Entwined to you Chapter 4

Sorry I am late, I was actually busy with some personal stuff.

Chapter 4

New Beginning

Twinkle’s POV

Kunj gulped, and I kissed his cheek. I knew he was seriously concerned about the number of cases I had. Whatever. It did not concern me.
“It’s like, 10 cases?!?” Kunj asked me, in quite a shocked voice.
“So what, I’m shifting forever, right?” I asked him, interlocking my fingers with his.

Kunj called someone and asked him to carry all my things to the new place I was shifting to. He himself drove me to a mansion at the edge of town, but it was huge. It’s boundaries started miles before I saw its gates. And the gates themselves were posh, heavily polished steel with two watchmen, who opened them for us to enter. Oh my word, I had never seen anything like that. It was like… a dream come true for me. Something out of this world.
The driveway was lined with flowers on either side, and it led to large wooden double doors which I assumed to be the entrance of the mansion. Everything was so beautiful. It seemed like heaven on Earth.

I entered the mansion, my eyes drifting around helplessly, trying to take every intricate detail inside them.
“This is… beautiful!” I said softly. Kunj pulled me into a kiss. “Yes, but not as beautiful as you.” He winked.
I narrowed my gaze at him and asked him to keep quiet.
After entering, he saw some men outside dressed in black, and left me saying he had some business to do. I wondered what kind of ‘business’ it was, but I was too fascinated by the intricacy of the interior of this immense mansion to be troubled by his errands.

I was roaming around in the endless corridors when I saw a guy kissing a girl on her neck. “Uhhh….” I said, “Why don’t you both go and make out somewhere else? A corridor isn’t exactly the place for this sort of thing. Go get a room.” I crossed my arms.
“And who the f**k are you?” I heard in response.
“Twinkle.” I answered, with confidence. I had seen people of this type many times before.
“So will you stop that ATT?” The girl asked.
“ATT?”
“Oh baby, that Annoying Twinkle Tone.” She replied, quite rudely.

We started arguing at the top of our voices. I mean, I don’t generally argue with stupid people. Simply worsens my mood. But when the person tries to undermine me… I won’t let them.
Likely hearing the noise, Kunj came up behind me, “What’s all this? Why are you fighting? Hazel?”
“This b*t*h tried to teach us ‘manners’.” The girl, Hazel, replied.
“Language!” I pounced back. “You tell me, is it appropriate to make out in the corridors? Go get a room for f**k’s sake. There are so many here…”
“To hell with your ‘manners’. I will make out where I want to. I don’t care who the f**k you are. Now get out of my f**king face.”
I turned to Kunj for help. He was simply observing all this with a slight smirk on his face. “What? It’s a cat fight. I can’t do anything.”
“Who is this b*t*h?” Hazel asked Kunj.

“Twinkle. I expect you already know her name? I told you I got a friend, so… yeah she’s the one I told you about.” Kunj said, again with that annoying smirk on his face.
“Oh… that. I still don’t give a damn. Get her out of here. I don’t want to see her.” The guy replied, who was kissing Hazel.
“Come.” Kunj told me, but with a soft voice. I melted, took his hand in mine, and left the corridor for… God knows where. This was such a big mansion.
“Sorry for that… introduction. That was Ryan, my little brother, and his girlfriend, Hazel. They are quite… impolite, let’s just say.”
“Did you just say ‘little’ brother? Teach him some damn manners then.” I replied
Kunj simply laughed. “Oh you try to teach him something. He’s impossible. But he’s my brother, and I love him.”

“And they are quite a couple. Made for each other almost, with their choice words.”
We laughed together, and for a moment I almost forgot everything and wanted to bring him into my bed. But then, I didn’t even know which room was mine.
“Let me introduce you to my friends. You already met Ryan and Hazel. I have more. Come.” He stretched his hand to me, and I took it.
He led me through countless corridors and doors. This mansion was so big I probably would need a map to navigate inside.

