Naina comes to Raja and was happy calling the photos as best from her life. She says there is someone else as well who loves her dearly. Raja looks over the photos again, Rani wasn’t there in the window now. He thinks if that was only an illusion. Naina takes his attention, complaining why he is lost in someone else’s thoughts. Raja goes inside.
In the rest house, Raja wonders why he feels Rani is there somewhere around. He feels a presence around him and follows the cat’s paws to a room. The doors behind him gets locked, he turns over Rani’s call. Rani comes to him and says yes she is dead, leaving the body was easy but leaving Raja was really tough. She reminds him about their love for each other. He has broken his promise of loving her beyong life. Raja could touch her body as he keeps a hand over her shoulders. He was shocked, Rani complains he doesn’t like touching Rani anymore. Naina had changed him overnight. She says Raja betrayed her, their love and her memories. Raja asks if this isn’t what she wanted. Rani asks if he can really love someone other than her, their love can’t be as weak as to be limited by life or death. She holds Raja’s hands promising to be with each other forever. Naina comes calling Raja. Raja leaves Rani’s hand and goes outside. Rani appears on Raja’s front and asks him to leave Naina. Raja justifies he married Naina, she is his wife. A tear fell off Rani’s eyes as she insists she is his only wife, and would always be in his life. She asks him to leave Naina else… Raja was worried at once. There was a dust storm all around, the useable begin to float in the air.
Naina calls Raja’s name across the corridor.
Raja tries to unlock the door. Outside, Naina screams. Rani asks Raja if he is really worried for Naina, he knows well that she can’t see him worried. She was ready to get him rid of all his worries and unlocks the door. Naina had screamed watching Govind. She asks him about Raja, Govind denies and walks the other way. Raja asks Govind about Naina, Govind says she was just here. He must take care of her in such a place.
Rani walks hand in hand with Raja and lights the candles with a blink of her eyes. She moves her hand and the room was dark. Raja asks what this all is, Rani says they had married as well. They dreamed together. Now, she has got a chance to celebrate honeymoon with him, after all this is also a new life. She tries to get intimate with Raja but Raja pushes her away. The lights begin to blink as Rani fumes of anger. A candle fell over. Raja asks rani to try and understand the situation, he was worried about Naina. Rani asks if she doesn’t belong to Raja, that he is only concerned for Naina all day long. Raja was hurt as he hits the side of a table. Rani moves to him concerned. Raja says he is fine, Rani stops by saying she isn’t fine. He has nothing for her in his heart, and asks if their love has died as well along with her. Raja replies he can die by himself, but their love would always be there. Rani hugs Raja, and asks why he is moving away from her. Raja says he now loves Naina as well.
Outside in the corridor, Naina wonders why she feels Raja is calling her name. She thinks about going to the bed room.
In the bed room, Rani Fumes again hearing Naina’s name. She tells Raja that Naina must pay for hurting her.
Outside, Naina hears Raja’s call. Rani leaves the room. Raja stops her saying there is broken mirror. Naina couldn’t see anything. Raja announces they are returning to Mumbai. Naina asks why are they leaving so soon, but Raja wasn’t in a mood to reply Naina.
In the car, Raja looks on the back seat repeatedly. Naina also looks behind, wondering what he fears for. Raja says he has been unable to get rid of her past, no matter how much he tries. He apologizes Naina, as he couldn’t bear this place anymore. Naina asks why, he himself took her there. Raja feels dizzy at once, he could hear a voice from the recorder. Rani placed a hand over his shoulder and asks him for a reply. Raja loses the balance of his car. Naina asks what has happened, it seems he has seen some ghost. Rani was on the back seat of the car and tells Raja that his wife cannot see her until she wish to. She asks Raja to tell Naina she is right. Raja scolds Naina to stop inquiring pointlessly. Rani urges Raja to ask what she wants to hear. Rani’s eyes redden at once, Raja tries to stop the car but the car goes out of control. Naina was afraid. Rani tells Raja to say it, Raja finally accepts he is repenting. Rani smiles and leaves. The car comes to stop.
PRECAP: Raja tells Rani she isn’t Rani, she was aware of the value of 7 promises of marriage. Rani. Rani says Raja has forgotten the worth of those promises, she is determined to send Naina away. There, Naina assures Raaj Mata to love Raja as much as to only think about her.

