We are engaged (Part 8)

Hey guys shrukar aka shruti kirloskar is here again with another thriller episode of we are engaged by starring manan. Thanks for the comments & sorry guys i am busy that i couldn’t reply you guys individually.

So here we go.

Nandu : Stay away from me.

He chuckled.

I walked over my suitcase & started unpacking my clothes.

“The closet is over there and the drawers are over there.” Manik said pointing towards in all sort of direction . I rolled my eyes.

I walked over to the closet & push all of his clothes to one side & grabbed my clothes & hanged up on the other side.

I walked over to the drawers and grabbed his things & kept them in lower two drawers. The top two drawers are for me.

“What are you doing? “Manik asked by my side, leaning on the wall.

“Separation ” I explained. “Your side of the closet & mine & your drawers & my drawers “.

“Are you serious? ” he asked.

“What do you think? ” i asked him back crossed my arms.

“This is so stupid ” he said.

“No it is not. I told you ‘stay away from me’ and you don’t know the definition for that so i decided to have a Separation.” I said back & he just shook his head in disbelief.

Then there was knock at the door.

“Come in” manik shouted.

The door opened & Mr Malhotra stepped in.

“How is everything going? ” he asked.

“Everything is going….” I started but was interrupted by that ass face manik.

“Everything is going perfectly dad” he said & smiled.

Shut up. I am talking idiot. I want to say it on his face but stopped by seeing Mr Malhotra.

“Well that’s great” Mr Malhotra said.

“Dad you need any help? ” Manik asked.

“I just want to talk to nandini something about. May i talk to her alone? ”

Manik nodded & looked at me before going out.

Mr Malhotra sat down. He was handsome & charming. His looks are same like manik.

“I am sorry nandini that we have rushed everything here.” Mr. Malhotra apologised.

“Ohhh its ok & everything is perfect now.”

He nodded & asked “i was just wondering if you brought your medicine with you. ” i nodded.

“Good can you show them to me???” He asked.

“Sure. But y?” I asked & realised that i was rude, “i am sorry if i am…”

“No its ok if you ask. I was planning on tell you anyways. I am planning to prescribe you a new medicine ” Mr Malhotra explained.

Mr Malhotra understands people’s feelings not like manik. I thought.

I got up and get my medicines that i ate my whole life. I handed to him. He studied it for sometime.

“I will take it & study it in my laboratory ” Mr Malhotra said, “in the mean time you take this pill.”

He gave me a medicine & pills in it are different &it was silver simply silver.

“This pill will get you sick. You will understand later. We are going to have meetings if you want to ” Mr Malhotra said. I shook my head even if i had thousands of questions.

“Ok i will take these medicines in my laboratory mean while take this pill every other day for every meal” Mr Malhotra explained. I nodded.

“Great now i have to go bye & welcome to the family “. He said smiling.

I stared at the new medicine.

Why do I need new medicine? The old ones are perfectly fine. I thought.

Then manik came in.

“What happened? “He asked.

“Nothing. Its none of your business.” I said & shoved the medicine my back.

“No” he whispered. I looked at him.

“What “i asked.

“Let me see that” he said louder.

“No” i shouted.

He jumped on me & wrestled me.

He is heavy. I swear i could be crushed under his weight.

GET OFF ME i screamed wrestling him back to get free. But he was so stronger than me.

He quickly snatched the medicine & held it too high from me to reach.

“Give it back you asswipe.” I screamed but he continued to hold it up & studied it & he turned to pale.

“No it can’t be that one” he whispered.
