Erica Fernandes thanks her fans for the beautiful surprise on her birthday; writes, “You never fail to amaze me with your selfless acts”
Erica Fernandes recently turned a year older. The actress celebrated her birthday with her close friends and family. On May 8 she shared a post where she thanked her Ejfians for making her birthday even more memorable by providing food and raising money for charity.
Erica reshared the same post of her fan club which read, “Every year we try to follow the ritual where we aim to help the people in need. We collect the donations from EJFians/ Erica admirers around the world and few of our ejfians gets personally involved & does the charity. As a part of charity, This year We did the charity to two places for Erica’s birthday which is SIR J J DHARAMSHALA & Anjuman – E – Mufidul yatama both located in Mumbai. Also Dinner arrangements have been made for today for Orphans at Anjuman Yatama.Dharmshala is the place to help old age people for their necessities and ofcourse Yatama is an orphanage!”

In a recent interview, Erica shared that she makes her own career choices and doesn’t seek advice from her parents. She said, “I usually make these decisions by myself. I really don’t like asking someone for permission. My parents really don’t intrude much into my work. If I have to take suggestions, I go to my friend Amber and there’s Shubhaavi (Chouksey) and Sonya (Ayodhya). I am always in touch with them on video calls and chats.”