Hi all…story has now become like the movie ‘raaz’.. N between rani n naina.. Naina will win… But I felt very bad as turning noble rani into an evil spirit was unwarranted… But friends now at least accept the fact that Naina n rani are never going to be same… Naina is the protagonist n rani is the antagonist now… Story will take such a pathetic turn was unexpected… Today I feel etretr is going to go off air soon… 🙁
Can this disgusting serial end now? This story is sickening and disgusting beyond words. It is beyond salvaging!! End this ridiculous show!!! It is beyond mess up and beyond repair!!! Well, it started nicely with Rani being seen only to Raja, now that’s enough to drive him crazy. The little romance we got to see, Raja would have actually done it, had he not seen that ‘Biwiji loves Donji’ crap. Rani also asked the Raja the same questions we kept asking here. Made me lover her more. Her dialogues are the only thing that makes sense here,lol.
Well she hates Naina, I love how she tortures them. Though very very very unlike Rani, the force in her makes me admire her. She wants her husband back and can go to any level for that. After all, she suffered so much to be with him. Even as a spirit she suffered. No one gets to take her husband away. Way to go, girl!
As for BRMs return, I have no idea. Rani is dead and BRM is supposed to be the new antagonist. So Rani is not one??
Though full of spirits now, with Rani back, I may actually stick to it. Call me sadistic, I wanna see Rani take revenge and I don’t care who dies. Just want Raja-Rani back.
Wow!! I love your comments. I agree with you. The best part was ranis questions to raja i think she had asked him all those questions that we as viewers had in our minds for so long. My heartbroke when rani said that it has been 15 years since her death . That crushed all my hopes of naina being rani herself. Well i hate rajas character now. He changes colours so fast . He was in ranis thoughts for all these 15 years and it doesnt take him more than a week to fall in love with a lookalike of rani ?? All those question of rani to raja were bang on!! I thoroughly enjoyed it . I cant relate to raja’s character anymore . He can call rani as his love and at the same time say that he loves naina as well. How ridiculous?? That dialogue of his ‘ Raja and ranis love will always stay alive forever , but now i ve started loving naina’ just doesnt make any sense. Utter crap. I m so happy with ranis bold questions to raja . I so hate rajas character now. He went on a honeymoon with his wife barely after a week of marriage and forces himself on her . God i should say , the romance bw don and naina looked very artificial and forced. It can never ever be compared to the magic raja and rani created. Now i will just wait for rajas repentance . I dont understand how he could fall for a mere lookalike who draws filmy conclusions to everysingle thing in life . Shes so foolish. I felt like slapping her when i heard her dialogue on first take and second take in life. How could she even talk about rajas past like that and call it a mere first take !!! Writers what’s this, turning noble Rani spirit evil why can’t you come up with something noble than this evil plot. Viewers all these serial has one thing in common Every time they get rid of one evil person another evil person come back. This goes on and on until the serial end this kind of logic sucks.
I also don’t believe its rani, even though i loved what she had to say to raja, he deserved to feel guilty, having forgotten her so quickly. I still want rani back but not as a ghost, i may be in denial but im hoping the writers show that naina is rani somewhere along this stupid track. Because this naina character is so irritating, raja seems more like her father rather than her husband. And we all know the writers can write total bs so why not say rani never died and give us all what we want instead of all this crap.
Whether its rani or someone pretending to be her, they should not have made her character negative, after all the sacrifices she made for raja, this is what she gets in return. Why? Because they want to portray the annoying character of naina as good so the fans will now like her? No way in hell i don’t care how negative they make rani she is still way better than the irritating naina who seems more like donji’s daughter rather than wife. How much more rubbish do these writers intend to write before they end this show. It was and always should have been raja and rani together forever.
I don’t know whether to scream or cry. I think I will weep over how this beautiful serial was so senselessly destroyed and a beautiful love story that was so profound and deep between Raja and Rani has been reduced to spooks and ghost with vengeance and with him forgetting his wife as if she was a bad woman. This is terribly and disgustingly horrible to watch. Writers….I’m speechless at how inane this serial has become and it’s tragic because it started off so well and so beautifully. Now this…….!!!!!! My gosh!!! From royalty and palace to outside the palace of Don and ghosts. All the characters were destroyed as is the main storyline of this serial. What a shame.
That ghost is Laila taking the form of Rani. Rani only came back to clear her name and make Raja love again because she was roaming until he could he happy again, after she united Raja and Laila she left in that she was at peace. Even the scene when they were in the room hugging, Rani’s photo was smiling at them, that revenge ghost is none other than LAILA

