Foundation??
Author’s POV:-
Opening her eyes Sejal looked around and saw Kabir standing leaning to the pillar. As she tried to look around she felt her vision getting blur and her head getting heavy. Holding her head she tried to recall that how she came her and as soon as she did, she got up with a jerk gaining everyone’s attention.
Kabir was about to move to her but as he saw Siya going he stood there only.
Siya: Sejal, are you okay?
Sejal didn’t heard even a single word as she was lost in her own thoughts.
Siya: Sejal?
Sejal looked up at them and stood up straight stumbling.
Sejal: Nothing…
Saying so she was about to leave from there when she heard Vansh’s voice.
Vansh: Sejal, what were you doing outside the mansion? Since morning you were not at home. Where were you?
Sejal turned around and looked at their questioning gaze. Her eyes fell on Kabir, she saw him looking at her but when she did he turned his gaze to other side.
Sejal: Woah, I just went to the nearby park even I was not feeling well so maybe I fainted at the gate and got hurt.
Vansh looked at her confused yet he just nodded and again called her name when he saw her leaving again.
Vansh: As Tomorrow is Arjun’s birthday I thought to arrange a surprise party for him.
Sejal remembered Veer’s words about Arjun and bomb in VR Mansion. Rolling her eyes around the mansion, she tried to find him but he was nowhere to be seen.
Sejal: Where is he?
She asked in a tensed voice and looked at them.
Riddhima: Siya, he was with you both but when you both came he wasn’t. Where is he?
Riddhima asked tensed on not finding him.
Kabir: Riddhima, don’t worry he is in my room. I had send him there to rest.
Hearing him they nodded and Sejal took a sign of relief. Before anyone could stop her for any other work she immediately left from there but Riddhima noticed her walking away hurriedly.
Riddhima: Why is she so tensed?
She mumbled to herself.

Sejal looked around the room tensed on not getting what she should do. Moving to the window she looked at the clear sky.
Sejal: I just have 24 hours. What should I do?
She said thinking while rubbing her temples to calm down herself just when her eyes fell on Arjun who was sitting in the corridor playing with his toys, a smile crept on her lips. Leaning to the door, she looked at him as how cutely he used to pick up those blocks arrange them together to make a home and when he take out the base, it breaks making him sad.
She came out of her thoughts when she saw him waving at her asking her to come to him. Looking around, she asked him trying to confirm that was he calling her only. He nodded cutely.
Coming she sat in front of him in the same way as he was sitting.
Arjun: Chachi, help me. I’m not able to make it.
He said and again tried only to get failed. She picked him up and made him sit on her lap.
Sejal: See you were trying to make your house without a proper foundation.
She said and made it, slowly removing the upper two blocks giving it a perfect look.
Arjun: Why is fon—fonsation important?
She chuckled lightly seeing him trying to see long words. Adjusting him on her lap, she made him look at the big block.
Sejal: See, this your papa.
She said and kept it on the floor. And picking up another kept it beside it.
Sejal: She is your Mumma. Okay?
He nodded and saw as she picked up another two and kept it over them perfectly making it balance.
Arjun: Who are they?
Sejal looked at him and reminiscing about Kabir, a tear escaped her eyes which he wiped away giving her a beautiful smile.
Sejal: See, this is me and Kabir Chachu. Ok.
Sejal said and saw him looking at it carefully. Name each boxes with the family members she kept them one over another.
Arjun: Done?
He said and looked at it.
Sejal: No, our one of the most important family member is left. You.
She said and kept it on it. Arjun saw it stumbling and leaning looked at it carefully.
Arjun: It will fall Chachi.
Sejal looked him looking so keenly at it.
Sejal: It won’t.
He looked at her and again saw the boxes. After a while of stumbling they got back to their position. Arjun smiled and looked at it.
Arjun: But what will happen if I will remove them?
He asked and pointed at the two last two blocks.
Sejal: It will fall.
She said and looked at it with no expression, she couldn’t even imagine the real meaning of his question.
Arjun: It won’t see.
He said and getting up from her lap, moved to the other side. She saw as he took out the last blocks within a second that it stumbled but didn’t fall.
Looking up at Arjun, she didn’t have anything to say so she left from there. Arjun got up on seeing her leaving but as she went to her room. He sadly sat down again. Again trying to indulging himself into the work he was doing.
He touched the last block, as it wasn’t that strong it fell down making others even fell down with it.

