Manik proudly raises his collar, which makes him to receive a blow on his head from Sukanya.
Anika: Sukanya mai na tujh se tang aa gayi hun. Tun mujhe Bata tun sudhregi ya nahi.

Sukanya glares him as he has added fuel to her mom’s anger.

Aacha aab kuch khane ko bhi de do bohaat bhok lagi hai aabhi packing bhi karni hai aur fir kal subha flight bhi hai.
Anika nods and leaves.
Sukanya: Manik ke Bache dimaag khrab hai kya tera aakal naam ki chiz hai ya sari baich aa ya hai.
Manik: Aur tun har baar uss Dhiraj ka keema bana deti hai aur fir mujhe udte udte surprises milte hain.
Sukanya punches him on his stomach while he makes an ouch face, she goes towards kitchen after doing her hair move. (just like Shivaay.)

Two girls come running and hug dadi, while dadi reciprocates with same affection.
Amanat & Ravitanya: Good morning dadi ma.
Dadi: Good morning bacchon.
A boy of 13 comes with headphones plugged to his i pod, his hair done in a shabby spiky way, wearing ragged jeans and loose t shirt.
Dadi: Oye ullu de pattha aitha aa.
Girls giggle. But the boy didn’t hear as the volume of music was too high.
Ravitanya goes to him and plugs out the headphone from his I pod.
The songs plays on such a loud volume that all the girls cover their ears and Ravitanya puts the headphones back.
Dadi: Behra hona hai kya iss ne.
Amanat: Dadi Vo toh yeh gane laga kar ho hi jate hain.
An irritated Ravitanya removes Advik’s headphones.
Advik in irritated tone: What the wuck Anya?
{Ravitanya’s nick name is Anya so from now on I will most probably refer to her in same way}
Anya shooting a glare at him : Bro you have lost it dadi ma was calling you since eternity but you became deaf due to these songs.
Advik: Whatever.

Om and Gauri come and take ashirwaad from dadi.
Om: Dadi do one thing from tomorrow do his arti by sing honey Singh’s songs and keep chew gum instead of Prasad he will surely come running to you.
All chuckle.

Om: What are you wearing Advik?
Amanat: Vo Jo mumma ne pichle hafte humare purane kappde radi baichne ke liye nikale the na unhe bhai vapis le kar aa Gaye.
Om starts laughing followed by others and both Om and Amanat share a hi-fi.
Gauri: Bas ki jiye aap dono kitna satayenga mera bate ko.

Gauri patting her head: Kya Shankar ji apko yeh angrez ki aulad hi mili thi mera pala band ne ko.
Advik ma, mumma, mummy yeh sab samajh me bhi aata hai par momzi aise lag raha hai jaise kisi fatichar angreezi gane ka naam hai.

Gauri: Wahi Jo c grade type gane hote hai na.
Anya: Oh. Vaise bhai toh bilkul usse fati…fati…

Anya nods: Right that only ke singer lag rahain hain.

Shivaay who was stepping down the stairs is seen by Advik who rushes to him.

Shivaay nods and hands over him nearly twenty thousand, Advik smiles broadly.
Om: No Shivaay.
Shivaay: Come on Om he is just a kid.
Om moves to Advik and takes the money from him.
Om: Bacha hai toh bacha samajh kar hi paisa do bhada nahi.
Advik: What the heck dad, what’s your problem?
Shivaay sternly: Advik, he is your dad.

Gauri: Advik tameez se baat karo bade hain Vo tumse.

Om in loud and stern voice: Get back to your room right now Advik and change these clothes and you are going straight to your school and I will pick you up no party at all.
Shivaay: OM.

Shivaay shuts himself as the way Advik was talking to him was wrong and he can’t always be at his side even when he is wrong.

Om says with utmost hatred.

Aur aap sab chalo khana khane chalo.
All nod.
Advik looks at Tej with eyes filled with variable emotions but none is good for Tej Singh Oberoi.
Dadi: Advik phele khana kha le fir Jana kapde badlne.
Advik nods.
Anya: Good morning bade papa, lambe Baal wale bade papa and lambe baal wale bade mumma (referring to Gauri).
Gauri chuckles, while ShivKara smiles at her and they wish her same goes with Amanat.
Shivaay: Bhavya aur Rudra kahan hain?
Anya: Mummy papa ko apni ungliyon par nacha rahai hain.
All look shocked at her and see each other as if they are trying to figure what they heard was same only or their ears are at fault.

Anya: Yahi ki tum mujhe aapni ungliyon par nachana band karo.
ShivKara give each other “Rudra ka kuch nahi ho sakta look”.
Anya: Uske baad unka romance shuru ho Gaya aur me neecha aa gayi.
ShivKara pat their head and give Anya “Tera bhi kuch nahi ho sakta” look.
Anya returns them “Jaisa baap waise hi beti hogi na” look.
Dadi controlling her chuckles: Chalo khana khate hain.
All nod and head to dining table.
Rudra comes running and sits near Shivaay hugging him.
Shivaay: Kya hua tujhe Rudra.
Rudra: Bhaiya, mujhe Baccha lo is IPS officer se, agar me iss se romance bhi Karun toh yeh mujhe par IPC Dhara thok deti hai. I mean seriously.
Om hitting him on his head: Oye dekh toh le bacche baitha hue hain yahan.
Anya: Humne kuch nahi suna papa you carry on.
Rudra: Thank you meri beti bas iss ghar me ek tun aur Shivaay Bhaiya hi hai Jo meri halat samajh sakte hain.
Amanat: Chote papa aapko nahi lagta yeh dialogue bohaat hi purana hai I mean 80’s ki abla nari ke dialogue types lag raha hai.
Rudra: 80’s mai naari abla hua karti thi aur yeh 21 st century hai jis me pati abla hain.
Bhavya: Kya kaha aapne Rudra.
Rudra widens his eyes in shock.