It should be a thrilling and romantic affair…while Naina wanders around looking for Donji and could actually see them getting cozied up. If..if only he hadn’t married this girl, this story could have meandered a bit and then ended up with Raja’s demise but the foolish man made it harder to bump him off. He now has wifey to fight for and she’s blood bones and flesh so he would rather lock Rani’s spirit away and live happily ever after with his child bride….. On Raja’ s insistence only Rani entered politics. Then he falls prey to jealousy and inferiority complex. Naz do you think he really loved her?Behind the facade of Love ,Raja has vent out all his frustrations onthe poor girl.. Yes Lakshmi, we celebrate Holi aka Phagwa, across here . Only Trinidad, Guyana and Suriname in the western hemisphere celebrates this festival, to an extremely lesser extent in maybe USA and Canada. These three countries have descendents from the Indian diaspora since long ago, not familiar with the year they settled in Guyana and Suriname but here in Trinidad ,first settlers came in 1845 to work on the sugar plantations, some went back to India after indentureship and those who opted to stay back, we are the descendants!! The rest is history. I do make gujjias though, everyone who lives here know about ALL the sweets you all are known for….EVERYTHING……Anyway, you were not rude at all in your comment, you can see most of us are echoing your same sentiments…will convey greetings to my kids…..hey Lakshmi, we celebrate Holi the same way as you in India…..I’ve just done cooking karaille (bitter gourd), dhall and rice and coconut chutney…..yum yum…lol…….Happy Holi my friend……..

i m so so disappointed, with the writers, i just want to kill the writers for destroying all characters, how could they kill rani. the writers better clarify that , and just cant imagine the tie up of raja and naina – oh its so disgusting!!,. the show ha gone total crap, as its so disheartening to see the show going down the lane , i cant understand why are the writers so bent upon in destroying the show… this show was supposed to be a love story of Raja and Rani and how they beat all obstacles to become one and now the show is gone into some other direction, i think the writers does not have any idea how to take the story to thats why they are showing this ghost ans horror thing.
they have already destroyed the character of raja and now rani , nainas character was gone for a toss long back , previous episodes the writers had given us hopes that naina can be rani but they took a full u- turn yesterday. it lso shows that the writers dont know on how many years leap was decided , first by lailal it was said 7 years , once raja said 10 years and now rani the ghost says 15 yrs wonder which one is correct.
i can never accept raja and ninas love story,better as all said i dont mind seeing raja and rani ghost together ,they still complete each other ever if she was looking a horror.
Oh rani ghost please cripple niana and kill raja and take him along with you and torture him so much in hell or heaven so that he just is fed up. i used to feel bad for raja and it was for raja that made me stick on to the show till even after the crap entry of naina and her sick behaviour.

N my inkling.. Rani ghost is still noble.. She may be testing raja n naina’s true love so that she is convinced that after her there is someone who truly loves her..

like many viewers pointed out it is Laila ghost in the form of Rani ghost.. She wants to neither let raja love rani nor naina.. So she is harming naina n defaming rani…
N my personal view, Rani is dead… He loves her but since life has to go on he has to move on… In real life don’t we move on when we break up/divorce/lose our partner?.. Many of us do right?… So raja moving on is not irrational… If it is a lookalike so be it…

