‘Oh c’mon Sumo! Grow up’ said Shravan annoyingly..
‘I should grow up? Seriously? Look at yourself… You’re still in your bed.. And its 11 am’ she said..
Shravan got up from his bed and said ‘I’m not on the bed.. We’re talking on phone Sumo, you never know..’
‘Yes, you’re not in the bed, you just got up’
‘How do you even know?’ said Shravan confusingly..
‘That’s what best friends are for !’
He smiles..
‘Okay, now stop smiling, and come home soon.. Those people must be coming’ she said..
Shravan smiled and said okay, and disconnected the call..
It was the day, when some guy was coming with his family to see Suman, for their son, Aditya.. Suman seemed annoyed, she never wanted to marry whoever it was…. She knew whom she loved, she knew whom she wanted to spend her life with, but she just couldn’t confess.. Cause deep down, she knew that he wasn’t over the mistake she did 10 years ago.. She knew she needed to give him time, to forget everything and start afresh..
Their came running Marie, Suman’s sister..

‘Di you’re ready?’ she asked in her joyful voice, that Suman loved.
‘Yes.. Is shravan here yet?’
‘Nai di.. Woh time pe aata kab hai’
‘That’s true..’
The doorbell rang and Marie got super-excited and opened the door happily shouting ‘Jiju is here’ … She saw Shravan, not the guy who was gonna marry Suman..
[Well, Marie had predicted the future! Who knew]
‘Oh sorry.. I thought it was Aditya’ she said innocently..
‘Chill mario! Happens.. Now where’s she?’
‘Inside’ she pointed..
Shravan moved in.. He loved her, he knew it.. He was hoping that she wouldn’t be dressed beautifully.. He never liked her dressing up for someone else, not even for her family… Possessiveness he had towards her.. He went in, and Suman at an instinct knew it was him.. She could feel him, and leaving aside that fact, he was the only one who entered her room without knocking..
‘So there comes the Late-Latif’
‘Hey stop that! You know how far your house is..’
‘Yes.. That far that it takes me 5 minutes for me to go to your home, but it takes you 30 minutes for you to come’
Shravan smiles.. She sighs..
*Doorbell Rang*
‘He’s here I guess’ she said annoyed…
‘Tujhe usse shaadi nai karni toh phir..’
‘Mami wants to get me married off soon. You know na’ she said sadly
‘Don’t cry.. I’d be there.. ALWAYS’ he stressed on that word, cause he knew whatever would happen, he would be there *ALWAYS*
There came in the guy, with his family members… Shravan was with Suman, he was sitting on her bed with a pillow on his lap and Suman was sitting on the opposite side..
Mami, unaware of the fact that Shravan’s there, sent Aditya in..
He knocked on the door, Shravan got up to open it..
‘Who are you?’ asked a guy, almost 5’6, a little shorter than Suman, wearing a plain tee with jeans. Quite good looking, but nothing compared to Shravan..
‘Who am I? Mere ghar pe mujhse hi aise sawal puch rahe ho?’ He said
‘Shravan.. He’s Aditya let him come..’ said Suman, quite in thought as Shravan called Tiwari Killa as HIS HOME
Aditya stood confused there , gave a glare at Shravan and walked in

‘Ye kaun hai?’ asked Aditya..
‘Shravan.. Shravan Malhotra’ said Shravan with an usual SWAG he carried..
‘Toh ye aapka bhhai hai’ said Aditya
‘Abe oyyee’ started speaking Shravan…
‘Bachpan ka dost hai, bhai nahi’ said Suman laughing…
‘Acchaa.. toh ye aapke kamre mei kya kar raha tha??’ Said Aditya..
‘Tujhse matlab?’ said Shravan..
‘Mei toh bass ye kehne aaya tha ki…’. Aditya started talking..
‘Di… Aapki engagement hogi 2 din baad’ said Marie running in the room and standing beside Shravan..
Shravan-Suman’s smile fades..
‘Yahi kehna chahta tha’ said Aditya
Aditya walks out with Marie leaving ShraMan alone…
‘Mei sab theek kar dunga’ said Shravan..
Suman nods…