Bhavya glares him.
Om: Bhavya come have food you have to go to police station also.

Rudra makes the most innocent face in the world.

Pandrah saal, pandrah saal beet gayain hain, Zindagi kitni tazei se beet rahi hai. Aisa lagta hai jaise kal ki hi baat ho jab mujhe pata chala tha ki Suk meri Zindagi me ane wali hai.
(She leaves the things and goes to balcony and looks outside to meet with the scenic beauty of Dheradun.).
Iss zaghan ko dekh kar aisa lagta hai jaise kal hi ki baat hai mai yahaan ayi thi aapna sab kuch chod ke. Kitna khoobsurat hai yeh nazara. Yeh pahad kuch bhi toh nahi badla ya kuch na badlte hue bhi sab kuch kitna badal chuka hai.
Ek chiz hai Jo aaj bhi bilkul waise hai jaise pandhrah saal pehle thi in pahadon ke ilawa aur wo hai mera wishwaas aur meri mohbaat Shivaay ke liye. Aaj bhi nahi bhula payi mai unhe kaise bhula dun, sab kuch hai vo mera, sab kuch.
Kash aaj hum saath hote kash.
Sukanya kabhi kehti nahi hai par mai dekh sakti hun uss ki ankhon mai Vo khaalipan Jo sirf aur sirf aap bhar sakte hain Shivaay, sirf aap. Vo hasti toh hai par har baar khud par kabu rakhti hai kya kare woh bhi mai usse pyaar toh de sakti hun magar Vo protection wali feeling, woh shayaad nahi de sakti iss liye toh mai kum aur Vo meri ma zyaada lagti hai.
Chahe mera dimaag kitna bhi chahye ki hume aapki Zindagi me nahi a ana chaiye par ye dil ye har pal chil a chila kar sirf aapka hi toh naam pukarta hai Shivaay.
Aur kitni der Shivaay aur kitni dair kya iss janam me hum fir kabh mil payenga bhi ya nahi. Kya aap ko Sukanya kabhi dekh payegi ya nahi, kya aap usse kabhi apna na chahenga bhi ya nahi?

Manik is my childhood bestie and you know we should never be jealous of our friends but I am jealous of him, highly jealous. There is only one thing that I envy him for and that’s father, when ever I see buddy and Manik together I miss you papa I really miss you. I wish like buddy you were also there every time I needed you, to hold me in each walk of my life, to pacify me whenever mumma scolds me, to smash the boys who tease me and to kick the guts out of those idiots who irritate my mumma, I wish I was with every single member of my family. I know them but not by name just by looks and description that mumma gave and the same way I have named them too. So the eldest member or head of the family is dadi ma, her elder son is so irritating I named him dermentor, his wife is a darling so she is like Cinderella to me who has to bear so much but her prince charming isn’t her husband but her sons who are even papa’s brothers so the elder one, as he is an artistic and has long hair I have decided to call him Zulfi Chachu and his wife umm… Rapunzel chachi as she too has long hair and the youngest Chachu of house he seems too mischievous and has amazing body soooooooooooo Popeye Chachu and his wife she is IPS officer so Police chachi well I will alter these names once I meet them according to their wish. Then comes papa ke mummy and papa. His mummy urgh… Michmichi hoti hai mujhe unhe yaad kar ke so michmichi dadi hehehe and papa ke dad he seems to be nice so acche dadu. That’s all. Are nahi nahi nahi one more person about whom mummy told papa ke favourite bodyguard and his name voh toh nahi pata par Jo Maine rakha hai Vo hai director uncle after all he will be showing me all the short movies that he had made of mummy and papa when I will meet him.
But will I be able to pull things together the way I want them to be? Will that ever happen?

Yeh pandhrah saal mera liye kaise beta hain yeh sirf me jaanta hun. Tumhare bina har pal yeh diwaarain mujhe khane ko dodti hain. Ek pal ki bhi shanti nahi milti. Mano khushiyon ne toh muh hi mod liya ho mujhse.
Dadi kehtain hai ki haar subha ek nayi umeed lati hai magar meri umeed toh tum ho Anika, kab aao gyi tum? Kab?
Pata hai aaj bhi OmRu aur Gauri, Bhavya sab apni Bhabhi ka intezaar kar rahe hain. Aur tumhe toh mai pehli bhi Bata chuka hun ki Advik, Amanat aur Ravitanya tumse Milne ke liye kitne excited hain. Ab mera sabar ka bandh tot raha hai Anika. Please jaldi laut kar aao please. Tumhara Shivaay tumhare bina kuch nahi hai Anika kuch bhi nahi.

Sukanya patting her head: Mummy din me na teen time 20 badam khane shuru karo aapki memory weak ho rahi hai.
Anika: Acha bacchu.
Sukanya: Ji. Because aap bhool Gaye ki Mumbai me aapki appointment hai two weeks baad.

Sukanya: Mujhe nahi unhe kehna jinki appointment aap bholne wale the.
