Hey all, I am finally back with the last episode of Why did I fall for you? Yes this will be the last episode of this ff and since it’s the last episode I made it slightly longer.

Episode 9
Scene 1: Outside
Here Saanchi is waiting for an auto and Kabir is about to go in his car he sees this.
Kabir: Saanchi come with me in my car.
Saanchi: But sir?
Kabir: You do consider me as a Friend, right?
Saanchi nods.
Kabir: Then come with me in my car.
Saanchi agrees. Kabir opens the door for her. Saanchi sits in the front seat. Kabir then drives the car to the hospital.
Scene 2: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Here Pragya comes and she is eating a banana. As she is walking she passes through Dr Kabir’s cabin.
Pragya: (in her mind) Not bad idea Pragya.
Pragya gets an idea and she goes and take a bucket of ice.
Pragya smartly uses a rope and ties it to the bucket and ties it to the door knob. So that as soon as the door opens the person opens the door the ice falls on them.
Pragya: (in her mind) Dr Kabir you ruined my friend’s life right! Now you see what I do!
Pragya goes smiling and she looks behind and is shocked as she sees Veer.
Pragya: Veer?
Veer: What were you doing?
Pragya: Nothing.
Veer: Don’t lie.
Pragya: No really nothing.
Veer: Then this rope, this bucket of ice is for what! You are again going to play prank on Dr Kabir!
Pragya: And what else? I must do something to make that short tempered guy cool down.
Veer: And you are going to do a prank for that! Pragya how many times have I told you to not do so!
Pragya: What yaar you?
Veer: Is this even a prank?
Pragya looks at Veer surprised. Veer in his naughty avatar show his naughty smile.
Veer: Now Veer will show you what is actually a prank.
Pragya looks at him surprised and then smiles.
Pragya: Now this is like Veer! Give me a hi 5!
Veer and Pragya gives each other hi-5.
Pragya:(smiling) at least Veer is trying to move on.
Later,
Pragya looks sad and Veer smiles.
Pragya: Yaar what is this! You are playing a prank or worsening a prank!
Veer: Look Pragya wait and watch what happens.
Kabir and Saanchi comes in the cabin together. Saanchi opens the door and she is about to fall, Kabir holds her and the contents in the bucket falls down. It’s rose petals. Kabir and Saanchi lovingly look at each other.
Veer smiles. Pragya gives the seriously look to Veer.
Pragya and Veer are outside the cabin,
Pragya hits Veer’s head.
Pragya: I think you have went crazy. I am trying to teach that Dr Kabir a lesson and you are bringing Dr Kabir and Saanchi closer!
Veer: Look Pragya I am doing what I feel is right! Dr Kabir and Saanchi are made for each other. Sometimes I wonder why did I FALL for Saanchi?
Pragya looks at him sadly.
Veer: (smiling) Anyways better late then never at least I realised this fact.
Pragya: Yaar you are still angry with Saanchi?
Veer: No! Not at all! Why would I be angry with her!
Pragya: Are you sure?
Veer: I am not Dr Malhotra.
Veer leaves. Pragya feels bad for Veer.
Scene 3: Outside
Saanchi and Kabir are outside and they are walking with each other.
Saanchi: Sir let’s go and have something, before the surgery starts after 30 mins.
Kabir: We could have simply have something at the canteen.
Saanchi: No not canteen. We always eat there. Let’s have some street food today. That’s why I brought you outside.
Kabir: Look Saanchi I am not a big fan of street food.
Saanchi: That’s because you don’t even have them. Believe me sir, once you start having them even you will love them.
Saanchi brings him and they have some Pav Bhajji. Kabir and Saanchi eats them.
Then Saanchi eats some Golgappa.
Kabir: Golgappa?
Saanchi: I just love Golgappas!
Kabir: Oh so that’s why Dr Veer calls you Miss Golgappa, right!
Saanchi gets silent.
Kabir: Oh I am sorry.
Saanchi: Sir you should have it.
Saanchi makes Kabir eat the Golgappa.
Kabir: This is so spicy!
Saanchi: What sir guy also this is nothing!
Saanchi: (talking to the Golgappa vendor) Bhaia I want it more spicy.
Kabir: Saanchi, seriously!
Saanchi eats it and enjoys it. She smiles. Kabir smiles looking at her. He stares at her as she continuously eats Golgappa.