I think the writer is little bit confused abut the current track….i dnt know what he is trying to show……Once it is shown that rani ko mukti mil jati and rani herself want raja to live his life happliy as his happiness matters her alot….. Then naina and raja gets together but again rani comes back and dnt wants raja to belong to someone else….. Agar aisa hi tha tho rani mukti hi kyo di… Arre Yaar Kuch toh Sense wala dikho….if rani dint want naina and raja to be unite so she should said it at the same when she was get mukti…..After naina and raja ”s marriage she is coming and asking Raja to get seperate from naina…..Come on yaar does it make any Sense…I loved rani…… Dnt make it a vamp ….These all things dosent suit Rani’s charater…..
I agree with you Yolande… Naina n Rani are Eisha for me n Raja is Sartaj… N I wish in real life also Sartaj n Eisha marry… One more thing in real life too Sartaj is 10years elder to Eisha… So y comments like raja looks like naina’s daddy n all?… N eisha confessed in an interview that in real life she is like naina… I have absolutely no issues with the characters.. But story is hopeless… N this rani evil ghost twist was worst of all… I agree writers don’t know to build up stories properly…
Any ideas why Sarrtaj /Don looks confused and unnatural in his love scenes with Eisha /Naina.The same pair made a lovely couple as Raja and Rani and their chemistry used to make us blush..I think ,Sartaj ,a great and versatile actor is confused about the relationship of Don with Naina, I mean he is not sure whether to forget about Rani and love Naina wholeheartedly or love Naina but continue to remember his love for Rani and definitely it is not easy for any man to love two women at the same time unless he is pretending. If the nature of his role is not clear ,no actor can do justice to that.Another factor might be the supposed age gap between Don and Naina,34 and18,a 34 year old man romancing an 18 year old girl,Well,doesn’t it sound unnatural ?whatever is the reason ,certainly Sartaj is not his impressive self as Don,and the same is the case with Eisha..The western outfits and short curls don’t suit her at all and that big red bindi on Rani’s forehead ,what can be its significance?
Lakshmi, rightly noted, you have mentioned all the thoughts that i had in my mind , is it raja the don or sarrtaj who is confused about the naina , the love scenes never looked natural seems naina and don raja was not at all confortable and the romance looked as if it was forced,. the scenes were better with raja and rani ghost also there was a better chemistry between Raja and the Rani ghost , which i liked seeing. i thought only i had the thought that raja was not comfortable romancing Naina .
yes and nainas hair dress all is very bad. eisha looks better with long hair and looked best as Rani.
eisha and Sartaj are the same pair, but they looked beautiful and perfect and raja and rani .but very unsatisfying as Raja and naina.

Consider it a mass protest against injustices and the stupidity of the writers as we see in real life when politicians mess up with their actions and plans/policies and suddenly people have to hit the streets in mass protests. The article on brms comeback as a ghost in the show was published on times of india. I do not know how authentic this spoiler is . If she is back as a ghost , what can hher motto be??
Brm was a power hungry woman who always plotted for the throne. She got ranaji and gayatri killed in season one for the throne. In season 2 of this show, she continued posioning rajbeers mind against his father and jeevan . She instigated him against rani during childhood and was successful in separating the. However , raja and rani met after a time leap of 12 years and fell in love and got married , while all her tricks dint work against their love. She ultimately died while attempting to kill rani. So her sole motive was to separate raja and rani and have all power for herself. She mainly hated rani because she was the daughter of ranaji and gayatri devi. Now that rani is dead , she doesnt really have any reason to harm raja . The location has shifted to mumbai and her ameerkot palace is no longer occupied by any of these people. So what is her reason to return now ?
I really don’t think that rani is dead and im really hoping for a raja rani reuniting, im really not interested in raja naina’s chemistry as raja looks best with rani only. But only time will tell where this show is headed, but i still have hope in the title etretr.

Don now looks like a dumbo. Eisha as both naina/rani looks like a seductress. Seductress is still a decent word for their cheap looks n I do not want to be cheap on a public forum. Hope u all got how eisha looks now in both the characters..
Story has transitioned from a periodic to revenge to love to horror(or comedy)..!!!!!!…i think writers are very confused… In a bid to be different they became more pathetic than the writers of all other pathetic serials… Story is disconnected n writers themselves are unaware of leap period n some parts of the story they previously showed… If spirits are gonna comeback.. Then we can expect the comeback of brm, Iqbal, Vijay n Laila too.. All I know is that if I keep watching this crap I will surely become a spirit… So I better spend my time doing meaningful things….

