Rachana Parulkar, better known as Kalpi/Kalpana, who rose to fame with Zee TV show Ek Mutthi Aasmaan. Sharad was last seen in Banoo Mai Teri Dulhann and is still remembered as Sagar.Both of them will be creating a new wave with their entry in Sony TV’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap. Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap is an Indian historical fiction drama. It is based on the life of Maharana Pratap, a sixteenth century Hindu Rajput ruler of Mewar, a region in north-western India in the present day state of Rajasthan. The series premiered on Sony Entertainment Television India on 27 May 2013.
Rachana got replaced in the show by Asha Negi and got commented on her acting skills. This did not let the actress down and she has bagged the role of Maharani Ajabde, and is cast opposite Sharad Malhotra who will be doing the role of Maharana Pratap. The show will be taking the leap soon. Sharad is coming back on small screen after five years. Sharad Malhotra’s entry will be shown in a grand way. Even Rachana will be leaving her fans awestruck donning the role of Ajabde.
Parulkar started her acting career at the age of eighteen as character Sawri in well known Zee TV show Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar. After generation leap she played main female lead on the show Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar as saloni’s daughter saawri. She was further seen as Akruti in Star Plus show Sapnon Se Bhare Naina. Parulkar also did a cameo in show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and made episodic appearance in TV Show Gumraah. Sharad was seen in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, Yeh Hai Jalwa (Reality dance show), From Sydney with Love (movie). Both the actors are immensely talented, and will be rocking the screen soon.
