Hey all, I am back with Episode 8 for why did I fall for you? And there will be quite some KanChi scenes in this episode. I hope you all will like it.
Episode 8
Scene 1: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
The episode begins with Kabir coming out of the hospital and Saanchi also comes out of the hospital at the same time.
They look at each other.
Kabir: Saanchi you go home and help Mom , I will go and pick up Dolly Aunty, okay.
Just then Kabir sees a little girl injured as she falls down from her cycle. The little girl cries. Kabir rushes to her. Saanchi also rushes to her.
Kabir: Are you okay?
The little girl is crying.
Saanchi: Where did you get injured?
The little girl shows her hand which is bleeding due to the scar.
Kabir: We have to aid her wound.
Saanchi: Yes sir.
Kabir: Beta where is your Mother?
Little girl: I came here alone. Mama is at work.
Kabir: Your dad?
Little girl: (sad) I don’t know
Kabir: Beta come with me I will take you to the hospital.
Little girl: No I don’t want injection!
Saanchi: Beta we will just bandage your wound.
Little girl: But why Hospital?
Saanchi: Beta you like to listen to stories?
The little girl nods.
Saanchi: Come I will go and tell you stories.
Kabir carries the little girl and takes her to the hospital.
Saanchi nurses her wound and then tells her a story.
Saanchi: You know what happened to the lion later?
Little Girl: What happened to the lion?
Saanchi: The little boy helped the lion to get him out of the cage.
Little girl: The lion didn’t Attack him!?
Saanchi: The little boy didn’t do anything wrong so that’s why the lion spared him!
Saanchi gives her ointment.
Little girl: Didi, it burns I don’t want this.
Saanchi: Just a bit.
Little girl: No no!
Saanchi: If you can be brave , Didi will give you chocolates!
Little girl: Okay
Saanchi Nurses the little girl’s wound.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Oh no I don’t have chocolates. Now how?
Saanchi sees Veer passing by,
Saanchi: Vee….Veer?
Veer: Yes, Mrs Kapoor!
Saanchi: You have chocolates?
Veer: Why your husband don’t buy you chocolates?
Kabir comes and sees this.
Saanchi: It’s for this kid.
He feels bad and leaves.
Veer: I am sorry beta I don’t have chocolates.
The girl becomes sad.
Saanchi: I go and call her Mom.
Saanchi goes to call her Mom. Veer looks around.
Veer: Beta here you go, chocolates. (Passing her a chocolate)
Girl: Chocolates!
Veer: Shh don’t tell that doctor Aunty that I gave you chocolates okay!
Girl: (smiling) Okay.
She keeps the chocolate with her. Saanchi smiles seeing this.
Saanchi: (in her mind) I know that even today you are the same Veer but you are not showing it. Never mind as Long as you don’t change like some people I am fine with it.
The girl’s mother comes and she hugs her Mom. Veer and Saanchi smiles seeing this.
Scene 2: Kabir’s house
Saanchi is dressed in a saree. She helps Kusum in the kitchen as she starts cooking. She ties her saree pallu to her waist and continues cooking.
Kusum: Wow beta you are doing everything so fast! I no need to worry!
Saanchi: Everything is done! Just the dessert is left!
Just then Kabir comes with Dolly Aunty,
Kabir: Maa!
Kusum gets happy seeing Dolly Aunty. She hugs her Cousin.
Dolly: How are you?
Kusum: I am fine. Finally you came after so many months.
Dolly: I was so busy due to the work in the village. I can’t even leave those. And where is your Daughter-in-law?
Kusum: She is coming.
Dolly: Quick! I want to see her!
Kusum: You know girls nowadays! They would present themselves only after being fully decked up.
Dolly: (laughing) That’s true.
Kabir gets a call. It’s of Isha.
Kabir: Hello Dr Isha, yes what is it?
Isha: Dr Kabir I am sorry I had to call you, but if you don’t mind can I speak to Saanchi it’s really important, I have been trying to calling her but she is not picking up her phone.
Kabir: She must be busy okay I will pass her the phone.
Kabir: Maa where is Saanchi?
