Dr. Sanchi: Very displeased… you didn’t make talk with me or “behave” nicely … That’s what a patient will think. Sonali you aren’t under a time limit. Take your time, look at what you are doing, glance at the patient and make small talk…
Dr. Kabir was listening to them the entire time… Dr. Sonali had seen him but he glared at her and nodded his head.
Dr. Sonali: Thank you very much and I will try to do what you said!!
Dr. Sonali walked out and Dr. Sanchi walked toward the teacher desk.
Dr. Sanchi: Might as well just work in here. Let me make there pre-tests and review for this upcoming test.
Dr. Kabir: May I come in??
Dr. Sanchi (doesn’t look up): You are banned so OUT
Dr. Kabir: Can I just look around?!?!
Dr. Sanchi: You really won’t listen. Let me ask the students themselves.
Dr. Sanchi texts all interns.
On phone:
Dr. Sanchi: Okay so Khadoos isn’t listening to me and is still trying to come in. Do you interns want Hitler to come in and be allowed to tutor you…
Sanchi’s phone started to flash and vibrate continuously…
All interns had similar answers:
If the intern actually needs his help then yes he should come, so the intern(s) have to request him to come.
Dr. Sanchi:
And he can’t be super rude or change anything about the room…

Dr. Sanchi continues working…
Dr. Sanchi: Dr. Kapoor, the interns have decided to only let you come in when an intern needs your help, or if a doctor. You are not allowed to come in freely and you are not allowed to change or add any decor
Dr. Kabir: What!! You’re kidding!!!
Dr. Sanchi: Do you think I will joke with you??
Dr. Kabir: For the pre-test I need you to add…
Dr. Sanchi gets up and grabs the pre-test from the printer. And starts stapling the papers…
Dr. Kabir: You already made the test !!
Dr. Sanchi: …
Dr. Sanchi continues stapling with the machine and finishes and walks out the room…
Dr. Kabir: I give up…
TWO MONTHS LATER…
Dr. Sanchi and Dr. Kabir had barely talked, whenever he tried to talk to her she would say 2 words and leave. They barely even see each other now as well, only in classroom and sometimes when talking about surgery. Kabir has stopped caring and went back to his Khadoos self. The gang did find out what had happened, Veer and Garv were a little confused but decided not meddle in. Sushant and the rest were a little worried because Sanchi may seem strong but on the inside she’s been shattered to pieces… again.
As far for her career and revenge… Sanchi now has “expanded” her office because she rather have her patients come in one room. The office next door was made into a patient room and is connected with a door. She finally got pictures of her father’s file and found something surprising… (will be revealed later)
We start with Kusum’s appointment with Dr. Sanchi. She pushed her appointment back for personal reasons. She’s also changed her clothing style so from now on I might be describing what she is wearing…
Today: Light pink button up shirt with rolled up sleeves tucked in white dress pants with white heels. She now wears her glasses much more often and she has her hair up in a bun.
Dr. Sanchi: Come In
Nurse: The Kapoors are waiting for you
Dr. Sanchi: Thank You Nurse
She grabs her laptop and Kusum’s file. And knocks on the door.
Dr. Sanchi: Is it safe to come in??
Kabir: Where is she knocking from??
Dr. Sanchi goes in.
Dr. Sanchi: Good Afternoon Mrs. Kapoor, how have you been??
Kusum: Fine beta
Dr. Sanchi: Did you go to Dr. Sushant yet this month for your diet change??
Kusum: We are going later on in the day…
Dr. Sanchi: Okay… can I take your vital signs
Kusum: Yes ma’am
Dr. Sanchi: Mr. Kapoor, any changes to really anything after her surgery
Dr. Kabir: …
Dr. Sanchi: Mr. Kapoor
Dr. Kabir: Sorry, no nothing changed.
Kusum: That machine really did help
Dr. Sanchi: Glad you like it, you aren’t a diabetic right
Dr. Kabir: No… do you not have that in your file??
Dr. Sanchi: Dr. Mishra to you, and I was just making sure. Mrs. Kapoor do you need a refill for your BP medication.
Dr. Kabir: I can get her the refills when needed.
Dr. Sanchi glared at Dr. Kabir.
Dr. Sanchi: Mr. Kapoor, clear me if I am misunderstanding but are you misusing your “status” as an employee. The doctor is meant to refill.
Dr. Kabir: No… no I am not misusing my status.
Kusum: Sorry about that doctor
Dr. Sanchi: No problem, your son is just a Hitler
Kusum: … “what happened”
Dr. Sanchi: Okay you are done for today.
She gets up after them. And walks them out
Dr. Sanchi: Aunty-ji next time just head straight for this room and before coming just knock on this door so that I am informed that you have arrived then I will come in after about 5 mins
Kusum: Are you busy right now??
Dr. Sanchi: Not really
Kusum: Can I talk to you for a moment??
Dr. Sanchi: Sure, come on in
Kusum: With Kabir!!
Dr. Sanchi (rolled her eyes): … Fine, come in
Quick description of Sanchi’s office, her desk is in center but a little back. She has a gray back wall which has gray cabinets with shelves. The rest of the walls are white!!! Those shelves are filled with files. Looking to the left (I’m describing if you were at the door) there is a rectangular cabinet with some decorations and books and her degrees and achievement hanging above it. Looking straight ahead there is a “small” window with curtains. When looking straight there is a couch with a coffee table and a bunch of picture frames with the gangs pictures in a form of a heart above it. And there are some scented candles and small lights in small places.
Kusum: You have a lovely office…
Dr. Sanchi: Thank you, please sit.
She places the file in the correct place and sets her laptop.
Dr. Sanchi: Would you like to eat/drink anything.
Kusum: No, let me just get to the point. What happened between you two?? You guys seemed like you two were getting along and now…
Dr. Sanchi: I really don’t want to discuss this right now Aunty-ji.
Kusum: Please beta, at least tell me what happened.
Dr. Sanchi: Your son can also tell you…
Kusum: I know you are on break now!! So explain, I’m not going until you tell me.
Dr. Sanchi: Main aapko kya batauo, yes everything was going well between us. We were working together on this office because of the party. In fact he had even cared for me. But he opened a box that he WASN’T suppose to open.
Dr. Kabir: I accidentally opened it…
Dr. Sanchi: It was taped and it said… ONLY SANCHI !!!

