Erica Fernandes who has worked as the female lead opposite Rajkumar in the Kannada film, Ninnindale is shocked to know that Puneeth Rajkumar passed away due to a heart attack. Puneet was known for his fine performances in the South and earned superstardom almost instantly and sustained it as well.
News of his death has shaken the industry as well as his fans as it all happened all of a sudden. The actor was in fact known to be very particular about his health. Actor Erica Fernandes, who is currently seen in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 3 shared her shock on her social media account where she wrote, “I am in a state of shock right now ! Just cant process this news .. For someone who was particular about his health .. gone way too soon Puneeth gone way too soon #PuneethRajkumar RIP Appu .”-