Kusum: She is in the kitchen.
Kabir goes to the kitchen, and he finds Saanchi quickly cooking. He smiles seeing this.
Isha: Dr Kabir?
Kabir: Saanchi your call. From your Friend Dr Isha.
Saanchi: Sir I am in hurry.
Kabir: She say it’s urgent.
Saanchi: Sir can do me a favour? Can you hold the phone on my ear, please! I am really in hurry.
Kabir looks on surprised.
Saanchi: (busy cooking) Please! Quick!
Kabir: Okay.
Kabir holds the phone on Saanchi’s ear and Saanchi is talking to Isha.
Saanchi: Yes Isha, say!
Isha: Saanchi remember I told you I had a modelling contest today?
Saanchi: Yes you told me. How was it!
Isha: Saanchi I got selected!
Saanchi gets happy.
Saanchi: Really!
Kabir smiles seeing Saanchi happy.
Isha: Yes
Saanchi: See I knew you can do it! Look Isha I am busy now. I will talk to you later.
Isha: Okay.
Saanchi: Sir you can now move the phone away!
Kabir moves the phone away from her ear. He lovingly carrasses her hair and sides it behind her ear. Saanchi looks at Kabir and they share an eyelock.
Saanchi: What is this!
Kabir: because…
Kabir gets shocked seeing Saanchi’s hand about to touch the hot vessel, he pulls her close to him.
She was really close to him. They share an intense eyelock.
Kabir: You were about to injure your hand due to the hot vessel.
Saanchi realises this.
Kabir: You can take precaution by tying your saree pallu to the waist but you can’t even see your hand was about to get burnt. How careless!
Saanchi pushes him away.
Saanchi: No need to help me! Just because I told you to hold the phone for me that doesn’t me I still consider you as my husband . You better keep this on your mind!
Saanchi finishes cooking and she goes up. She fixes her messed up hair and fixes the saree properly.
She comes downstairs. Dolly smiles seeing Saanchi.
Dolly: Kusum your Daughter in law looks so sweet.
She praises Saanchi. Kusum smiles. Saanchi is silent.
Dolly: Kabir I must admit it. Really a good choice.
Kabir looks on.
Dolly sees Saanchi’s hand. Saanchi looks at her.
Kusum: Saanchi don’t get nervous, Dolly is doing Palm reading.
Saanchi: Palm reading?
Kabir: (in his mind) Oh god not to Saanchi!
Dolly: You know I read palm and then I can say people’s future.
Saanchi: But all these…
Kusum gestures her to cooperate if she can. Saanchi agrees.
Dolly: I know some say it’s false. But whose ever palm reading I did mostly came out true. So no harm in trying to read yours then?
Saanchi: Okay fine!
Dolly reads Saanchi’s palm.
Dolly: Wow Kusum you are really lucky to have a Daughter-in-law like Saanchi.
Saanchi looks on confused.
Dolly: According to the lines, Saanchi will make her family proud and her dreams will be fulfilled.
Saanchi gets happy. So does Kusum and Kabir.
Dolly: Not only her professional life, her personal life will also be really bright. There used to be problem but later on Saanchi will find love in her husband and they both will lead a happy life.
Kabir and Saanchi looks at each other surprised.
Dolly: They will be blessed with two children also.
Kusum: (happy) Really!
Saanchi: Now it’s time to serve dinner.
Saanchi goes.
Dolly: She must have got shy.
Scene 3: Kabir’s Room
At night,
To show Dolly Aunty that they are happily married couple, Kabir and Saanchi are staying in the same room.
Saanchi lies a mattress on the floor.
Kabir: Its okay Saanchi you can sleep on the bed. I will sleep on the floor.
Saanchi: No it’s your room. You will sleep on the bed.
Kabir: You are my Wife. So you will sleep on the bed!
Saanchi: But I don’t consider you as my Husband!
Kabir: Don’t! But at least sleep on the bed, I promised Maa I won’t give you a chance to complain.
Saanchi: I won’t say anything to Kusum Aunty.
Saanchi lies down on the mattress.
Kabir: So you won’t agree like this!
