Hearing his scream…..Ali nd others rushed to the garden…..they all got shocked seeing their Maam in such condition……seeing Ali…..Maahi shouted….
Maahi: Ali …jaldi gaadi nikaalo……shouting he lifted Kaal nd moved towards the parking lot……
Ali ran to bring the car nd Rosy called Dr.Kulkarni …..explaining the situation…..she consoled the others…..
Ali brought the car nd Maahi carefully rested Kaal in back nd he sat beside her …..he removed his jacket nd kept it on her injury from where blood is bleeding nd wrapped another hand around her from back……he ordered Ali to go…..
Maahi: jaldi Ali….bahut khoon nikalrahi hai….jaldi jao…..
Ali changed the gear nd raised the accelator…..within a split second it crossed the FH main gate…..throughout the way he tried to woke her up….but she didn’t ……
Within one hour car entered the Life Line Hospitals (LLH) portico…..she was immediately shifted to the stretcher …..Dr.Kulkarni was shocked seeing her in blood…..he checked her condition nd ordered the staff to took her to Opereation Theatre (OT)……he didn’t expect that one day she will admit in her own hospital in such a condition of life nd death……they all left to OT…..Maahi , Rosy nd Ali followed the stretcher…….they took her inside the OT…….Maahi sat in the corridor with tears starring at the OT doors..…his mind remembering the scene of she pushed him nd fell down in blood……
Rosy called Nandan nd he rushed to the hospital….. Ali looked at Maahi who sat silently staring at the door…..he understood his condition….
Rosy: its necessary to inform Shivaay Sir…..
For her words…….both Ali nd Nandan exchanged looks nd looked at Maahi ……Rosy understood…
Rosy: Ali jobhi ho jao…yeh baath tho kehnapadegi…..i will inform said she picked her phone…..
Holding her hand Ali stopped her…..
Ali: one minute Rosy…give me few seconds …..said he went near Maahi ….
Ali: Sir…..he called but Maahi didn’t repond….
Keeping his hand on Maahi’s hand….he called again…for his touch came into sense Maahi lifted his head nd looked ali….
Ali: Sir..shall I inform Shivaay Sir…..
Maahi nodded in yes…..
Ali: lekin aap kaise….he stopped in mid….
Maahi: don’t think about me….its important to inform them…..
Ali: but Sir….how can you face …..
Maahi: I know how to handle …..do wt I say….he said in an ordering way…..
Ali nodded in yes nd left……
OBEROI MANSION:
Mansion was in sleep….its nearly 12 O’clock….a deep silence covered the Mansion….the silence is so scary…..at that time…..phone rings which were rang at a time in 3 boy’s rooms …..broke the deadly silence…….
In Shivika’s room:
Shivaay’s phone started ringing…..
Annika who slept resting her head on Shivaay’s shoulder slightly moved bcz of the phone ring which disturbed her sleep a little…for her move Shivaay also moved….
Anni: Shivaay….phone….she murmured….
Shivaay tried to picked it up with sleepy eyes …ring was stopped….he took away his hand from the phone nd was about to turn aside….the ring started again….slightly opening his eyes he saw the phone display which showed him Rosy’s name…..he immediately picked it up nd answering it with a little surprise while checking the time in Annika’s phone which showed him 12:00….
Shiv: (with a confusion of why did she call at this time)…Rosy….iss waqt….
Rosy: Sir….plz come to LLHs Sir…its urgent….she informed almost crying….
Shivaay didn’t understand wt happened…..
Shiv: hospital….wt happened Rosy…..he asked her in tention….
Rosy: Maam in danger Sir…operation is going now…plz come fast sir…..
He was shocked hearing it…..coming said he disconnected the call nd took the keys……was about to go out from the room…
Anni: kya huva Shivaay…where are u going at this time….asked coming near to him…
He turned nd looked at her….seeing him she got tensed….
Anni: Shivaay…wt happened…..aap parshan mein….
He just held her hand nd went out saying “lets go first nd I will tell you on the way”…said when they entered in the hall he saw OmRi nd RuMya….
Om: Shivaay……Kaal…
Shivaay understood as they were also received the call…..sighing them he crossed the OM entrance nd sat in the car along with Annika….OmRu were also sat in their cars along with their ladies…..3 cars crossed OM main gate in seconds…..
Boys told the matter to the girls on the way to hospital nd they became tensed….with in one hour they reached LLH ….rushed inside….just then…..post operation……Kaal was shifted to ICU…..seeing them Nandan took them to the ICU….seeing Obros..Ali looked for Maahi….but he didn’t find him……
They all stood out side the door nd saw through glass door…Kaal was on bed surrounded by equipments …Drs. checking her condition…..their eyes filled with tears…..its became hard to Saumya to console Rudy who is literally crying seeing his Di in such a critical condition……
Shivaay went near Ali…
Shiv: Ali….bathao kya huva aur kaise huva….
Ali: patha nahi Sir….huva kya…we received a call from Dr.Kulkarni nd we rushed here…..when we reached here …. Operation already started….
