Faith – A Riansh Fanfiction (Chapter 13)

                                                                                                                            Chapter XIII

“RIDDHIMA! how dare-..” Kabir started, jumping out of his chair.

Everyone got alert and Vansh got up to protect Riddhima.

But Riddhima was already a step ahead she smirked and pressed a red button near her chair.

All of a sudden a big steel cage dropped from the ceiling on Kabir.

She calls someone,

“Hello, yes i have the recording and i have him captured ……no, he can’t escape, just come fast..”

Everyone was shocked.

“I knew Kabir would do something like this so, i set this up, im pretty good with cages and booby traps” she said as she winked at Vansh

Vansh smiled reminiscing  the time she had set a trap for Vihaan thinking he was Kabir, when he had dressed up as a joker.

Suddenly there was hurried knocking  at the front door.

It was the police.

“Thank you Ridz for… everything” the inspector said as they handcuffed struggling  Kabir.

While everyone was wondering why the inspector called her Ridz , Vansh was burning with jealously.

Ahana knew her game was up, so she sat back and enjoyed her pie.

“Uh… bhabhi why is this police inspector calling you Ridz ?” Siya asks with an amused expression.

“Everyone  this is Aditya, my childhood best friend who now is an inspector.” she said gesturing them to the handsome inspector who beamed at everyone with a soft smile.

“this is the Raisinghania family,Aditya- “

“And i’m her husband, Vansh Raisinghania” Vansh holds out his hand with a tight smile.

It was clear he felt jealous, on top of that he felt annoyed at Riddhima because she didn’t introduce him as her husband.

Ishani, Aryan and Siya snickered at the back while Dadi looked at her grandson amused with his abrupt behaviour.

Riddhima rolled her eyes “pompous idiot” she muttered “so anyways as i was-“

“She has no proof! I haven’t done anything, what the hell! LEAVE ME” shouts Kabir.

Everyone looks at him irritated.

“Shut up Kabir , nobody cares”

“I have proof Mr Kabir Sharma” Aditya tells Kabir sternly.

 Riddima hands a small chip to the Aditya “Here, this has everything you need “

Aditya bid everyone goodbye but when he was neared the front door he turned and winked at Siya, who looked away blushing. Kabir was taken away.

Riddhima turned towards the family members who were looking at her amazed.

“So now that this amazing storytelling session has come an end.. here’s why i stayed in the mansion to save everyone even when Vansh faked his death and you all tortured me….

1. Uma aunty was my mother’s best friend and also the closest person to family for me.

2. She asked me to help her.

3. She saved me from getting murdered the night my parents died.

so hisab barabar {accounts settled}.”

“Wow bhabi we never thought- uh i don’t even have words” Siya said with astonished face slowly letting everything sink in.

Riddhima smiled”Now that you all are here, how about you.. guys stay here for a few days, enjoy the beach and stuff? i dont mind..”

“Yaayee! i can’t wait” Aryan shouted.

Everyone looked at him.👀

“uh nothing just got a little excited” he said clearly embarrassed.

After everyone left the room

“Riddhima… please forgive me,I really love you and I shouldn’t have taken blind revenge on you. I really love you…. I’ll die without you Riddhima, please don’t leave me” Vansh pleads her.

Riddhima’s eyes soften but her cold gaze unwavers as she leaves the room patting his shoulder lightly.
