chapter 16 : a shocker ?
they both reached singhania sadan. they were just coming out of the car when kartik recieved the call, kartik signaled naira to go and he will come after attending the call . naira was on the doorstep but what she heard made her shocked to the core , she was in tears , more than that she was angry. she just ran outside the house , kartik was on a call resulting not to see her .
she ran outside the singhania house , she was walking lifelessly on the road. she couldn’t believe her ears. she was happy at some point but couldn’t believe it . her trust was broken . she was shattered !!
kartik ended the call and came inside singhania sadan , kartik was feeling uneasy
kartik: radhe krishna !
naksh : are kartikyou here ?
kartik : tum yahaan matlab ? isn’t that obvious ?
kirti : obvious kyu hoga kartikk
kartik: wait , where is naira ?
naksh : where is naira kya kartik ? you must be knowing that wouldn’t you ?
kartik: matlab naira,,,naira
he was shouting in singhania sadan , when naksh hold him from his shoulder and asked him where is naira ?
naksh : kartik where is naira ? she should be with you right?
kartik : haan but she came here . we came together i got a call and she came inside .
naksh : what??
kartik : yess
naksh : but where is she then ? why did not she greet us meet us ?
while from behind ,
naira : i am here kartik
kartik :naira..
he rushed to her and hugged her
kartik : naira where were you ? i was finding you every where, you okay right ?
naksh : haan naira , kahaan the we were calling u naira naira in the whole house for like 10 mins !
kirti: haan naira tell
naitik : haan princess tell us ?
naira: calm down guys ! i am fine , main yaheen he thi voh garden main the i found a cat there , so i was playing with it !
while kartik somewhere knew that naira is lieing but did not asked her . by looking at her he could find out that she cried and was sure that something was wrong but he did not asked her , he thought she would not be uncomfortable in telling the matter in front of family . while singhania’s was her family to, whenever naira was tensed she avoided telling the singhania’s until it’s a big matter because she doesn’t want that beacuse of her , her family should be worried . she only told them to kartik . everyone agreed to the situation , and went inside. the chit chatted .
naira was a bit lost which did not went unnoticed by kartik . he was tensed about thinking what the matter will be . honestly he did not want any more problems !

i know that naira is lieing , and even she knows that i caught her lieing i will ask later this matter. during the chit chat , i found herself lost .to be honest , when she entered singhania sadan , i could feel that she cried . i am just worried about her . there’s a lot happened today and i just hope it’s not a new problem . i know she needs me now and i will ensure it that i am there with her. naira you are hiding your pain , behind this fake smile of yours . i just hope nothing new comes up now . you are already tensed and i don’t want your health to suffer.

how can they do that ? how and why ? such a fake drama? they still not look guilty . i was lost in my thoughts when i noticed a gaze on me and i knew that it was of kartik’s . i know that he has catched my lie , but how should i tell him the truth. after knowing my reality , he was the only one who supported me in and out but i will have to tell him. i was crying when i ran from singhania sadan but then the thought of kartik came back into my mind , i composed myself and went to the singhania sadan .my mind is only through one question and that is why ?