At last, he opened a large wooden double door and led me to a room which looked more like the throne room of a king’s palace. It was so large… I almost couldn’t see the end. With large chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, silk curtains covering windows which were two floors tall, and a balcony going all around the room, probably giving a beautiful view of the room from a floor up.
He led me to the center of the room, where a few people were seated, talking to each other. One was exercising for some reason, and another reading a novel.
“Oh hey Kunj, and… Kunj’s friend.” The guy reading the novel greeted us with a smile. He did not have a creepy look in his eyes.
“This is Advik,” he pointed to the guy who greeted us, “Zeeshan,” the guy exercising. He had a great body, that’s for sure.

“Karan and Kartik” he pointed to two boys who looked so similar, “Are they…” Kunj cut across me, “Yes, they’re twins.”
A girl came up and hugged Kunj. My eyes narrowed, but…
“Hey brother. Been some time. Where were you?”

Oh, so she was his sister.
“I’ll tell you later. Twinkle, this is my sister, Eva. And that’s Ahana over there, a friend.” He pointed to a girl who was snoring on the sofa. She was quite beautiful, and had a great figure too.
All of them were powerfully built. As if they were trained. All except Advik. He was quite chubby, but he definitely looked a great deal kinder than the rest. The rest had a… creepy look upon their faces, except Ahana. But she was snoring peacefully, who knew what she was when she was awake.

Karan and Kartik both looked quite young, but they had a smug look on their faces. Both were blond, but otherwise, they looked like any other person of their age, except that they were wearing expensive Diesel jeans.

Zeeshan was… powerfully built. He had great muscular features, but looked quite a bit older than the rest here. He did not, however, look cheerful. He had a creepy face and was quite impolite when I had a simple conversation with him.

Ahana, though she was sleeping, was extremely beautiful. Her dark red hair perfectly complemented her sky blue eyes, and her body was something I could not even dream of. She was as close to perfect, as anyone could be.

Advik was… an average guy. Nothing special. Quite chubby, but smart looking. Black hair and dark brown eyes. He did, however, look quite cheerful and had a kind face. He was also the only person who was in normal clothes and was not showing off like others. I immediately liked him. He was also quite polite and very friendly when I talked to him, though I only had a small conversation, nothing much.

Eva was handsome, and had similar features like Kunj. Siblings. Black hair, and brown eyes. Nothing quite special, but I did see her doing some ‘business’ with some people outside. As for what kind of business… the people looked quite serious and had black suitcases.

Ryan and Hazel… don’t need introductions.

——————

We all sat on the couch after lunch. I could see Hazel glaring at me and Ryan would just keep staring at me, with a creepy smile on his face.. Karan and Kartik eyed me like I was an alien, dressed in normal, cheap clothes. Advik? Oh God, he was just lost in his mobile, God knows doing what. But the guy who irritated me the most was Zeeshan. Not only did he look at me like I was a thing, he had a very hungry look in his eyes, as if… He’s just a pain in the arse.

I stood up and told Kunj to show me my room. I followed him through the maze of doors and rooms, and finally, entered a room. The door had a plaque saying, “Twinkle’s Room”. As we entered, he hugged me tightly, but I just sighed.

“Why did you bring me here, of all places?” I asked.
“Twinkle, you said you needed friends.” he kissed my neck.
“Not now, Kunj. I didn’t need friends like them. Everyone over here is just so f**king rude. Not one person thinks of me as a human.”
“Twinkle, listen, I did all this so that you may forget all what happened to you. So that you can have new beginnings.”

“Who asked you to do this? Did I say I need friends? Did I say I am alone and want people around me? DID I?! So why the hell did you bring me here?”
“Twinkle, I… I did it all for you…”
“Shut up. I don’t want to hear a single word from you. Get out!”
“Twi..”
“GET OUT I SAID” I interrupted.

He left the room and banged the door as he left. I couldn’t do anything other than crying my eyes out. I fell down to the floor and just… fell asleep, not knowing what the future may bring.
