Episode starts with kunjs confused face K: (taking his hands away) kis baat ka badla lene aye ho tum. Aur kon ho tum. Kunj said in angry voice. While naman said
N: I’m revanth or I should say rocky (for me revanth and rocky is same person).
After listening to revanth (now I will refer naman as revanth) kunj was stunned
K: but pallavi said me that u are dead. Then how can you.kunj said being confused.
R: yes according to pallavi I’m dead but I’m not, just like you came back I also came.
K : Haan ,but why u came to us. And which revenge ur taking from us
R: because u have snatched my wife from me so I’m also snatching ur wife or I should say my first love from u
K: (amused and furious) what ur first love
R: yes, twinkle is my first love.
K: but how, twinkle didn’t said anything about u to me
R: coz she never knew that I love her. She didn’t saw me ever. I use to love her secretly
So twinkle is revanth’s first love. But what is his story. Let’s get to know it in flashback

During my college time I used to live in amritsar. And I was studying in same college as of twinkle and yuvraj. At first sight only I fell in love with her but she never saw as she always be busy with her friends, studies or with yuvraj. I didn’t confessed my love to her as she and yuvraj was in love with each other and I was scared to confess.
After completing my college I went to Delhi for pursuing my Mbbs were I met pallavi. Soon we both fell in love with each other but my first love was twinkle only. Her place in my heart was same always,pallavi just made new place for her in my heart.
After completing Mbbs we got married and was living happily. but 6 years before I was going for a conference in Mumbai, on the way to Mumbai my accident happened after accident I was severely injured. Coz of which I slipped into coma. I was in hospital but pallavi and my family members couldn’t able to find me and thought I’m dead. But I was in coma for 6 years. After waking up I went to find pallavi were I got to know about you, ur surgery and plan. But I was shattered when I got to know that pallavi died and was in love with you. I was soo angry and decided to take revenge from u. When I was taking out ur details I found twinkle is ur wife. So I planned to take my revenge by snatching twinkle from u. As u lived my life, my identity for 5 years so now I’m living ur life with ur name.
Last two lines he said while smirking towards kunj

After listening to revanth’s past kunj was totally shocked and said
K: I don’t love pallavi, even I said to her that I don’t love her, but she didn’t listen me. And let me tell you I didn’t killed her.
R : (while walking) I know u don’t love pallavi and also u didn’t kill her
K : then why are you doing this
R: coz just for gaining u pallavi died and how could you just take anyones name and live Haan
Kunj was just listening to revanth being stunned and speechless. When revanth continues

R : even if you got to know my whole truth. What will you do? now I’m married to twinkle and even coz of drugs effect she started believing that I’m her kunj. And you can’t do anything.
He said while smirking at kunj
When kunj replied him in calm yet dangerous voice

K : but ur marriage with twinkle will not get approved as till now twinkle is my wife. I know after I went twiraj got married but they never registered their marriage as they were just pretending to be married in front of family and society. thier divorce was also fake just to show it to family. This marriage of ours was just for happiness and satisfaction that we are together now. and let me remind you in marriage the priest was my Papa who is not the real priest, then how can this marriage be complete . So yes your marriage with twinkle was fake and acting. Twinkle is, was and will always remain my wife forever.

Revanth was shocked and furious at kunj that his plan got flopped but suddenly something hit his mind and started laughing at kunj. While kunj was looking at him confusingly. Revanth said

R: nice very nice Mr sarna but what will you do now. Twinkle is in my cage and u can’t be able to come near her as I have kept bodyguards who will never allow u to come to her.
But suddenly from back he listened a sound of clapping. When Revanth turned around to find who the person is he was shocked and scared. And kunj was smirking at the person