Om: you always stay with her….
Ali: sir…without informing me Maam suddenly went out alone ….i tried to contact her but she didn’t answered the call….
Before Shivaay could react….Dr.Kulkarni came out …seeing him they all went near him……before they ask….
Dr.Kul: still she is in critical condition….infact she is struggling for life….her subconscious mind is trying to get out from the unconscious stage but her body didn’t…..may be bcs of the lazer shot she lost lot of blood nd injuries are so deep….we…..
Hearing it they were shocked….Shivaay stopped him in mid……
Shiv: ek minute…is this not an accident….he asked with a distrust….
Dr.Kul: haan Mr.Oberoi its not an accident …someone intentionally shot her to kill….
They were all literally freezed for his explanation…..the 3 girls were cupped their mouths with shock…..
Shiv: now her condition……he difficultly asked …but his mind started thinking that hai koun wo unko maarneki koshish ki nd why?….
Dr: don’t know sir….her struggling is still continuing…if she will get conscious within 4 to 5 hrs then she will be out of danger….if not…
Om: if not…wt do you mean?….his voice resounded in the silent corridor….
Dr: she will fall in coma or….
Rudy: don’t dare to complete the sentence Dr…..he shouted with pain…..
ShiOm consoled him….they all were almost broken inside
Anni: shall we see her Dr. ….she asked him controlling her tears……
Dr: yaah you can but don’t stay much time inside….said he left ….
They all including Ali, Rosy nd Nandan went inside…..seeing her girls nd Rudy didn’t control their tears….Om nd Shivaay stood in deep silence….still Shivaay mind revolving around the words of the Dr. ….. Nandan didn’t digest …….Ali felt inside as “every time she faces terrible situations for others whom she loves….but they always fail in understanding her …hey Allaah…harbar aise dard kyo deraha hai”…..
Annika noticed one thing….
Anni: (herself) she is still unconscious….but a disturbance nd restlessness clearly visible on her face….she is struggling for life but her face expression is different …wt is it…..for what she is struggling inside…..its not only related to life but something is there…..she thought while observing Kaal nd the monitor which is showing her struggle for life…..
After few minutes they all came out nd sat in the corridor…..
Anni: Shivaay…Dadi ko bathanapadegi na…..
Shiv: not now Annika….unko hosh aanedo…then we will inform otherwise she cannt bare the pain if she see Kaal in this state….she cann’t……
They all nodded in accepting his words nd started waiting as when she will get conscious…
Ali searched for Maahi nd finally he find him in Kaal’s personal chamber….before Ali explain the condition of Kaal…
Maahi: I know Ali…Dr.Kul. told me……I want to see her….said he stood from the chair…
Ali: but sir all are sat in the corridor..
Maahi: no problem …said with a smile….
Ali didn’t understand wts going on in his mind…..
At the same time door opened ….head nurse Katherine came inside…..
Katherine: Sir…everything is going as per your instructions….in few seconds Dr.Kulkarni will call them to his chamber….at the sametime you will enter into ICU from another door….i will take care of other things…plz come with me Sir…..said she moved showing him the way…..
Maahi moved from there with a smile patting on Ali’s shoulder ……..
Ali was surprised hearing about Maahi’s plan….he told Shivaay exactly Wt Maahi told him to say….but he didn’t hv any idea of this move of Maahi…. He followed them…
Dr.Kulkarni’s Chamber:
ShiOmRu entered inside ….Dr. Kulkarni welcomed and offer them to sit….
Before he could start the convo….
Shiv: you told that she was shot by some one…but how did she drive the car to hospital with major injuries…..
Dr.Kul: no Sir…she didn’t…
Shiv: tho how she came here?…
Dr.Kul: she didn’t came herself sir….somebody took her to admit….
Shiv: who?
Dr.: I want to inform the same to you …issliye aapko bulayatha….he said looking at him….
Shivaay looked him …..

ShiOmRu were shocked….

Dr.: sorry sir…when I saw him I was also shocked…..
Shiv: wt do u mean!!?….
Dr.: yes Sir…..he looks like you sir…..the only difference is class nd mass…..when I asked him about the incident he said that …”I don’t know anything about the incident nd wt happened…even I don’t know who is she….when i saw her she was injured nd laid in the blood nd was unconscious….to save her I took here to admit ..bass iss ke alava mein kuch nahi jaantha”….hearing it I was confused nd shocked as why Mr. Oberoi saying like this…..
ShivOmRu at a time in mind “farzi….duplicate…”
Shiv: where is he?….
Dr: don’t know sir…seeing Maam’s condition I didn’t concentrate on him ….post operation I didn’t find him any where…..he said….ShiOmRu silently came out from the room…..
Meanwhile when ShiOmRu went to Dr.’s room…..at the same time Maahi entered inside the ICU from another door which is interrelated to OT corridor…..
Ali was surprised seeing Maahi’s entry inside ICU …..he stood at the outside the door…..