You know raja had the audacity to tell rani that he loves naina, if the shoe was on the other foot, do you think that when he came back from being dead and say rani had moved on with iqbal he would have accepted her being in love with another man. When all he ever told her was that she belonged to him and him only, then why does he want her to accept him being married to naina. I really hope she makes their life hell. And after loving rani so much, he did not take the time to grieve for her but quickly moved on with naina but that’s men for you they don’t think with their brain.

Archana, this what ppl like me wants to know. Writers have totally disregarded this fundamental aspect of the story and brought it to where it is now. Rani Gayatri begged Rajmata to take her daughter away from Amerkot and keep her safe and bring her up to avenge her parents assassination. She said Kaal will die at the hands of a woman, she meant her daughter by this statement but Rajmata decided Rani’s future according to her rules and somewhere down the road she became delusional and couldn’t fulfill Rani Gayatri’s wish. This was what the premise of season two should have been about, not what is happening now. Rani’s parents death really was not accorded it’s importance in the serial. I personally don’t care if this serial is pulled off the air as “annoyed “has said, there are other serials that I’m watching and even though they have the ups and downs, it’s not like the inanity what is happening here. Thank goodness I didn’t put all my eggs in one basket. The story is falling from a cliff at the moment anyway , good to have reminded me of those pointers in the above comment, it has strengthend my mind to don’t care either way what Zeetv does. I do have better things to do elsewhere. I hope that “annoyed” comment is accurate because I didn’t read it anywhere. My analysis : if rani forgave her parents’ killers she should have forgiven Iqbal as well.. N avenging raja for marrying naina is baseless as she is dead n already raja has spent 7/10/15 years (like writers as per our convinience we can choose leap period) hating her.. N the basis for Raja’s intense hatred was his intense love for rani… Naina started filling his life with happiness in her own childish/innocent way which raja definitely deserved… N she also helped rani to clear the misunderstandings…
Naina’s character is similar to that of sridevi in the classic film LAMHE who falls in love with Anil Kapoor who is 20yrs elder to her n in love with her mother who was also Sridevi..
Where etretr loses out from the beginning is story building n presentation.. Rani’s transition from pure white to Grey to black was unwarranted… Naina in rani connection not explained.. N now trying to make a Z grade RAAZ.. n trying to give eisha a BIPASHA BASU look was downright funny n cheap… Eisha will never be in the league of BIPASHA when it comes to looking hot yet elegant…
I think it is high time that all of us answer ourselves a few questions particularly those viewers who don’t fiind anything wrong with Raja marrying his beloved wife’s look alike within just a few days of knowing the truth and without even properly mourning for her.Accepted it is very natural for some people to move ahead in life leaving behind their pasts but not so quickly and with his wife’s look alike And ,here we are talking about the extraordinary love of a character like Raja who has neither hesitated to send his own father to jail nor reveal the truth about Rani’s identity so that she becomes the heiress to Amerkot throne and thereby the complete property.Definitely he sacraficed so much for his love but Is n’t it callous of Raja to marry another woman and fall in love with her particularly within a few days of knowing that Rani sacrificed her life for him? The makers themselves are not sensitive enough to spare atleast a few episodes to show a desolate Raja grieving for his wife.They are so cold blooded to quickly move on to Raja ,Naina’s marriage ,his falling in love with her and honeymoon. For them it is only romance that matters,let the situation be any ,Is n’t it simply distasteful?Still if you say that Raja is right in doing so,let us assume that it is Raja who died to save Rani and Rani,after hating Raja for 10 years for ditching her for somebody ,finally meets a look alike of Raja,marries him ,falls in love with him and goes on a honeymoon within days of knowing the truth that her husband was not a betrayer :rather he sacrificed his life for her.How many of us would have supported and appreciated Rani? Infact we have already come across ,if not the same ,but almost similar situation during Iqbal’s episode.Thankfully Iqbal was nor Raja’s lookalike and Unlike Raja with Naina ,Rani was not in love with iqbal.Ofcourse Raja was not aware that Rani was only pretending but we ,the viewers knew all along that her aim was to take revenge on her Dadu’s advise but at the same time ,we felt very bad and even hated her for her harsh words and rude behaviour towards Raja.And presently when Rani is no more and Raja is shameless enough to tell on Rani’s face that he loves another woman,what are the viewers especially female viewers to do except to express concern at the saneness of the writers who seem to have the opinion that look alikes are considered as one individual only.Even identical twins born to the same mother are two distinct individuals.How are they expecting us to treat Naina as Rani?
I agree with you Lakshmi, I too found it distasteful that Raja after loving Rani so deeply could move on so fast with another woman, much less Rani’s lookalike. I think the writers thought that they could use Sarrtaj and Eisha’s chemistry as Raja and Naina and the fans would have accepted the crap they are writing but they were so wrong. judging by the negative comments and the fact that the fans wanted Rani back( and please not as a ghost), goes to show the strength of Rani’s character and the chemistry of Raja/Rani which is more powerful than that of Raja/Naina. i mean even though it’s still Sarrtaj and Eisha, there’s a difference in chemistry between Raja/Naina and Raja/Rani. I quite frankly I do NOT like the character of Naina, she’s just too annoying.
@Lakshmi…Raja didn’t quickly move on.. There was a time leap in between… N Raja still has a special corner for Rani.. Yes as u rightly pointed out certain parts should have been built up properly..
1. Rani’s truth n death episode should have been done with greater detail.. A few more episodes should have been spent to bring her truth out
2. Some episodes should have been spent in properly building up the chemistry between raja n naina… Starting from Raja mourning rani’s sacrifice n unable to accept naina easily. N naina putting up efforts in an elegant way n eventually winning his love… N this chemistry was easier to bring out as in real life eisha n sartaj have a 10yr difference..it would have been classic like ‘lamhe’ n ‘cheeni kum’..
3.rani turning evil spirit was not at all needed.. They are trying to recreate the movie..’ RAAZ’.. It was the only blockbuster hit of 2001..but alas they don’t even know to copy properly…
N I m a female.. If I die I would definitely want my husband to move on after mourning my death for some time… So raja moving on part still is not poorly done, as per me…. Yes but a few more episodes should have been spent to build naina-Raja love story n Vijay n Laila should have been there for some more time…