Saanchi: Nope!
Saanchi goes and is about to sleep. She suddenly finds her on the ground. Without the mattress because Kabir removed the mattress.
Saanchi: Ouch! My back!
Kabir: I am sorry Mrs Kapoor now you have no other option but to sleep on the bed.
Saanchi: You have such Low mentality. I won’t sleep with a person like you.
Kabir: I am not saying to sleep with you on the bed. You sleep on the bed let me sleep on the ground.
Saanchi: Then I will definitely sleep here.
Saanchi again lay the mattress down and she sleeps.
Saanchi: Ouch! My back!
Kabir: (in his mind) Saanchi did so much work today! First duty, then also cooking and all the household work and she gets to sleep on the ground. She is not my servant that I will let her sleep on the ground!
Kabir gets an idea and smirks.
Now Saanchi finds her in a really awkward position. Kabir wraps her with the mattress and carries her puts her on the bed. And she is about to scream, Kabir stops her by covering her mouth with his hand after placing her on the bed. He removes his hand.
Saanchi: What nonsense is this!
Kabir: You are my Wife Not my servant that I will make you sleep on the ground.
Saanchi: Its my wish! I will do what I want!
Kabir: Dr Saanchi I didn’t know you were fat. You are so heavy. My god!
Saanchi has an O shape formed on her mouth.
Saanchi: How dare you Khadoos!
Kabir: I am not Khadoos! You are Khadoos!
Saanchi: Haha joke of the century! Everyone knows who is the actual Khadoos!
Kabir makes weird faces at her and Saanchi gets angry. She gets up from the bed to scold him.
Saanchi: Dr Kabir Kapoor you better mind your own business!
Kabir: You want to catch me. Come catch me.
Saanchi runs and chases him. Kabir smiles. Saanchi also smiles. And just then she trips due to the bit of mattress on the floor she falls on Kabir, and the position is such they both fall together on the bed. They share an eyelock.
Saanchi gets away. Kabir realise one of the leg of the bed is broken.
Kabir: See what your weight has done! It broke the bed!
Saanchi: Dr Kabir you don’t have any manners! You shouldn’t say about a girl’s weight like that!
Kabir: Now what will happen where will I sleep!
Saanchi: I don’t know that’s your problem. I am going to sleep here.
Saanchi goes to sleep. Saanchi gets up and she lays another mattress beside her.
Saanchi: This part is yours. You can sleep here. I am sorry for breaking your bed sir but this is the best I could do.
Saanchi goes and lies down on her side. Kabir also lies down on his side. Saanchi sleeps. Kabir smiles looking at her.
Kabir: Thank you Saanchi for making me laugh after so many days. Sometimes I wonder, Why did I fall for you?
Kabir and Saanchi falls asleep.
Scene 4: Veer’s Room
Here Veer is at his room, he is drinking. He drinks the entire bottle. There are bottles all over. Dadi gets surprised seeing Veer in this state.
Dadi: Veer! Stop it!
Veer: Let it be Dadi! My heart is broken! I find condolence in these bottles!
Dadi: Veer! You won’t drink this anymore! What have you made yourself! For the last one month you are doing this only! Going to duty and drink!
Veer: And what else I will do! Here I was a foolish to dream to set up a fresh life of mine and Miss Golgappa and she broke all my dreams in a moment by marrying Dr Kabir!
Veer drinks.
Dadi: Why are you giving that girl trouble!
Veer: Dadi what are you saying ? I am drinking and you are the one drunk. (Laughs) That girl married someone else in front of my own eyes whereas we were the one who were supposed to get married.
Dadi: Veer! Saanchi has done a lot for you have you forgotten that!
Veer sarcastically smiles and continues drinking
Veer: That girl did all these to trap me Dadi!
Dadi: So you are saying that she saving Priya’s life was her plan! You know what are you saying Veer! If it wasn’t for her we would have almost lost Priya. That girl risked her life for Priya!
Veer stops and he remembers.
Dadi: Have you thought carefully why would Saanchi do so? There must be some reason why she married Kabir.
Veer drops the bottle. It breaks.