Saanchi: Sir you only had two have more.
Kabir: No I am full.
Saanchi: Bhaia give him more, and yes less spice for him, now you are fine with it, right Sir.
Kabir smiles and he also eats Golgappa.
Kabir: Now we should go to the hospital.
Saanchi: Okay sir.
They go to the hospital.
Days pass by and Kabir and Saanchi come closer. Kabir and Saanchi bonds with Kusum sometimes, sometimes with the patients.
Scene 4: Kabir’s house
Here Kusum is holding the remote sadly. Saanchi comes there.
Saanchi: What happened Aunty you look so down today?
Kusum: Look Saanchi beta today they won’t telecast my serial episode for some issue.
Saanchi: Don’t worry Aunty you can watch the next episode later. Watch something else then.
Kusum: There is nothing to watch that’s the problem.
Kusum passes the remote to Saanchi.
Kusum: Saanchi beta you can watch whatever you want to watch. Here you go the remote.
Saanchi: What will I watch?
Kusum: Watch anything. I go and read magazine.
Saanchi changes the channel and she smiles as she comes through a channel. It is showing Tom and Jerry. Saanchi happily watches it.
Saanchi is laughing while watching it. Kusum smiles seeing her laughing.
Kusum: See I told you there will be something there for you to watch.
Just then Kabir comes,
Kabir: Look Maa I know by now your daily soap episode has ended. Now let me watch my match. Today is very important match, Nadal vs Federer.
Kabir gets surprised seeing Saanchi watching tom and jerry and laughing. Kabir smiles. He remembers about his match. He takes the remote.
Kabir: Dr Saanchi is this any age to watch cartoons!
Saanchi: Kabir sir there is no age restriction to watch cartoons. Anyone can watch it! Especially when it comes to Tom and Jerry.
Kabir changes the channel.
Saanchi: Why did you change the channel!
Kabir: Look Saanchi today there is very important match of Nadal and Federer and I can’t afford to miss this match.
Saanchi: You won’t become a tennis player like them watching this match.
Saanchi changes back to Tom and Jerry.
Kabir: And you are already a cartoon then why are you watching cartoon.
Kabir changes back to sport channel. Saanchi gets shocked.
She changes back to Tom and Jerry.
Saanchi: Now I will see how you will see your tennis match?
Saanchi makes faces and runs with the remote in her hand.
Kabir: Saanchi!
They chase each other.
Kusum: Kabir! Saanchi! Carefully!
They continue as Saanchi jumps on the sofa and Kabir tries to take the remote from her.
Kusum: Well you both continue your fight like Tom and Jerry or Nadal and Federer. I am leaving from here.
Saanchi: Aunty I am Jerry, Kabir sir is Tom who always disturb me.
Kabir: No! I am Rafael Nadal and Saanchi is Roger Federer, and I am better than her.
Saanchi: Tom!
Kabir: Jerry!
Saanch: Nadal!
Kabir: Federer!
They are fighting over the remote and then Kabir tries to take the remote. Saanchi lies down to move the remote away using her hand Kabir also jumps on the sofa and tries to take the remote. They look at each other and share an eyelock.
They realise their position and gets away. Kabir: Never mind Saanchi you continue watching cartoon, I will watch the match online.
Kabir leaves from there. Saanchi feels a bit bad.
One day,
Scene 5: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Kabir goes to Dr Malhotra’s cabin.
Dr Malhotra: So Kabir you are ready to sign the life bond.
Kabir: Yes sir I am ready to sign the life bond.
Dr Malhotra: Okay before that I will explain certain things.
Dr Malhotra explains the things. Kabir listens to them.
Dr Malhotra: Okay so now it’s the moment when you will be associated with this hospital forever.
Dr Malhotra shows him the life bond and puts it on the table.
Dr Malhotra: Now you can sign this life bond.
Saanchi overhears this.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Oh no I have to stop Dr Kabir from signing the life bond. What should I do? What should I do?
Saanchi sees Isha and Pragya coming towards her. She gets an idea. She pretends to faint.
She holds her head and acts of fainting. Isha and Pragya gets shocked seeing this.
Isha: Saanchi!
As Kabir is about to sign, he stops hearing Saanchi’s name and he walks towards and gets shocked.
Saanchi falls and Isha and Pragya supports her.
