Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum has finally come to an end. The show has brought the unique homely characters, which entered the viewer’s hearts. Sooraj and Sandhya’s ideal love, respect, trust and understanding have been seen throughout the show. Rathi family members entertained the viewers by their striking personalities. Bhabho, Maasa and Babasa are the elders who have always supported their sons and daughters in laws. Meenakshi and Vikram added bit of humor in the show. Om and Emily’s love story showed some maturity and good bonding recently. The show has brought almost all the good tracks combined in the successful five year run. There was not much dragging of a particular track.
The lead actors Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh will be hugely missed by their fans. The child artists have also done a good job. The show made the viewers habitual to watch the convincing portrayals every day, since it turned seven days a week. Diya Aur Baati Hum will be airing its last episode on Saturday, 10th September 2016.