Veer: Yes Dadi you are right. I haven’t thought of that. Why did she marry Kabir? And that Too suddenly!
Veer recalls how she confessed her love to him when she was completely drunk.
Veer: Dadi I have never thought of this! Miss Golgappa will never break my heart I am sure something is wrong.
Dadi: I don’t know but I think this is the reason.
Veer: What reason?
Dadi: Anand!
Veer gets surprised.
Veer: Dad?
Dadi tells the entire truth of Anand and Saanchi being Saanchi Mishra. Veer is shocked.
Scene 5: Kabir’s Room
Since their mattress are beside each other Saanchi and Kabir don’t realise when they move closer to each other. Saanchi is sleeping on Kabir’s chest and Kabir’s hand is around Saanchi’s back .
Saanchi wakes up and her eyes widens seeing this. Saanchi gets up. Kabir also gets up and they both get away.
Kabir: I am getting ready. I have to go to the hospital for an early surgery today.
Kabir goes and gets ready. Saanchi folds the mattress.
Kabir: I will get someone to fix the bed by tonight.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Sometimes Dr Kabir is so innocent, I can’t believe someone like him can play with my feelings like that and will make a joke out of something like marriage! I wish he never did that!
Scene 6: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
A patient is lying down sad. Saanchi realises this and comes to the patient.
Saanchi: What happened Uncle? You look really down?
Uncle: I don’t know where is my doctor?
Saanchi calls the nurse.
Saanchi: Nurse who is his doctor?
Nurse: Doctor Veer!
Saanchi: And where is Dr Veer!
Nurse: Actually Dr Veer is sick that’s why he didn’t come for work today.
Saanchi: (in her mind) I hope Veer is alright.
Nurse: His family said that he has fever.
Saanchi gets worried.
Saanchi: Okay I will be in charge of his patients too.
Saanchi checks the patient.
After checking the patient,
Saanchi: (in her mind) I should ask for Veer. I hope nothing is serious.
Saanchi goes to call Veer, and then she stops.
Saanchi: (in her mind) No Veer is already angry with me. He will be fall more sick.
Saanchi is about to keep the phone away. She gets a call from Jaya.
Saanchi: Maa?
Saanchi: Hello Maa?
Jaya: (crying) Saanchi!
Saanchi: (worried) What happened Maa! Why are you crying like that! Is everything alright?
Jaya: Our house?
Saanchi: What happened?
Jaya: Some people ousted out from the house saying there is some illegal things and we can’t stay in this house anymore! I can’t leave this house. I have so many Sunil related memories with this house. I am trying to stop them but they are throwing things away. (Crying)
Saanchi: Maa nothing will happen to this house! I won’t let anything happen!
Saanchi rushes. Dr Malhotra smirks.
Scene 6: Jaya’s house
Here some man come to the house and starts to throw furniture.
Sunny: What are you doing!
Dadi: Sunny come here, you will get injured!
Khushboo: (in her mind) are we really going to be ousted from this house! It’s better to stay at my maternal house rather then staying at streets.
Jaya doesn’t tolerate it when they are about to throw Sunil’s picture and she stops them.
Jaya: You have no rights to empty this house!
The person pushes Jaya hard. Kabir saves her from falling down.
Jaya: Dr Kabir?
Sunny: Jiju!
Kabir: What’s happening? She is of your mom’s age! How could you pushed her like that!
Guy: We want our money.
Kabir: Why will she give you money? And who are you to empty this house?
The guy passes Kabir some papers and he reads it.
Kabir: There should be a notice send first, only then you can empty this house!
The guy gets afraid.
Kabir: Do you know I can get you arrested for what you just did!
The guy is about to go, Kabir stops them.
Kabir: Where are you going?
Guy: Going back?
Kabir: You guys created a mess here. Who will fix it? Go! Go and fix the mess and keep the furniture where they were. Is that clear! If not I will surely get you arrested for ransacking and creating nuisance in a house for no reason.
The guys get afraid and they do what Kabir says. Saanchi gets surprised as she sees those guys arranging the furniture back.