Pragya: Saanchi!
Dr Kabir came out of the room.
Dr Kabir: (worried) What happened to Saanchi!
Isha: I don’t know Dr Kabir she suddenly fainted.
Dr Kabir: I am taking her to my cabin.
Pragya: You no need to do anything!
Isha: Pragya let it be! Saanchi’s health comes for us first!
Kabir lifts Saanchi in his arms. As he walks, Saanchi opens her eyes and looks at Kabir.
She feels bad. And as Kabir is about to look at her, she again closes her eyes.
Kabir makes Saanchi lie down on the stretcher in his cabin. He takes water and sprinkles on her face.
Kabir: Enough of your acting!
Saanchi gets up surprised.
Saanchi: (pretending holding her head) What are you saying?
Kabir: You have done so to stop me from signing the life bond right!
Saanchi is shocked.
Kabir: Look Saanchi you can’t fool me very easily. I can easily say if someone fainted for real or not.
Saanchi looks on.
Kabir: And anyways it’s too late. I have already signed the life bond with Dr Malhotra.
Saanchi is shocked.
Kabir: Now leave my cabin, right now!
Saanchi gets up and leaves. She looks at Kabir sadly.
Kabir: And yes there is no need to act like being my Friend.
Saanchi sadly leaves from there.
Kabir: (in his mind) I am sorry Saanchi. I had to do so.
Saanchi: (in her mind) What happened to Kabir sir? Why did he turn back to Khadoos again?
Scene 5: Car
Kabir is driving the car and Saanchi looks at him.
Saanchi: Sir why did you sign the life bond?
Kabir: I did this because I see my future in this hospital. A bright future. Everyone in this hospital respects me a lot. I don’t think I would get this much respect in other Hospitals, and it’s not easy to gain respect. It took me years to earn this and now that I am going to get a chance to make it for forever, why don’t I sign the life bond.
Saanchi: But Dr Malhotra?
Kabir: Look Saanchi I know you don’t like Dr Malhotra. And you better be careful. I can’t be always there to save you. If he gets to know you are Saanchi Mishra, then I can’t save you. So you better be careful.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Kabir sir cares for me but why is he doing all these! He shouldn’t have signed the life bond. That may ruin his life! I know Dr Malhotra! He is very cunning.
Scene 6: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Here Adarsh is surprised as Dr Malhotra makes Kabir sign the life bond.
Adarsh: Bhaia have you lost it! You made, you made Dr Kabir sign a life bond with the hospital!
Dr Malhotra: So what’s the big deal in that?
Adarsh: Bhaia…you know that if someone signs life bond in this hospital we have to make sure they know everything. Everything! You forgot that?
Dr Malhotra: No I haven’t.
Adarsh: You know why this hospital is running right? You think Dr Kabir will approve of what we are actually doing?
Dr Malhotra: Adarsh, Adarsh relax! I know Kabir won’t approve all these. And that’s good in a way. We will take advantage of Kabir’s innocence.
Adarsh: What do you mean Bhaia?
Dr Malhotra: Kabir is really innocent. I will make the plan such that if we get trapped by any chance all the blame will go on Kabir and then we both are safe.
Adarsh smirks.
Adarsh: Wow Bhaia what an idea! So that’s why all these days you agreed to whatever Dr Kabir said so that no one will have doubt on us.
Dr Malhotra: (smirking) Exactly Adarsh!
Dr Malhotra: (in his mind) Saanchi Mishra you have not done right to mess up with me. Just like Jaya Mishra lost her Husband, now the same fate will be with her Daughter when her Husband will be distanced to her. And then Saanchi Mishra will come begging to me for Kabir’s bail and then…(he laughs)
Since Dr Kabir signed a life bond with the hospital, now Dr Malhotra and Adarsh told him about everything about the hospital they wanted him to know.
The only thing they didn’t tell him was about the scandals and their crime. So that they can trap Kabir in all these
Dr Kabir on the hand was trying to find proof against Dr Malhotra which can prove the innocence of Saanchi’s dad and Dr Malhotra’s crimes.
Saanchi was doing the same too. But neither Kabir knew that Nor Saanchi knew that. Saanchi studied the history of the hospital how it was established and then she referred to the important documents of the hospital she took picture of in Dr Malhotra’s party the other day.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Kabir sir may know some of these things I should ask him. Then let me refer to the documents.
