RagLak – Erase and Rewind (Prologue)

We all dream of the perfect life, where everything is happy and rosy, with good family and friends who support you at all times and a flourishing career. I had all of it, a lovely family, happening social life and friends who I could die for and would die for me. On the other hand my love life? Well, let’s say, there’s not scarcity of “love” in my life, every other week, I found new love. I was happy and content with the way things were going on in my life, till one day, Ragini Gadodia, decided to cross my path. She was beautiful, smart, and quirky.
Oh, how I hate her. I never wanted to see her again!!!

But I did see her again, after seven years, and that meeting changed my life. Forever

When people look at me, they feel I was born with a silver spoon, and had all the luxuries in my hand and foot, little did they know that, this was far from true. Life was never easy in the beginning; mom and dad had to struggle a lot to make ends meet. But, never once, did they let that affect me. They supported me through and through. Everything I have achieved, I owe it them. All the hardships, that we faced, have enabled me to stay grounded and to respect all that we have today. I was happy that I was able to provide my parents all that they deserved. I didn’t desire anything more. I was content in life and then I met the most pompous and obnoxious man to ever exist on the face of this earth. Lakshya Maheshwari.
God, I never wanted to see him again!!

But he crossed my path again, after seven years and my life changed.