Lady: Jaya you are really lucky to get a Son-in-law like Dr Kabir.
Jaya looks at Kabir surprised. Saanchi comes to Jaya.
Saanchi: Maa just now you call me and now totally opposite.
Jaya: Yes they came to ransack and oust us out of the house but Kabir saved us . He realised they were fraud and he taught them a lesson.
Saanchi looks at Kabir surprised. Jaya comes to Kabir.
Jaya: Dr Kabir thank you for saving my house.
Dr Kabir: Jaya Aunty don’t say like this please!
Jaya: But I won’t forgive you for what you did with my Daughter.
Saanchi: (in her mind) A month ago, he threatened me about my truth and my mom’s life and now he saved my house. What kind of guy he is? I am so confused.
Dadi: I wonder who can do this!
Kabir: Dr Malhotra!
All looks surprised. Kabir goes. Saanchi becomes confused.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Why did Kabir sir leave from there all of a sudden? And that too saying Dr Malhotra’s name! I am confused.
Saanchi: Maa I have to go to the hospital now. And if anyone comes again then call me, okay.
Jaya nods. Saanchi leaves.
Scene 7: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Kabir goes to Dr Malhotra’s cabin and comes to him.
Kabir is about to confront him
Dr Malhotra: Make sure no one gets to know about this. It’s only between us.
Dr Malhotra keeps the phone and he gets surprised seeing Kabir.
Dr Malhotra: Dr Kabir?
Kabir: Sir, I wanted to say that I am ready to sign the life bond with you.
Dr Malhotra smiles.
Dr Malhotra: Really!
Kabir: Yes sir, really! But I will sign that tomorrow.
Dr Malhotra: Sure Dr Kabir, you have no idea how much happy I am!
Dr Malhotra hugs Dr Kabir. Dr Kabir smirks.
Saanchi gets shocked overhearing this.
Saanchi: Oh no! Dr Kabir is signing a life bond with Dr Malhotra! I know that Dr Malhotra very well! He may trap Dr Kabir I must stop him!
Saanchi is about to go to stop Dr Kabir,
Saanchi: What are you doing Saanchi! The guy who ruined your life, you are going to help them! Anyways after Dr Malhotra and Dr Adarsh, Dr Kabir is the one whom I hate!
Saanchi is about to go, and she stops as she sees Veer.
Saanchi: Veer?
Veer is silent.
Saanchi: Veer are you okay!
Veer: Yes I am.
Saanchi: Veer, you are still recovering. Don’t worry I will look after your patients.
Veer: You couldn’t even enter my life and you can look after my patients? Now that I don’t hold any value in your life then why are you doing so much for me!
Saanchi: Veer, this is nothing.
Veer: Saanchi I want to tell you something.
Saanchi: Say!
Veer: Don’t break Dr Kabir’s heart. Because I understand how it feels when one’s heart breaks.
Saanchi looks on confused.
Veer: Believe me Saanchi, Dr Kabir will keep you very happy.
Veer leaves from there.
Saanchi: (in her mind) What…what is this Veer saying? How can I stay with the guy who tried to break my dreams?
Tears drops from her eyes.
Saanchi: Veer if we are not together today, it’s only because of that guy. And you are telling me to stay happy with him?
Scene 8: Kabir’s house
Next day,
Dolly Aunty is going back. Kusum hugs her.
Kusum: Take care of yourself.
Dolly: You too.
Dolly: Kabir, Saanchi you two also stay happy.
Kabir and Saanchi smiles. As Dolly Aunty is about to go, her purse falls down.
Both Kabir and Saanchi bends down to pick up her purse, and their head ends up knocking each other’s.
Kabir: Ouch!
Saanchi rubs her head in pain. Saanchi is about to be up.
Dolly: No no don’t get up. Hit each other’s head again, then get up!
Kabir: What! But why?
Dolly: If two person hit each other’s head they should hit twice if not horns will grow on their head.
Kabir: What nonsense!
Saanchi: Oh yes Veer told me once.
Saanchi immediately hits her head with Kabir. Kabir feels his forehead and he lovingly stares at Saanchi for a while. Saanchi moves away. She recalls her memories with Veer.