Scene 6: Kabir’s house
Here Kabir is working on the laptop and Saanchi comes to him.
Kabir: Saanchi?
Saanchi comes in.
Saanchi: Sorry sir. For what I did?
Kabir ignores her.
Saanchi: But at least listen to me. I got a proof against Dr Malhotra.
Kabir looks at Saanchi surprised.
Kabir: What are you saying?
Saanchi shows him the picture of the documents from her phone and Kabir sees it.
Saanchi: See sir these are the paper of Hospital.
Kabir: Are you sure Saanchi these are the paper for the hospital?
Saanchi: Yes sir I am very sure. I checked twice while taking the pictures.
Kabir: No Saanchi this is not possible.
Saanchi: But why?
Kabir: That is because when I signed the life bond I was told different things. Like here the picture you took of the hospital was established on 2000, and as far as I know it was established on 2002.
Saanchi: Sir what are you saying I am not getting you?
Kabir: That means either we have been lied or this paper is fake. And Dr Malhotra won’t lie like this you know this can be a really serious matter.
Saanchi: Whatever he did was to lie. By snatching all the hard work made by my dad.
Tears drop from Saanchi’s eyes. Kabir holds her shoulder.
Kabir: Saanchi?
Saanchi wipes her tears.
Saanchi: Sorry sir I got emotional.
Kabir: Look Saanchi I know that you are doing all these for your Mission. I don’t know what’s right or wrong. But all I can tell you is that I will support the truth.
Saanchi looks at Kabir.
Saanchi: Sir I treated you so badly and you still trust me.
Kabir: It was not your mistake, it was my mistake I deserved it.
Saanchi: Please don’t say like that. Now you realised your mistake.
Kabir: Look Saanchi, I don’t want to give you false hopes. If I feel that dr Malhotra is innocent and you are at fault, I will surely punish you.
Saanchi: And this won’t happen.
Saanchi leaves from there.
Kabir: (in his mind)Just wait for a few more days, Saanchi and then everything will be back to normal.
After a few days,
Saanchi wakes up in the morning. She gets a video call.
Saanchi: Maa!
Saanchi picks up the call.
Saanchi: Hello Maa!
Jaya and Sunny starts singing.
Jaya and Sunny: Happy Birthday to you,

Happy Birthday dear Saanchi,

Saanchi shows a bright smile.
Jaya: May god bless you!
Saanchi: Thank you Maa!
Jaya: Sorry beta, we could have met you but you know Sunny’s exam are going on that’s why.
Saanchi: Don’t worry Maa, I understand and Sunny all the best for your exams.
Sunny: Thank you dii and where is Jiju?
Saanchi: He must have went to the hospital early.

Saanchi gets out of the flashback and tears drop from her eyes.
Saanchi: (in her mind) A gift which he succeeded to get it ready but before he could reach it to me, (tears drops from her eyes)
Isha: Saanchi?
Saanchi wipes her tears.
Isha: Did we say anything wrong?
Saanchi: No just some old memories.
Pragya: What old memories that even made you cry?
Saanchi: Let it be Pragya. It’s my birthday and I don’t want to be sad.
Just then nurse Fernandez comes,
Fernandez: Dr Saanchi?
Saanchi: Yes Miss Fernandez?
Fernandez: Dr Kabir is calling you inside his cabin.
Saanchi: Kabir sir?
Pragya: Now what work does that rascal has!
Isha: Pragya?
Isha gestures her to keep quiet.
Saanchi: Okay see you guys later.
Saanchi comes to Kabir’s cabin,
Kabir: So Saanchi you are here.

Kabir passes her a gift.

Saanchi: (in her mind) Such a big liar. Taking the credit for the work my dad did.
Dr Malhotra speaks about the hospital.
Dr Malhotra: Now my Mission will be to make this Hospital a better place.
Just then police comes there, all are shocked. The police comes to Dr Malhotra.
Police: We came to know that they are some people working in your hospital with fake identity.
All are shocked. Pragya and Isha looks at Saanchi afraid. Saanchi gets nervous. Kabir is shocked. So is Veer.
Police: Not only that but also they have been involved in certain illegal things and scandals.
Dr Malhotra: What are you saying inspector!
Inspector: We just got all the proofs while verifying.
The inspector comes and puts handcuffs on Kabir’s hand.
