When He Fell for Her (Adni FF) Part 4

Part 4:

In the evening when Chandni came to her consciousness she found herself in a brilliantly designed large room “where am I? What happened last night?” she tried to remember and when she remembered what had happened to her, she again broke down to tears and started calling out for help “somebody please help me, anybody please save me from this monster, please anyone save me from him” hearing her screams Advay ran to his room to check on her, but the moment she saw his face she became hysterical “look I’m telling you, don’t you dare to come near me or I’ll kill you or myself” she hurriedly got on the floor and picked up the table lamp threatening him to throw it at him. “Chandni look here, listen to me you need to calm down, I’m not here to hurt you” he tried to calm her down “well it’s too late now you already have… but I won’t let you do it anymore you sadist scoundrel” she told him without putting the lamp down “I swear I’ll hit you with it if you come any closer to me.”

“No Shilpa, don’t” Advay forbade his housekeeper, which made Chandni to look behind her but there was no one there, availing this opportunity Advay quickly came closer to her, almost snatching the lamp from her he put it on the table and held Chandni in his strong arms tightly so she cannot harm herself “leave me you scoundrel, you bastard you’ve ruined my life” she again started to cry badly struggling hard to get free from his hold, Advay who had caught Chandni from her back, turned her to face him and hugged her tightly “Chandni please listen to me” Chandni who was now thumping hard at his chest shook her head in a no because she couldn’t speak now her throat was hurting and constricted, gradually she was feeling that the strength in her to fight him off is draining way, then she slumped her hands and rested her head on his chest while tears were continuously flowing from her eyes and wetting his white shirt, he now loosened his hold on her, holding her in a gentle embrace he was now caressing her head “Chandni you can use as many abusive words for me as you want to because I deserve it, I’ve been a spineless and cowardly bastard, a heartless rascal and a scoundrel, I did wrong to you, I did a sin and now I’ll do the repentance, I’ve ruined your life, snatched it away from you and now I’ll be the one to give it back, I know you hate me and you should, but I want to do the right thing by you.”

“How you are going to give my life back to me? Will you return my respect back to me? Can you undo what you have done to me? Can you wear your dirty hands off of me? I feel tarnished and dirty after what you have done to me can you change that? I want to die and I want to kill you too” she replied to him spitefully and before he could say anything he saw her swooning and before she could hit the floor Advay quickly caught her and lifting her in his arms he settled her on the bed. While Chandni was unconscious he sat on the floor and holding her feet he said “I’m sorry Chandni please forgive me, all my life I hated my father for abandoning me and my mother, I feared to be turned out like him and that’s what I’ve become. I’m no good than a monster. I’m a poison, I ruin everything I touch, I’ve ruined you, I’m so sorry, I’m your culprit I’ll endure any punishment you’ll give me, if you want to kill me then let be it, but I won’t let you harm yourself” his tears were falling on her feet, Chandni opened her eyes and saw her nemesis seeking her forgiveness. She felt a tug at her heart but she didn’t want to see his face or any other person’s, something was broken inside her and there was emptiness inside her because she couldn’t feel any emotions neither hate nor love anymore, she was just tired of everything maybe tired of life itself and wanted to end everything.

Advay felt that she was looking at him, when he raised his head to look at her, Chandni instantly turned her face to other side “Chandni I” his words were lost in the middle as she showed her back to him and two silent tears escaped her eyes while she closed them. Head bent down, shoulders slumped and dejection in his eyes, no one would have believed that it was the same confident, powerful and overachiever business tycoon Advay Singh Raizada for whom there were no words like impossible and failure, today he had failed his mother’s values and it was getting impossible for him to undo the sin he had done to this innocent girl. “Cheeku arey beta Cheeku, my child where are you?” he heard his Naani calling for him. “When did Naani come from her Tirth Yatra” he found himself wondering. “Am I able to face Naani after the hideous sin I have committed? When she will know about it she will hate me, I can’t face her but I have to she might be the one to show me the way to rectify my sin” thinking that he went out to meet his Naani. “Naani I’m here” he told her while hugging her in a tight embrace, “Cheeku is something wrong my child? Why this sad face? Come on tell me, spill the beans” she asked him worriedly “Naani how do you know?” he asked with surprise “my child although I’m blind but I can see your heart, there is something very grave that is itching you and I know it’s burdening your heart so tell me” Naani told him with all the affection and love for him in her voice.

“If I’m to tell you Naani what hideous sin I’ve carried out you will hate me for my entire life” he told Naani in a broken and soul shattering voice “Cheeku my child tell me what have you done, my heart is sinking, tell me quickly” Naani asked again in a more worried voice. “Naani I…” he poured down the full detail of past day’s event and the dreadful transgression he carried out against Chandni. Crack the hall echoed with sound of Naani’s hand hitting his face and it didn’t stop there she gave him serious beat down until she went of breath, “is that how I raised you to be? Had you forgotten all the virtues and morals I taught you? You caused humiliation to me and your dead mother Advay” Naani’s beating didn’t hurt as much as her addressing him Advay did, because she never called him with his name he always had been Cheeku to Naani, her most beloved and cherished grandson. “Where have you left that poor soul? Take me to her” Naani asked him angrily. He took Naani to his room where Chandni was sleeping on his bed, when she bent down to touch Chandni’s face she broke into hysterical fits “no, don’t come near me, please don’t touch me, go away just go away” she was shouting as well as crying at the same time, Naani hurriedly took her into her embrace “shh, shh, calm down my child, calm down, you are safe now, no one is going to hurt you, you are safe with me just calm down” she patted Chandni’s head to calm her down. “My child I’m so sorry for my grandson’s hideous sin, I didn’t make him to grow into the man he is now, just forgive me, and for his sin whatever punishment you suggest I’ll stand by you, consider me as your Naani too, you are not alone, don’t be scared” Naani continued patting her head affectionately, assuring her she was not alone. Miraculously it had a soothing effect on Chandni and she felt safe in Naani’s arms, “Advay Singh Raizada you are not needed here, leave me alone with Chandni” Naani told him in her cold and stern voice, he who was witnessing this whole scene helplessly felt that someone had torn his heart to shreds with million daggers and he knew that he deserved it and the worst.
