chapter 6 : everyone knows the truth !!!
this chapter starts from kartik waking up and realises naira’s face on his chest . he adores her beauty . their position:
kartik (in mind): yesterday was the worst day of my life. seeing you broken like that and crying it broke my heart into micromillion pieces. i know that it’s very tough for you and i can understand it too . you have gone through a lot naira and i will make sure that there are no tears in your eyes now .
he pecks on her cheeks and says i love you my sherni !he doesn’t know that naira is already awake . she thinks of teasing him so she cuddles into him more unable him to move . he quietly moves naira arm from his chest but naira hold it tightly .
kartik: naira mujhe pata hain tum uthi hoyi ho , chalo lets get ready its already 7:30!!
naira: kya kartik ..tum hein kaise pata chala
kartik: saalon se jaanta hoon tumhein..i know you in and out !
naira : accha so tell me which is my favorite timepass
kartik : hmm…..luv kush ..dancing..there are many
naira : offoh kartik !! i bet you have lost your memory because my favourite timpass is irritating my mendak!
kartik : accha ji tumhein abhi bata ta hoon . he starts tickling her while naira is laughing
kartik: accha chalo ab ready ho jaate hain phir singhania sadan jaana hain aur fir sabka bata bhi hain
naira( smile vanishing ): hmm chalo
kartik: udaas ho gayi tum , (cupping her face) naira see i understand you need time to digest this fact but you know try be happy , well you should be coz you got such nice parents , even you bieng not their daughter they loved you so much , so think that your real parents they toh will shower all their love on you !
naira : and i am gad for that kartik that they loved me so much but there is one question roaming in my mind and that is that why did my real parents got me into an orphanage ?
kartik : and i am sure that we will get this answer of your question today ! now chalo wipe your tears and get ready
naira (wiping her tears) : ya chalo
kartik kissed her forehead and cheeks and then they both got freshen up and ready

they both went down together . naira was a little lost which didn’t go unnoticed by swarna and kartik. kartik knew her turmoil. he understood that she needs her time so he didn’t say anything while when kartik told the goenkas that he and naira are going to singhania sadan , swarna was sure by that time that there is somthing they are hiding and decides to ask naira but she did not ask her as she was a little lost , so she asked kartik
swarna : kartik sab theek hain na . naira theek hai na . she is looking lost today
kartik : haan maa sab theek hain aap
swarna : kisse jhooth bol rahe ho kartik ? maa hoon tumhari
kartik : voh..vohh
naira (from behind): main batati hoon ma
kartik : nairaa
naira : maa ham app sabko shaam ko batane vale the ki ..(stammering) i ..am not….umm… i am not a singhania , i am an …or..phann .
then naira tells swarna about the letter .swarna is shocked to the core knowing about the happenings , now she can actually figure out why naira was lost . naira was teary-eyed while stating all the happenings while kartik side hugged her to console her .
swarna : par aise kaise . naira tum theek ho na ?i am sorry mujhe pata nahi tha ki itni badi baat hain !
naira: haan maa main theek hoon aap pareshan mat ho ! ham aaj shaam ko sab sach bata denge because we can’t hide it . aaj jaise appko shak hua kal kissi aur ko ho jaayega.
kartik : haan maa we were planning to go to singhania sadan first so we will know all the things and then we can tell you guys here.
swarna: ya you are correct
they did not know that dadi was listening to all of this and was shocked . she always thought that naira was daughter of the singhania and was from a rich family but she was an orphan !
swarna : maaji..
kartik and naira were shocked that dadi has listened to everything . kartik was scared that dadi won’t be able to accept naira now as she is always for reputation . dadi moved towards naira and
thudd…
dadi gave a slap to naira making her fall. kartik and swarna were shocked as earlier there used to be many fights between dadi and naira but dadi never slapped her and this slap made kartik’s blood boil rise and he can’t accept the fact that his wife , his love is being slapped . dadi was again trying to slap naira but she was stopped … well it was kartik who stopped her as in his point of view naira was not on mistake , she did not deserve the slap but naira’s real mom-dad did because they left her in an orphanage .
kartik : dadiii…kya kar rahi hain aap ?
dadi : main kya kar rahi hoon , kittu main apne pote ko ek anaath se pyaar karte hue nahi ekh sakti . hum goenkas hain , one of the top business companies , hamara pota ek anaath ke saath shaadi nahi kar sakta . tum CEO of KG group ho ! log kya sochege kittu ki hamein koi aur nahi mila hamare pote ke jeevan saathi ki jagah. nahi kittu ham tumko iske saath nahi rehne de sakte , hum tumhari doosri shaadi karvayege .
and this was enough for kartik to become angry at his peak while naira was cursing her fate in her mind that why did god put her through all this and swarna was shocked as all this time dadi accepted naira because she was the daughter of the singhania and not for the fact that kartik loves naira …
kartik: bas dadi bahut ho gaya ! naira ke baare main ek aur shabd nahi sunoonga main! aur khabardar agar naira ko aapne ‘anaath’ bulaya ! aur haan jahan tak meri dusri shaadi ki baat toh bhul jaaye dadi kyunki is janam main toh kya par saare janmon main main sirf naira se he shaadi karunga .
dadi : tumhare aage toh naira ki buraiya karne ka koi fayda he nahi hain tum toh ho he gaye ho joru ke gulaam aur mayke vaale .
while dadi was saying this kartik realised that naira had been way too silent . he looked towards her and saw tears in her eyes . he was broken moreover naira was silently crying while swarna was shocked . even other family memeber came hearing the noises and now everyone knows everything !! EVERYONE KNOWS THE TRUTH IN GOENKA FAMILY !