Inspector: You are under arrest Dr Kabir Kapoor.
All are stunned especially Saanchi.
Kabir: Me? But why me? What have I done?
Inspector: After checking we got to know that you are responsible for all the staff working and if anyone is found guilty especially coming to identity the responsibility goes to you.
Kabir remembers how he agreed despite reading that line on the life bond.
Kabir: But I recently signed that contract. And if before that the staff is working here then what’s my fault!
Inspector: Oh so you do admit that someone is working with a false identity!
Kabir: No! I am saying what if!
Inspector: You can’t fool me easily. Tell me the name of the person.
Kabir looks at Saanchi.
Kabir: I don’t know.
Inspector: Look Dr Kabir speak up the truth if not we will hit you and make you the tell the truth.
Kabir: I told you I don’t know!
Tears drop from Saanchi’s eyes seeing Kabir lying for her.
Inspector: So you won’t open your mouth like this. Come with us to the jail, then we will see how you don’t open your mouth.
As the inspector was about to arrest Kabir,
Saanchi: Stop Inspector!
The inspector stops. Pragya nods no to Saanchi, and Saanchi goes to the inspector.
Saanchi: You can’t arrest Dr Kabir like that.
Inspector: Why! You have any proof this gentleman is innocent!
Saanchi: Because I know who is the one staying in this hospital with a fake identity.
Inspector: Who is it?
Saanchi: Saanchi Mishra!
Isha and Pragya nods no. Veer tries to interfere.
Dr Malhotra: Saanchi?
Inspector: So you are Saanchi Mishra!

Veer: No she is Saanchi Kapoor! Wife of Dr Kabir Kapoor.
Inspector: Oh so now the Wife is defending the Husband or the Husband was defending the Wife.
Saanchi: I am not Saanchi Agarwal. Yes I had to fake my identity to work in this hospital
Inspector: So finally you spoke up the truth. Now come with us with jail.

Dr Malhotra tells how he got the idea of the hospital like after his Wife Savitri’s death.
Saanchi: But you said you got it registered 18 years ago, that time Savitri Aunty was alive.
Dr Malhotra gets nervous.
Saanchi: Why are you silent?
Dr Malhotra: Yes I wanted to do sometime for Savitri that’s why.
Saanchi: Okay then tell us Dr Malhotra what was the turning point of the success of this hospital!
Dr Malhotra: I just worked hard and got the result.
Kabir: Wrong. You earned all these by illegal means.
Dr Malhotra gets surprised seeing Kabir talking like this. Kabir calls someone. An old guy comes. Dr Malhotra gets shocked seeing him. So doe Adarsh.
Old guy: I used to work as a peon when Dr Sunil and Dr Anand were normal Doctors. One day I heard their conversation.
The old guy said how he overheard Sunil discussing his plan with Anand.
Sunil: This hospital will be the dream hospital. And this will be my birthday gift to my Saanchi.
Anand: Wow Sunil, this is a great idea. I love it. Saanchi will be so lucky that she will have a hospital established in her name.
Sunil: (smiling) My Daughter will get the blessing of so many people.
Anand smiles.
Sunil: Look Anand you are my Best Friend that’s why I shared the idea of the foundation to you and now I need your help to get it registered.
Anand: Sure.
The old guy gets out of flashback. Saanchi looks teary-eyed.
Dr Malhotra: But Sunil did wrong. It was my idea not his. He stole my idea. And when he got caught he couldn’t bear it, he committed suicide.
Saanchi: My dad didn’t commit suicide, you are the one who murdered him!
Kabir: Saanchi Relax!
Old guy: Who will say that this Dr Anand Malhotra will cheat his Friend and then take all the credits. Which is what he exactly did?
Veer: Then Sunil Uncle, why he didn’t do anything.
Old guy: How could he! Anand has threatened him abou his family.
He gets into flashback,
Sunil: Anand this you have not done right. (Holding his collar)
Anand: What have I done Sunil!
Sunil: How could you cheat me like this! How could you get it registered giving yourself the credit?
Anand: But Sunil you….
Sunil: Now I won’t spare you. I will call the police.
Anand tries to stop him, and they both get into a fight where Anand accidentally hits Sunil and he dies. Anand checks him.
Anand: Oh no!he is no more!