Yes Archana certainly ,there is a gap of 10 years, but those ten years are immaterial as we all know very well that Raja did not spend it cherishing Rani’s memory .He simply hated her all the time because his male ego was hurt.If I am right he came to know about the truth just before Vijay kidnapped Naina followed quickly by other events in sequence ,Naina becoming lame due to Vajay’s torture,Raja marrying her, 3or 4 episodes of Layla’s jealousy and her gory death.Then Raja and Naina go on honeymoon.In other words ,hardly within 3to 4 weeks of knowing the truth ,he fell in love with Naina ,Is n’t that quick enough? Now regarding the subject of moving on,well, as an Army officer’s wife I came across many young Kargil war widows ,some in their twenties , well educated,but chose to remain single. Atleast half of them were not forced by anyone to remain single,it was their choice.By nature women are sensitive and for them love is for life and if at all they move on ,it is because of other factors in life like security, parental pressure ,financial problems etc. It is not the same with men.whether you like it or not ,they will move on.Ofcourse there are exceptions to both.. Coming back to etretr2 when Raja was in disguise he felt miserable seeing Rani with Iqbal :.why,he could have felt happy for her ,thinking she moved on after his death. WhenRaja himself was very jealous and possessive ,what is he expecting from Rani? Bindu and Layla ,both the girls loved Raja in their own way ,Though Raja never cared for them ,they did n’t move on,but Raja who loved Rani wasted no time in tying the knot.You can see the difference. Anyone can move on irrespective of gender but in a way not to hurt the feelings of that person whom you still love or once loved.Archana ,you are very broad minded burst many women are not so.As per me ours is a love marriage and I don’t hesitate to say that I am very possessive and would n’t want my husband to move on if I die.Ofcourse like individuals ,their perceptions also varyAs Naz rightly says everybody is free to agree to disagree and I agree with that.