Dolly: Kusum when are you sending both for their honeymoon?
Saanchi and Kabir looks at each other shocked. Kusum smiles
Kusum: Now they got so much work and Saanchi’s exam is also around the corner so after her exams…
Dolly: Okay god bless both of you. I should take your leave now.
Dolly Aunty leaves as her son comes to take her.
Kabir and Saanchi also leaves for the hospital.
Scene 9: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Kabir and Saanchi are on the way to the hospital. Kabir is in the car and Saanchi is in the auto.
The auto stops due to the signal. Saanchi looks around and she looks surprised as she sees something.
An old lady is facing difficulty crossing the alternate road, since she is blind.
Saanchi: (in her mind) I should help that Aunty.
Saanchi is about to go, and she gets surprised seeing a guy helping her out instead. She tried to see his face.
As the signal went green, the auto moved and Saanchi looked. She got surprised. It’s Kabir.
Lady: Thank you so much beta.
Kabir: No Aunty it’s fine. And where is your house? Let me drop you to your house!
Lady: Its okay it’s just here.
Kabir: Are you sure you can go alone? Let me take you till your house.
Kabir does so. Saanchi smiles seeing this, and then she recalls how he forcefully married her.
Saanchi: Can’t believe it is the same Kabir sir who married me by threatening!
Later,
Scene 9: Savitri Devi College and Hospital
Saanchi comes out of the hospital after a surgery and she gets Sunny’s call.
Saanchi: Yes say Sunny.
Sunny: Dii, do say thank you to Jiju on behalf of me!
Saanchi: (in her mind) Why is Sunny praising Kabir sir suddenly?
Saanchi: Jiju? You mean Kabir Sir?
Sunny: Yes your Kabir sir. And Dii you are so unromantic. Who calls one’s hubby? Seriously so boring.
Saanchi: Sunny you better keep quiet. And I will complain to Maa about you.
Sunny: What will you complain?
Saanchi: By the way why are you singing praises of Kabir sir? What has he done? As for the house thing, okay I will say thank you for that.
Sunny: No. Not for that.
Saanchi: Then!
Sunny: You know dii what has he done?
Saanchi: Quick say I am really busy!
Sunny: Dii you know today was the last day for paying the fees for my school. I wanted to tell Maa but she is so worried and also financial problems at home these days. It skipped from my mind.
Saanchi: What! You told Kabir Sir! (Loudly)
Saanchi looks around and she lowers her volume.
Saanchi: Sunny why did you share our home problems with Kabir sir?
Sunny: Actually dii I tried calling you but it was unavailable so that’s why I called Jiju and told him. And he came to school and paid my fees.
Saanchi: (in her mind) So Kabir Sir paid for Sunny’s fees. I should thank him.
In Kabir’s cabin,
Veer knocks the door.
Kabir: Come in. (Looking through the files)
Veer comes in.
Kabir: Dr Veer?
Veer comes towards Kabir.
Veer: I have got to know everything!(banging the table)
Kabir stands up.
Kabir: Look Veer, I can explain!
Veer: You no need to explain! I have got to know everything already. The truth.
Veer comes to Kabir and he hugs Kabir tightly. Kabir looks on confused.
Veer: Thank you. Thank you Kabir sir for saving Saanchi’s life!
Kabir looks on confused.
Veer: Dadi told me everything about Saanchi’s truth!
Kabir looks on.
Veer: I was confused of only one thing! The girl who risked her life for my Sister won’t ditch me like that. It’s not possible Saanchi will suddenly marry you like that, and you must have forcefully married her.
Veer: So I asked Isha. Isha told me everything what happened. How you forcefully married her. I got really angry on you. I felt like killing you.
Veer: Then I overheard dad I mean Dr Malhtora’s conversation with Adarsh Chachu. How he hired someone to kill Saanchi as soon as I marry her.
Veer: I went to speak to your mom if she knew anything regarding this. I asked her indirectly and I got to know that you married Saanchi to save her life!
Kabir is silent.
Veer: I am sorry Dr Kabir. You protected Saanchi’s life and I was….
