Sony’s new show Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania is the story of a 14-member family who sets out to find the perfect bride for Bade Bhaiya. The lead Abhishek is the center of attention and everyone loves him. The family wants to find a good match for Abhishek. Every member in the family has a set of rules to find the match. They all want different 36 qualities in the new bahu, and Bade Bhaiya feels its tough to get perfect girl. Even then, Abhishek heartily takes his family on the hunt for his true soul mate. Abhishek is very hardworking, obedient and honest guy. Pant Family wants someone equal to him.
Tu Mera Hero’s fame Priyanshu Jora is playing the role of Abhishek. He was seen a lazy lad in his last show, and here his character is completely opposite. Ushma Rathod will be playing the role of Abhishek’s mother. Abhishek’s love interest Meera is from a rich and educated family. Meera does not study well and has no interest in making her career. Meera wants to just stay happy and thinks that’s the biggest work one can do. Abhishek likes Meera’s carefree nature.The story will show how Meera will meet everyone’s expectations of Abhishek’s family, when she does not know meaning of responsibility. I think it is looks very funny also and interesting.
Would Meera have to give up her lifestyle of being carefree just for her love? Well to be honest, that happens in almost every serial.It isn’t anything new. Besides true lovers sacrifice everything for each other.
Anyways, I think this show is going to be a big hit.
The plot looks quite similar to that of Zee Tv’s finished serial, Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuien.
Mrs. Kaushik also wanted the perfect daughters – in – law and wives for all her sons. Which she had found, but at the beginning of the show, her fifth daughter – in – law was left ro be found.
Due to the fact that they secretly loved each other, she was forced to marry them in a temple (they later had a traditional family wedding when the girl was adjusted to the family).
Mrs. Kaushik never did get along well with her new daughter – in – law, since she never had the values she wished for in her daughter – in – law.
The girl was also very carefree and childish. (She didn’t know how to cook or drape a sari.She always used to sleep late in bed and didn’t even know to ser a prayer tray)
But, with the help of the other daughters – in – law, the girl was fully adjusted to the family’s lifestyle and she eventually became the favourite of them all.
She also saved The family from many troubles that came their way.
(The role of the fifth daughter – in – law was beautifully played by Ragini Nandwani and Vidya Tiwari.
