?Sanchi Mishra- Sharda Thigale
(Female Protagonist)- A bubbly,sweet-sensible girl .. Best Intern of SDCH … Best friend of Veer … Her one and only dream is to make her father’s dream true which was to be a good and honest doctor… 
( Anand’s best friend Mohan’s only daughter… Mohan and Jaya died on a car crash when Sanchi was only 15… From then Anand and Savitri brought her home and kept her like their own daughter … Sanchi also never did any work against their wish as she never wants to let them down).. 

(Male protagonist )
?Kabir Kapoor- Vikram Sakhlankar 
(The heartthrob guy is the Elder son of Anand and savitri kapoor …Counted as one of the top neurologists of India and holds the head post of surgery and medicine department in SDCH….Very much responsible towards his duties, patients and family…. Did many sacrifices to get SDCH to the ranked position where it is today and at the same time for the family …. Veer,Dhruv and Priya are his biggest weakness)

Youngest son of the kapoors… Works as an intern in SDCH..Complete entertainment package… Prankster, Irresponsible and typical happy go lucky guy ….
Romanticism overloaded, family lover…. But when it comes to his siblings no one else is worse than him)

( The choco boy of Kapoor family… He is Adarsh and Neeta Kapoor’s son … He is also an intern of SDCH … Crystal clear minded guy , helpful and nice to everyone … His one and only weakness is his family and siblings )

Amaya Mathur – Hiba Nawab
 A fashionasta … She loves everything that is related to fashion … Childhood Besty of Sanchi and also and intern of SDCH… She has always been Sanchi’s shadow… )

?Priya Kapoor Singhania-  She is also a senior doctor at SDCH… Elder sister of Dhruv kapoor

Life was easy for the newly joined Interns but it all lasted for weeks, their life became hazardous as soon as Dr kabir kapoor joins back after his P.h.d …. Life takes twist and turns … Moments were sweet and sour… Romance started in full swing …. of course negativity is always in life when some negative persons are added …
All these will happen in ” Savitri Devi  College and Hospital ”