Veer comes to Kabir.
Veer: Sir you are really lucky to have someone like Saanchi. But now I got to know Saanchi is really lucky to have someone like you.
Kabir: Veer I am sorry…
Veer: No don’t say sorry Dr Kabir. I realised one thing.
Veer walks.
Veer: Saanchi and I were never meant to be together.
Kabir: Veer please don’t say like this. Once Dr Malhotra’s truth is exposed everything will be fine. And then you can get your Saanchi.
Veer nods no.
Veer: Now I don’t want Saanchi in my life.
Kabir: Veer Saanchi loves you what are you saying? I know you also love Saanchi.
Veer: I loved her. I used to love her. Yes it’s true that she is my first love but I realised we are poles apart. If I married her we both had to face a lot of problems. And yes sometimes for your happiness one needs to sacrifice their love.
Kabir: Veer I really had no option. I didn’t want to break you and Saanchi.

Veer: Do you love Saanchi?
Kabir is silent.
Veer: Answer me. Look Dr Kabir you can’t hide your answer from me.
Kabir: Yes. Yes I love Saanchi.
Veer: I just want to ask one thing from you
Kabir: Veer, Saanchi will come back to you.
Veer: No not that. I just want to tell you can I be Saanchi’s Friend? Can I still call her Miss Golgappa!
Kabir smiles and laughs a bit.
Kabir: Of course.
Veer: Wow what magic has Saanchi done I didn’t know you can laugh.
Kabir: Dr Veer go to your duty right now.
Veer: Yes this is Khadoos Kabir.
Kabir smiles.
Kabir: But Dr Veer…
Kabir: I am really guilty for what I did with Saanchi. I shouldn’t have married her like that. I want to do all I can to apologise to her . I want to make up for mistakes. How could I do that?
Saanchi is standing there near the door and she feels bad hearing this and tears drop from her eyes.
Veer: Well Dr Kabir,
Veer realises Saanchi is standing, so he acts,
Veer: it’s your personal life, who am I to interfere.
Veer leaves from there. Kabir looks on confused. And Saanchi comes there. Kabir gets shocked seeing her.
Saanchi: Dr Kabir?
Kabir: Saanchi do you know everything?
Saanchi: Yes I know.
Kabir: Saanchi, actually
Saanchi: What do you think of yourself? A hero?
Kabir: Saanchi I….I….
Saanchi: What was the need to pay for Sunny’s school fees!
Kabir takes a relief knowing she didn’t hear anything.
Saanchi: Look there is no need to do so much for my family. I will repay back to you tonight.
Kabir: Its okay Saanchi. I no need.
Saanchi: I know you are very rich. But I don’t like to take debt from people.
Kabir: Look Saanchi don’t get me wrong. If I had a younger Brother also I would have done so. I just want to tell you that once you finish your internship you will start a career.
Saanchi: Why are you telling me all these?
Kabir: That time you will start earning and maybe we will get divorced by then, then that time you can repay me back. For now focus on your studies and internship.
Saanchi looks surprised, confused and she goes away from there.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Kabir sir did so much to cover up for his that one mistake which was to…… I must do something for him!
Saanchi leaves.
Scene 10: Kabir’s house
Kabir freshers up. And he gets happy seeing all his favourite food.
Kabir: Maa thank you so much for preparing all my Favourite food!
Kusum: All these I didn’t, Saanchi cooked them with her own hands.
Kabir looks on surprised.
Kabir: Saanchi cooked them?
Kusum smiles and nods.
Just then Saanchi comes and she brings a big bowl.
Saanchi: Here you go the dessert, your Favourite Halwa.
Kabir looks on confused. Kabir tastes the other food.
Kabir: (in his mind) Taste is also fine.
Kabir eats.
Saanchi: Sir taste is fine right?
Kabir: Hmm. (Eating)
Kusum: Saanchi beta you sit.
Saanchi: Its okay Aunty, let Sir eat first then I will eat.
Kabir: Saanchi! Maa said to sit so sit down!
Saanchi: Okay fine since you are saying then let me sit down.
