. Sanskar is shocked to see DP. He was in terrible predicament, it’s like he jumped to lion den.
“Sanskar just look at you. Are you kid to play? You never change naa. Always playing don’t forget your grown now.” DP said giving a disgusting look.
If it was someone else Sanskar would give strong reply, but DP is his maternal uncle replying back him means disrespecting mother. So he kept quiet and walks silently from there.
There is another reason behind his silence. When he was five, his father died because of heart attack. It was only DP who come forward and took their responsibility. So Sanskar owed him for that. Nothing wrong if anyone see in view of DP, he only want Sanskar to have career not to spoil his life running behind cricket and singing.
“Sorry bhai. It’s because of me uncle scold you.”
“It’s not your fault Hima.”
“But bhai………” he cut her in middle, engulf her.
“What’s going on here?” Sujatha asked walking towards them. It’s rare view to watch, she only saw both fighting.
“Mom it’s secret between us.” Sujatha didn’t ask more as she felt it’s not good to interfere between brother and sister.
“Hima go and sleep. It’s late, we have work to do tomorrow. Did you forget
mission Swara?”
“No bhai. I don’t forget it. Don’t you think bhai you involving too much in mission.” She pulled his leg.
“Hima…..” he gave her waspish look. She run to her room. He can’t deny fact, he was smitten by Swara.

Night passed giving a way to morning. Shekar as usual drops Swara to college.
GFGC College
Sanskar says “mission Swara begins”
“But what’s the plan?” asked Adi and Hima in unison confused.
Sanskar ignore them, moves from there and goes to Swara. He knelt down in front of her, whole college is looking at them. Swara felt her heart ripping.
“Oh god! what’s he doing?” Swara thinks.
Adi and Hima was shocked to sees this. Caring brother in Adi awakes, “What the hell is Sanskar trying to do?” A glint of anger in his eyes. Adi shoot dagger at him.
Hima blink her eyes seeing scenario Sanskar on kneel. She is sister who trust his brother every doing, but this was just something she was astonished. Seeing brother kneeling down in front of best friend is scene worth to watch.
Sanskar took Swara hand in his. Swara is just blank nothing come to her mind. She looked down uneasily. She wanted to yell at him, but her voice choked in throat.
His eyes pierced to her. “I need someone who cares me. I need someone with whom I share my happy and sorrow moments. I need someone who support me every time. Will you be my……..” he paused few moment for his words to sink in.
Then continued “……friend !!” He gave her warm smile.
Swara eyed him bewildered. Rather than shock of being Sanskar kneel down, she shocked to hear his last words. She coyly thought things over and again, “will you be friend?” She was taken aback by his queer proposal.
Hima faints. Adi too shocked to hear it. He laugh hearing his statement and turn to see fainted Hima. He felt restless move towards her and sprinkle water on her face.
He slowly touching face says “Hima….”
She woke up in jerk “Are you ok?” He asked in concerned filled tone. She nods her head.
She turns looking towards Sanskar gave unbelievable look and says “I think bhai gone mad. He proposed for amity. Who does such a strange proposal?”
“I knew that Sanskar will end up like this. I rely my friend not lay fingure on my sister.” said Adi not knowing what destiny will bring.