He gets out of the flashback. Saanchi cries bitterly. Isha and Pragya tries to console her.
Old guy: To make it look like an suicide,
Anand made full proof plan and even forged the post modern report to make it look like a suicide.
Old guy: I got to know everything. But I was given money to keep quiet which I accepted.
Dr Malhotra looks at him angrily.
Old guy: 5 years ago, after my wife’s death I realised my mistake so that’s why I told Anand I will expose him. But before I could do that he made me unconscious and got me trapped in that room threatening about my grand Daughter.(crying). In this hospital I was kept under captive but a few days ago, Dr Kabir rescued me.
Kabir remembers how he saw Anand and Adarsh speaking about 1009 and the guy. Kabir overhears this. Kabir makes some excuse to Dr Malhotra about level 10 and he goes in and finds out that guy.
He gets shocked seeing him tied.he helps him out and silently gets him out. Kabir secretly gets him treated as Dr Malhotra and Adarsh were out of town for a few days and got him discharged and got him back home.
Old guy: Thank you beta. I will be thankful for what you did for me. I shouldn’t have done so. May God bless you. I wish I could give you what you want.
Kabir: Okay Uncle, and that is when I will call you you have to come and tell the entire truth of Dr Malhotra.
Old guy gets nervous.
Kabir: Don’t worry I assure nothing will happen to you.
Kabir gets out of the flashback. Saanchi looks at Kabir teary-eyed.
Inspector: But this is only one witness. How can I believe all these this guy said is true? These all maybe done to trap Dr Malhotra.
Dr Malhotra: Exactly. This is not done.
Saanchi: Inspector how could you?
Veer: I have another evidence against Dr Malhotra which will bring everything to the fore.
Veer calls Gayathri. Gayathri comes. Anand gets shocked seeing her.
Dr Malhotra: Gayathri?
Gayathri: I will say the truth.
Gayathri passes the papers to the inspector and they see all these.
Gayathri: Everyone thought that these papers were burnt, but I had them. Anand gave me those papers.
Dr Malhotra: Gayathri?
Gayathri: Don’t take my name with your dirty tongue. I know I have done mistake. I have trapped your daughter with Vikrant because I wanted her to learn a lesson for misbehaving with me. But I never thought of killing anyone! How could you Anand! I supported you in all your wrong deeds but I never knew you will even kill someone! I can’t support you for killing someone!
Anand: Look Gayathri you are doing this wrong! You know I can bring you down!
Gayathri: you have already brought me down! And at least I am better than you!
Inspector: All the truth is out you are under arrest Dr Malhotra for killing Sunil Mishra and illegally running this hospital with your name.
As the inspector was about to arrest Dr Malhtora,
Jaya: Wait!
Everyone looks at Jaya shocked. Jaya comes and gives Dr Malhotra a tight slap.
Jaya: I told you I will get you exposed. Now my daughter has exposed you!
Kabir: Inspector take this guy away!
Dr Malhotra: These you all have not done right!
The inspector takes Dr Malhotra away.
Jaya: Veer beta thank you so much. You helped my Saanchi in fulfilling her Mission. Despite Anand being your dad.
Veer: That Dr Malhotra deserved to learn a lesson. This is what my mom taught me since childhood. To support the truth . Jaya Aunty, don’t thank me, thank Dr Kabir for that. If it wasn’t for him, we would have lost Saanchi.
Saanchi and Jaya looks surprised.
Veer tells everything on what actually happened on the wedding day and that Kabir married Saanchi to save her life.
Saanchi looks at Kabir teary-eyed.
Jaya goes to Kabir and folds her hand
Jaya: I said so much bad to you and you were doing all these to save my daughter’s life and to help her fulfil her Mission. I should have realised the time you helped us with our debts.
Kabir: Please don’t fold your hand like that. In fact I feel bad that I supported a guy like Dr Malhotra. Only if I knew his truth earlier on.
Jaya: Saanchi cannot get a better Husband then you.
Saanchi gets emotional.
Kabir: No Aunty you are wrong.
Jaya and Saanchi looks surprised. Kabir comes to Saanchi, and joins Saanchi’s and Veer’s hand. Veer and Saanchi looks at Kabir surprised.
Kabir: the best for Saanchi is Veer. They both love each other and deserve each other.
Veer: But Dr Kabir….
Kabir: Don’t worry Veer, I will give divorce to Saanchi, in fact I have already signed the papers.
