Fahmaan Khan on Dharam Patnii going off-air; says, “My character Ravi is going to stay in my heart”

Fahmaan Khan’s Dharam Patnii is all set to go off-air within 6 months of its launch. The fans of the show are unhappy with the news as they loved watching Fahmaan and Kritika Singh Yadav’s chemistry on screen.

Fahmaan is also disappointed with the news and had an emotional reaction over the show going off-air. The actor talked about it in a recent interview and shared that he is ready to embrace and accept the news and move on.

Fahmaan said, “Everything needs to come to an end at some point. It’s not necessary that a show should run for three, four, or five years. Everything comes to an end and I am glad it gave me what I wanted. I could do what I wanted to. I could bring out Ravi’s emotions in the way I could. I got a chance to prove myself in another character. It is disheartening to leave Ravi and it is disheartening that I will not meet the other characters that are there in the show but I am ready to embrace, accept it and move on. It’s the same as I’ve done in the past.”

When asked if he would miss his character Ravi, the actor replied, “Yes, definitely I will miss playing the character of Ravi. I am sure the fans will also miss it. But Ravi is going to stay in my heart deep down. I’ll take it to my grave like my other characters.”

Fahmaan and Kritika will wrap up the shoot of Dharam Patnii on May 20. The show however will go off-air on June 9.