Sejal entering her room closed the door behind her taking deep breath she paced around the room.
Sejal: No…no…I can’t let anything happen more. I’ll have to do something before the matter goes out of my hands.
She mumbled and closed her eyes feeling a warm hand getting wrapped around her waist, she thinking it to be Kabir but when realization hit her. She removing the hold and turned around.
She was shocked to see Vansh and moving a bit close to him inhaled a little breath as if smelling something.
Sejal: Are you drunk?
She asked and he looking around shook his head.
Sejal: What are you doing over here?
She said completely shocked.
Vansh: You are my wife, what’s wrong?
Gulping down the various thoughts engulfing in her brain, she looked at him.
Sejal: No…nothing…I’ll come in a while. I have some important work.
She said rushing out of the room making him relax.
Vansh: How will I make her drink this?
He mumbled and looked at the bottle in his hand written truth serum.
Vansh: I’ll have to do this anyhow or she isn’t going to reveal the truth so easily.
He said and kept the bottle in the drawer.

Veer looked at the clock and saw it was about to strike 12. His eyes fell on Ishani and Aryan who were lying unconscious on the floor there wounds were bandaged yet blood was oozing out. A smirk came on his lips.
Veer: That’s so relaxing seeing all the Raisinghania’s in pain. Here they and there they are in pain of knowing what Sejal is planning. None of them know what I’m planning for them is worst. I won’t let them live happily ever. Each one of them will die and I will give them the worst death that they couldn’t even imagine.
A tear droplet escaped his eyes.
Veer: From Arjun, Aryan, Ishani, Siya, Angre, Sejal, Kabir and Vansh. I’ll give each one of them the worst death. How dare they snatch her from me? She was my life, she is not with me today that’s just because of them. I’ll kill them.
He said and picked up the knife caressing it. He dialed to Sejal, after a continuous ring she picked it up.
Sejal: What now?
She said in a slow voice.
Veer: For last time I’m reminding you Sejal. Here Ishani and Aryan under my captivity and there In VR Mansion, I have planted a bomb that just one click and all of them will burst together. So better from next time don’t you dare to talk to me like that. You won’t be able to imagine what I’ll do. Now tell me what have you thought?
He said and on the other side Sejal made faces listening to him.
Sejal: That really shouldn’t be your concern. I’ll do what I’ll wish, you gave me a work and the way I’ll do you don’t have to worry about that.
She said and was about to disconnect the call when he again said.
Veer: Don’t you think you are speaking too much? Is anyone aware about you working under me?
She frowned hearing him and then said a no.
Veer: Then I’m thinking from where you gained this much strength in just one night. Anyway, think well before doing anything or I’m going to break the foundation.
He said and disconnected the call making her shocked as well as confused.
Sejal: Did he said that casually or is he keeping an eye on me?
She said and was about to move to close the door before sleeping. When she saw Vansh entering in the room. Keeping his legs between the doors, he stopped her from closing the door.
Sejal: What are you doing here at this time?
He raised his eyebrows hearing her. Tucking the strands of her hairs behind her ears she moved back giving him the way to enter.
Sejal: I mean you never came at night in this room. So the question was obvious.
She said and saw as he stood in front of her.
Vansh: No, I just used to sleep in study.
He said in a normal tone.
Sejal: Liar.
She mumbled not letting him hear anything.
Vansh: You said something?
He asked as he saw heard her low voice.
Sejal: No, but why are you here?
She asked again and moved a bit back.
Vansh: Come, I have surprise for you.
He said and held her hand. Pulling her with him, they moved from the corridor. While moving she saw Kabir and Riddhima laughing in their room.
Sejal: Was Veer lying or did he had a misunderstanding?
She thought and became sad again thinking it to be lie. On seeing Vansh holding her hand, she felt different sensation and stood up there only making him stop in his way. He turned back.
Vansh: What?
He asked as he saw her moving back.
Sejal: Where are we going?
She asked her and looked at him tensed.
Vansh: I told that I have surprise for you. Come.
He said and she moved with him not knowing what should be her answer.
Coming to the garden area, she saw him moving to a parking lot and came back with his car. Tensed she sat down in the car looking outside, he saw her looking out and moving his hands took out the ear pods from his ears.
Riddhima: You can’t.
He heard Riddhima’s voice while they were laughing at his condition.
Kabir: Exactly Vansh, you won’t be able to make her drink it.
He said but as Sejal was sitting beside him except hearing them and their taunts he can’t do anything.
Riddhima: Really, you are taking her on a date. Well it’s not still you aren’t even talking with her.
She said laughing with Kabir. Vansh clutched the steering in a tight grip and looked at Sejal who was just looking out as if being in some deep thought. Looking back at the road, he started listening to them.
As soon as they reached to their place, Vansh came out and before he could ask her to come out she came out on her own.
Vansh: Come.
He said with an expressionless tone. She looked around the area to see no one around. Moving she clutched her phone in a tight grip.
Vansh: Let me come back then I’ll tell you both.
He said in a low voice and followed Sejal as he saw her moving he blindfolded her shocking her.