Kabir passes the paper. Saanchi looks teary-eyed.
Kabir: Saanchi very soon you will be free from this unwanted marriage and then Veer and you can be together.
Saanchi cries.
Kabir: All the best for your future Veer and Saanchi.
Kabir goes away.
Saanchi breaks down.
Saanchi: Dr Kabir did all these to save my life and I said so much had to him! How could I!
Veer goes and gets Saanchi up.
Veer: Get up Saanchi’s
Saanchi: Veer I loved you. But I am sorry. I can’t be with you. I realised that Dr Kabir is the one made for me. I don’t know how I started falling for him. I wasn’t admitting the fact I am in love for him. Only because of the misunderstanding between us.But after knowing everything, I realised I am really in love with Kabir.
Veer: That’s the spirit.
Saanchi: Veer I hope you understand.
Veer: what are you saying?
Veer holds Saanchi’s shoulder.
Veer: Look Saanchi you and Dr Kabir are just perfect for him. Miss Golgappa (laughing) I mean Mrs Khadoos go. Go to your Mr Khadoos.
Saanchi smiles.
Veer: Why are you smiling at me? Run! Go and tell him how much you love him!
Saanchi happily runs to stop Kabir.
Pragya puts her hand on Veer’s shoulder.
Pragya: Oh so that’s why you were so keen to create Saanchi and Kabir’s love story with your pranks.
Veer shows a cute smile showing his teeth.
Veer: Yesssss!
Pragya: But Veer Saanchi? You love her right!
Veer: I used to. I still do. But now as a Friend.
Pragya: May God give everyone a Friend like you.
Pragya hugs Veer. Veer smiles. Isha also hugs Veer.
Veer: Oh so now no Miss Golgappa , so both her Betal friends are dying for me.
Pragya: I will hit you Kasam Se and complain to you to Satish Ji.
Isha: Veer I still got chance with you.
Isha winks.
Veer: Not bad Betal No.2. Actually if Dr Kabir Kapoor can be a romantic hero why can’t others right.
Pragya:All these are okay, but I didn’t understand one thing.
Veer: You never understand anything Betal No.1.
Pragya: Shut up.
Veer: Okay okay. Say.
Pragya: How did you convince Gayathri Aunty so easily?
Veer: Riya!
Isha: Riya?
Riya comes to them and smiles.
Riya remembers how Dr Malhotra was saying that he didn’t mind the fact Kabir married Saanchi.
Riya: (in her mind) Dad proved today that blood is thicker than water. So just because he didn’t want his biological Son to marry Saanchi, he snatched my Kabir from me. And I was a foolish to think he considered me like his real Daughter. But here the matter is something else.
Riya also remembers how she got to know as Dr Malhotra discuses about trapping Kabir. And also how Riya with the help of Madhu and Bala got some evidence against Dr Malhotra.
Riya: I thought of telling Kabir everything, to let Saanchi go and come to me. I did all these to get Kabir. Later I realised Kabir truly loved Saanchi and did a lot for her. And I felt they both were made for each other. Saanchi is really lucky unlike me!
Pragya hugs Riya tightly!
Pragya: Riya! Riya! You are the best!
Riya: Okay okay Leave me!
Pragya: Now you have become sensible while staying with us.
Riya: Pragya what are you trying to say?
Isha: But Riya how did you make your Mom agree to speak against her Husband.
Riya: She is my Mom.
Jaya and Gayathri speaks to each other.
Gayathri: Riya is my actual Daughter. When I was nothing only my Riya and mom was with me. Riya told me everything. Yes I was with Anand. Because he was rich. And I won’t need to worry about Riya’s future. But that doesn’t mean I will support him knowing he did a murder. But Anand can’t do like this. But this was the truth! Then Riya told me to choose between her and Anand and I chose her!
Veer comes and hugs Gayathri.
Veer: Thank you Mrs Malhotra.
Gayathri: Now you can call me just Gayathri.
Veer: Jaya Aunty now that everything is solved we all want treat.
Jaya: Surely.
Veer: I think by now Saanchi must have reached to Dr Kabir and stopped her.
Scene 8: Kabir’s house
Kabir comes in the house teary-eyed. Kusum looks at her.
Kusum: Kabir! Why are you crying!
