Recent reports have thrust Elvish Yadav into yet another legal ordeal, with allegations of threats surfacing from an official of the People For Animal (PFA) organization. The complaint, detailed by India Today, originates from a member of the team involved in the high-profile snake venom rave party bust case that captured headlines in November.
Gaurav Gupta, the complainant, lodged the grievance at the Nandgram Police Station in Ghaziabad, citing purported threats received by himself and his brother, Saurav, allegedly from Elvish Yadav and his associates. Gupta disclosed their affiliation with PFA, noting their involvement in the aforementioned rave party bust investigation, in which Yadav was embroiled. Reports suggest Yadav faced accusations of not only attending but also facilitating the supply of snake venom at the gatherings.
Yadav, known for his presence as a social media influencer, addressed the accusations through his vlogs, vehemently denying any wrongdoing and attributing the allegations to baseless claims. In a bid to clear his name, he pledged to pursue defamation charges against Maneka Gandhi, among others.
In a separate incident, Yadav made headlines for a physical altercation with fellow YouTuber Maxtern, resulting in a viral video and an ensuing FIR. However, the subsequent reconciliation between the two, evidenced by joint statements and appearances, diffused tensions and closed the chapter on the publicized dispute.
Following his triumph in Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav has continued to carve his niche in the digital realm, notably featuring in numerous music videos post his stint on the reality show.
