Raaj Mata asks Raja why they returned so soon. Naina was upset and runs into the room. Raaj Mata leaves behind her concerned. Raja enters the room and fell off the carpet. Rani comes to hold him. He doesn’t take her hand and questions why she turned to an evil, the Rani he loved was true and innocent. Rani says she is still the same, Raja is the reason for what she is doing. Raja says he didn’t betray her, she died and wanted him to move on in life. He could never think she would come back. Rani says her love had the strength to stop her, when she has stayed Naina must leave his life. Raja says his Rani knows about the value of promises taken during marriage. Rani says Raja doesn’t value those promises, and married Naina within 7 days. Now she would not let Naina stay here and vanishes.
Naina cried in the room complaining about Raaj Mata. Raaj Mata says no one can forget Rani, she assures Raja is ready for this relation. He needs sometime. If Naina loves Raja she must never accept this defeat. Naina was determined to give Raja as much love as to make her forget about his past. Raaj Mata hugs Naina. The water in front of Naina turns red.
At night, someone removes the blanket off Naina. Naina wakes up asking if its Raja, then notices Raja was asleep. She lay close to Raja to sleep again. The blanket comes off Naina again, she was dragged down the floor screaming. Raja wakes up to save Naina. Naina was pushed towards the wall, her head banged with the wall and hurt. Raaj Mata wakes up hearing Raja’s voice. Rani appears to Raja and says only Raja is responsible for this all, she must remove Naina off his heart. She will torture Naina daily in front of Raja, Naina must leave the world for taking her place. Raaj Mata enters the room, Rani had vanished. Raja asks Raaj Mata to stop her, but couldn’t explain whom. Raaj Mata bandages Naina’s head.
Raja stood in the temple. Raaj Mata comes to him and asks how Naina fell down, she doesn’t remember anything. Raja says she fell off the bed. Raaj Mata asks if someone pushed her off the bed. Raja asks who would, and asks if she is accusing him of hurting Naina; he promises he would never hurt Naina. Raaj Mata says someone else can hurt Naina, she has witnessed much in life. She says only Raja and Naina had left but someone else has returned back. Raja says it’s Rani, she has returned. Raaj Mata was stunned. Raja shares with her about Rani. He cries he cannot understand anything, this isn’t his Rani. Rani has changed, she is angry and thinks if he has betrayed her. Naina entered his life, but he had never forgotten her; he wonders what he must do. Raaj Mata says love hurts and it’s the pain that doesn’t let Rani’s soul get peace. She says there is only a Maa Vindia Vasi who can help them through this. She promises to bring her soon and tells Raja to take care of Naina.
Raja comes to the room, Naina wasn’t there inside. He calls for her name and runs across the house. Mummy was also looking for him. Rekha tells Mummy Naina is an expert in playing hide and seek. Raja goes outside to look for Naina.
In the steam room, Rani tries to get outside calling Raja’s name. Raja runs to follow the call. He calls Rani to come forward joining his hands. Rani comes to hold his hands, concerned. She says this doesn’t suit Raja. Raja says this isn’t the palace anymore, she liked how Raja called her. She reminds Raja about her promise to kill Naina.
Raja asks Rani about his wife. The lights blink again, Rani insists his wife is here in front of him. Raja requests Rani not to do this, the Rani he loved can never take someone’s life. Rani disappears, then appears in his paintings reading a riddle in poetic way. She comes to him again and asks if he wanted to save Naina from the whole world, but she doesn’t belong to this world. She tells him to find Naina through this riddle, she can’t promise Naina’s life anyway. She warns about time slipping off his hands.
Rani lay on the floor in the room, there was steam coming out from jets. Raja walked across the corridor trying to figure out the riddle. He stops by a train dummy and asks if it’s about steam room. He runs towards the steam room, Naina was lying on floor unconscious. Raja goes to hold her up.
PRECAP: A shadows old lady hands Rani with a small bag. Rani assures the lady that she is and will always be a shadow of Raja.