Kabir: Maa finally Saanchi’s mission has been fulfilled! Dr Malhotra is exposed and he got his punishment.
Kusum gets happy. Kabir goes upstairs.
Kusum: But Kabir?
Kusum gets thinking and then she sits down and read newspaper.
Saanchi comes there running. She breathes heavily.
Kusum: Saanchi beta relax! Why are you running like this what happened?
Saanchi: Saasu Maa where is Kabir?
Kusum: (reading newspaper) He is upstairs ! Why?
Saanchi: I need to confess my love to him.
Saanchi goes upstairs quickly.
Kusum realises that Saanchi called her Saasu Maa and what she said. Kusum gets happy and she smiles.
Kusum: Now next year its guarantee I will get to see my grandchild’s face.
Kusum gets really happy.
Here Kabir is sitting down and he looks at the photo frame with Saanchi’s picture.
Kabir: Saanchi today I am really happy for you. Finally your Mission got fulfilled. But after today you wont be a part of my life.
Kabir gets sad. Saanchi comes.
Saanchi: Kabir sir?
Kabir looks behind and is surprised to find Saanchi standing.
Kabir: Saanchi? What are you doing here? And Veer?
Saanchi comes to Kabir. She shows him the divorce paper. Kabir looks on surprised.
Saanchi: You wanted me to sign this divorce paper right?
Kabir: (in his mind) How I wish I could say no!
Saanchi comes to him and she tears the paper.
Kabir: Saanchi what are you doing!
Saanchi throws the torn papers.
Saanchi: I don’t want to divorce you!
Kabir: But why Saanchi?
Saanchi: Because I love you!
Kabir gets emotional. He comes to Saanchi. He looks at her. Saanchi shows a weak smiles.
In a moment, Kabir pins her to the wall stunning Saanchi.
Kabir: Why!
He holds her tight! She closes her eyes.
Saanchi: Why what?
Kabir comes close to Saanchi.
Kabir: (whispering to her ear)Why did I fall for you?
Saanchi: How do I know?
Saanchi closes her eyes as Kabir comes close to her.
Saanchi: I don’t know how did I fall for you!
They both look at each other. Kabir goes closer to Saanchi for a kiss. Saanchi gets nervous.
Kabir: Are you really ready to be Mrs Kabir Kapoor, again?
Saanchi closes her eyes and nods.
Saanchi: By the way I should be the one asking you why did you fall for me?
Kabir: Look there is never ending list of reasons for that. But I just want to know the answer of one question. Do you love me?
Saanchi: I love you Kabir!
Kabir: (kissing on her cheek) I love you too Saanchi.
Saanchi gets away and she hugs Kabir tight. Kabir also hugs her tightly.
Saanchi: (in his mind) I always had this question why did I fall for you? Initially this was for someone else, but now it’s for my soulmate. I fall for someone else. Love does happen second time. And I have reasons to believe in love. A lot of reasons. Destiny may have snatched my first love from me, but gave me Kabir in return. My destined soul mate. I am just lucky Kabir fall for someone like me. And I won’t leave his hand. I will always be with you.
They share a passionate hug promising to be with each other at all times and even more.

So finally, we came to an end for Why did I fall for you! And you all have done it. Thank you for tolerating my boring ff. I know my ff must have drove you all mad. And I am really sorry for the love triangle. I just felt without a love triangle this story I had in my mind will be incomplete. So that’s why I had to add this. And I sincerely apologise to all Sanveer fans who hoped this to be a Sanveer FF. I am really sorry for that.
And I realised that there was a good response for this ff initially but there has been a decline in response after the Maha episode. Maybe because it was a bit boring. Well this ff was suppose to be a 15 episode FF. initially I wanted to make this so, but due to my trip to London and US I had to change my plan. I even planned to extend this to 20 episodes.
My flight for London and US is at Tuesday. So that’s why I had to rush to end this ff. since most of you are fine with a sequel once I come back I may write a sequel of this ff but maybe with a different title.
I have already planned that once comeback from my vacation at mid October, I will write two ff on SDC&H. One on Sanveer , and one on KanChi. Cause both Sanveer and KanChi fans gave me a lot of support and I don’t want to be unfair like I was in this ff with a love triangle. So that’s why I will write two ff instead. I have some ideas for the upcoming ff which I will post later on and do vote for your Favourite idea in the post I will post soon.
