The hall was fully decorated with flowers,,,lightings were perfect….. Roses and white flowers like jasmine or tuberose were used as accents in central stage……..
Grand gate at the entrance of the venue made of flowers and foliages holding a sign mentioning both the bride and the groom’s names,, was also made in flower………big mandap was set……the pillars were decorated with flowers as is the frame supporting the overhead canopy…… crystal embellishments were used to enhance the décor……..
All relatives have arrived…..Janvi has also arrived on time….the whole environment was so positive and full of enthusiasm……
Lets peep into the brides room…..
Gauri was wearing lhnga given by annika….Red coloured lhnga with golden work….And it just enhanced Gauri’s beauty….She was looking Gorgeous,,the Perfect bride……!!
Here Om was wearing white sherwani with matching embroidered shoes,,,,Mojri…..

And its muhrat calling,,,,Pandit ji asked Janvi to call the couple…..

Gauri wiped her tears and said…..
Gauri–Annika will do my kanyadan……
Anni–Gauri…..what are you saying….??
Gauri–Annika you’ve always been there for me…..Since childhood,,,you’ve dealt with my all problems as if it was yours…..!!You are the shield of my life and I could do anything in return so I just want you to do this ritual…..I owe you a lot…..(teras were constantly brimming through her eyes)
Annika just hugged her tight and they let their tears flow…..
Janvi took pandit ji’s permission and he agreed so they went ahead with this…..Annika did kanyadan of Gauri….!!
Annika asked Om to not fail the Gauri in his pursuit of dharma (moral and lawful life), artha (wealth) and kama (love)…….Om promised to the he shall never fail her in his pursuit of dharma, artha and kama,…….
This marked the end of kanyadan ritual….

Now its time for Saath phera,,,,,Gauri’s mom did their gatbandhan….
Om and Gauri conducted seven circuits of the Holy Fire (Agni), which is considered a witness to the vows they make to each other……..!!!
After this……Om made Gauri wear mangalsutra and filled her hairline with vermilion…..
Pandit ji,,,,,,”Vivaah sampan hua””
And finally they are together in all means…..Rikara took elder’s blessings……Annika hugged Gauri,,,Shivaay hugged Om and congratulated them……
Everyone was so happy……

Vidai Ceremony is an event where emotions run high……. It is very common to find the bride’s family members become pretty sentimental along with her friends as well as the relatives…….
Gauri started crying bitterly hugging her mother,,,,then few close relatives…..Annika consoled her and hugged her tightly……