Dr. Sanchi: The thing is Dr. Kabir Kapoor that not everyone has had a smooth life like you… and there are some things (tears start rolling down her cheeks) …. that should be kept in the darkness.
Kusum was shocked to see Sanchi like this.
Dr. Sanchi: You have no idea what you have done so please just stay away before I do something to you or myself.
Dr. Kabir: My life has definitely not been smooth at all. My life is probably worse than yours!!
Dr. Sanchi: Oh really!! Were you…. “what was I about to do??”
Just then Sushant and Meera come in…
Sushant: That is enough Dr. Kapoor, we all have had a rough life
Meera: But do not even think your life has been worse than Sanchi’s, no offense
Dr. Sanchi wiped her cheeks…
Dr. Sanchi: Your next appointment is after 3 months
Kusum: I’m sorry beta!!
Dr. Sanchi: Why are you saying sorry Aunty?? It’s not your fault…
Dr. Kabir: Chalo Maa
Kusum lips sorry again and Sanchi blinks and nods her head and she sits down on the couch…
Sushant: They are letting him go to Rajasthan for 1 month but under police security…
Meera: Sanchi…please stop punishing yourself… you have to let this out.
Sanchi: I don’t know what to do anymore. All I know is that I need to avenge my father and then I…
Sushant: I what!!
Sanchi: I’m going back to the US after. I’m under a constant threat here. I only came back for my dad!!
Sushant: Sanchi!!! You can’t leave us again
Meera: Do you know how miserable we were without you?!?!
Sanchi: Then what should I do? Live in this country and know that the minute he is freed he will come for me!! I only have 12 more months left
Sushant: Don’t you mean a 5 months…

She heads back to her desk and works on the interns’ next lesson. Sushant and Meera leave her office too…
Sushant: I… I… I need to go home
Meera: I can’t believe that she has decided to leave
Dr. Isha: Who had decided to leave??
Meera: Can you call the group to the cafeteria??
Isha: Oh no…
Everyone(except Veer and Garv) were at the cafeteria.
Sushant and Meera tell everything to Kunal, Pragya, and Isha…
Pragya: KYA!!
Everyone looks at her !!
Isha: She is not
Sushant: She is
Meera: She’s almost done with her work too…
Kunal: Then let’s make it harder
Sushant: How??
Kunal: We can tell her that she needs more evidence, etc.
Meera: That’s actually not a bad idea.
Just the Dr. Kabir comes in …
Isha: We have to stop Sanchi from leaving!!

Dr. Kabir: “Sanchi is leaving after 6 months. Does she hate me that much?? Wait why do I care?? It’s good that she will leave. Everything will be back to normal.”
Everyone leaves the cafeteria including Kabir.
Dr. Riya was also standing there.
Dr. Riya: Sanchi is leaving, great!! But I have to leave a bad mark on her resume. Let me create some circumstances where she will have to quit or she will be fired. She smirks while walking away…

I know that this is relatively shorter than most updates, but I’m tired and I posted 3 chapters back to back. I typed back to back. I’m going back to school as well, so more hw!! Yay!! *rolls eyes* So that means that my updates won’t be back to back but I will definitely try to post asap!! But on Friday Saturday and Sunday (US time) I will submit posts back to back!!
Regarding the episode, again your opinion I honestly feel like that this was a little boring… nothing really happened!!! I’m really sorry that Kanchi hate each other, but that’s how it will be. And regarding the revenge, it will be a smooth revenge and she will complete it in a few more chapters. What the real suspense is…