Kabir: (in her mind) What’s wrong with her?
Saanchi: Kabir sir, here you go Halwa. It’s your most Favourite right.
Kabir looks on as she serves him Halwa and he haves it.
Saanchi: The sweetness is fine right.
Kabir: Yes its fine.
Kabir and Saanchi eats.
Later,
Kabir is sitting down on his bed and doing all his work. He is reading a report.
Saanchi comes there. She puts a jar full of water on the table.
She cleans and tidies up the room. Kabir looks really confused, but he continues the work.
Saanchi: Kabir sir, do you need anything?
Kabir: No…no
Saanchi: If you need anything you can tell me!
Kabir: (in his mind) What’s wrong with her? Did she get drunk again?
Kabir: Dr Saanchi did you accidentally drink wine instead of Apple juice again?
Saanchi looks at him surprised. And then she laughs.
Saanchi: What sir you are teasing me for that. You are too funny. (Laughing)
Kabir: What’s wrong with you?
Saanchi: Nothing.
Saanchi continues doing the work and she folds all the clothes and puts his clothes in the wardrobe.
She hums the song of Karz.
Saanchi: Ek Haseena Thi…Ek Deewana Tha….Kya Hu…
Kabir: Saanchi I thought you didn’t like this song?
Saanchi: But now I like it.
Kabir: Strange.
Saanchi: It can’t be only your favourite song.
Kabir: Its yours favourite now?
Saanchi: not my Favourite but this song is not so bad.
Kabir smiles.
Kabir: Oh so you are doing all these because you want to go to Shimla for our honeymoon right!
Saanchi looks at him shocked.
Kabir: Don’t worry I will book two separate rooms. In this way you can also go Shimla and I can also get some rest.
Kabir: Let me call the agency to book our tickets.
Kabir goes to call. Saanchi comes and snatches the phone.
Saanchi: No sir!
Kabir: Then why are you doing all these! Tell me why are you acting so sweet to me all of the sudden!
Saanchi: Because you have done a lot for my family.
Kabir looks on confused.
Saanchi: You have saved my parents’ house, you paid for Sunny’s fees… and I realised you are a good human.
Saanchi: You realised your mistake. But I have one request sir, please don’t tell my truth to Dr Malhotra.
Saanchi cries and she folds her hand. Kabir moves her hand away.
Kabir: I won’t.
Saanchi smiles.
Saanchi: Thank you for understanding me.
Kabir: I….I am sorry Saanchi.
Saanchi: Its okay Sir. But I won’t forgive you so easily. I want to know one thing only then I will forgive you.
Kabir looks on confused.
Saanchi: Will you be my Friend?
Kabir looks on confused. Saanchi forwards her hand,
Saanchi: Look I can’t be your wife even if we are married but at least we can remain friends.
Kabir looks on surprised as he sees Saanchi smiling.
Saanchi: Let’s forget what happened the last month and start everything afresh. Friends?
Kabir looks and he smiles as he handshakes with her. Saanchi smiles.
Kabir: (in his mind) Saanchi you have such a big heart that you forgave me so easily just because I helped your parents a bit. If I can’t get your love I am satisfied with this friendship at least.
Saanchi: (in her mind) Kabir Sir I don’t know if we even deserve to be each other’s Friend. But what I am doing is for both our good and Mission. You realised your mistake that made me Glad. I still wonder what made you marry me like this, definitely not love. Through this friendship one day I will definitely get my answer and I would guide you the right path as a Friend, you are already at the right path but sometimes something distracts you and it’s my duty to get that distraction out. So friendship is the only way.

Saanchi closes her eyes as Kabir comes close to her. They both look at each other. Kabir goes closer to Saanchi for a kiss. Saanchi gets nervous.

I will post another episode which will be the next epi , at this Sunday or Monday. That would most likely be the last episode as I would be away to UK and US for vacations as I said earlier on from Tuesday’s
And there will be a sequel to this ff , once I come back at mid October. Most likely the story will be continuing from this ff, but there won’t be an incomplete end to this one. But the title would most likely be changed. I will update on more info in the next epi, in other words the last epi.