Maahi moved near Kaal…..sat beside her……..seeing her in such a struggle …..tears rolled down from his eyes……he is unable to digest the situation…..slowly gathering the broken pieces of heart inside him …..he took her hand into his hand…..holding it ….keeping another hand on her head….he caressed her hair with mixed feelings……
Maahi: “Gudiyaa” ….he called her very softly with full affection….
For his call nd touch ..her subconscious mind awake nd started recollecting the incidents…..he continued….
“kyon kiya aisa….mujeh bachane keliye khud ki jaan khathre mein kyo dali ….kyon…..tu khud mere zindagi mein aayi…..mujeh chodkar jaanekobhi phaisla liya….tu chahetho jao lekin aise chodkar muth jao…..plz….ankhe kholke dekhona…..tumko aisa dekhthehi dil mein dard ho raha hai yaar…..tum ankhe nahi kholenge tho mere saase rukhjayegi…….wo log hai koun mein nahi jaantha….if they want to kill me …marnedo mujeh…lekin”
His last words…hardly hitted her mind….her fingers slightly moved nd tightened the grip on his hand…..he was surprised nd looked at her fingers…..he continued…..
“I am a fool…yeh sab mere wajah se hi huva….waise if something happens to me its not a big matter …..mere jaise insaan keliye ….”
Her grip more tightened on his hand ….almost her nails started leaving their marks on his hand….he was amazed nd looked at her nd he noticed tears rolling down from behind the closed eye lids….he understood her condition nd also came to know that she cant bare the words that hurt or insult him….he also noticed that she is trying to get consicious….
He continued his talk which make her get more angry ….for his each word …her grip tightening more on his hand…..even he felt the pain of her nail marks…..but he didn’t stop saying….finally when he noticed the monitor which is indicating her heart beat nd pulse rate at maximum….then….
Maahi: okay….relax….i promise I never talk like this here after but one condition……pehle aankhe kholke mujeh dekho …..he said with a hypnotic voice….
For his cool voice she slowly became normal nd her grip also loosen on his hand…..few seconds later she very difficultly nd slowly opened her eyes which were filled with tears…..he felt happy for getting her conscious nd felt sad seeing her with tears for the first time…….he slowly wiped her tears nd said …..
Maahi: I am sorry for wt I told….i promise I never repeat it nd never hurt you……
Very weakly she smiled nd said very diffifulty…..
Kaal: itni aasaanise tumhe chodoongi bhi nahi aur haarmanoogi bhi nahi….when I complete my responsibility nd fulfill my promise then only I will leave……tab tak mein tumko chodkar kahi nahi jaavoongi ..Maahi…
He saw her with shiny eyes bcz she called him Maahi with out adding any respect tags for the first time after leaving the Chawl……
Seeing her Maam in conscious…..Katherine felt happy nd looked at Maahi with a cheerful smile…..nd understood the bond which is developing between them unintentionally……..
Katherine nicely managed the situation whenever Annika came near the ICU room nd saw through the glass……
When Kaal again try to speak….he shut her mouth keeping his hand…..
Maahi: sshhh….dont talk…you hv so much of time to fight with me …..now just close your eyes nd sleep….i will sit here …..did you get my words……he asked her in the same hypnotic voice…..
Kaal blinked her eyes in yes nd closed her eyes…….but they both didn’t notice that their both hands are still in each other…..Maahi sat silently beside her ….starring at her….
ShiOmRu enetered into the corridor where the others were….seeing them Annika came near them asked…..
Anni: Dr.ne kya kaha….
Shiv didn’t say anything bcz he lost in thoughts….
Om: Dr. said she got injured for not bcz of accident….someone shot her….
Anni: he already told it…..aur kuch kaha….
Om: she was admitted here by…..
Anni: here by aage bolo na Om….
Om: wo farzi….i mean…
Anni: Maahi…
Rudy: haan wahi…..
Anni: how did Maahi know Kaal….
Shiv: he didn’t know Annika….when she got shot….may be he was near by….seeing her in blood nd unconscious he took her to admit here….

Om: Dr. Kulkarni told that after admitting her he left…nd later he didn’t find him any where…..
They all sat in the corridor losting themselves in thoughts….doesnt know when their eyes were closed…..
In the early hours of around 5:30 ..Annika woke up in sudden nd looked around….all are sleeping leaning back in the chairs….she felt something nd went near ICU nd noticed a shadow near Kaal’s bed….she didn’t understand nd went inside to check it…..
When Katherine heard the door click she became alert….when Annika went near the bed she saw Katherine who is changing the sylline nd blood bottles…..seeing Annika…
Katherine: gud morning Maam…..just now I thought to come nd inform you….now Maam’s condition is stable….may be she will get conscious in few minutes….
Annika scanned the room while hearing her words…..Katherine noticed it…..
Katherine: Maam …wt happened….
Annika: nothing I saw a shadow near the bed….
Katherine: (with a smile) Maam….here mere alava koi aur nahi hai….poore raath mein maam ke pas hi baitithi to check her condition….shaayad aap mere shadow dekhihogi….
Annik: may be ur right….said she looked at Kaal nd was amazed seeing her ….her face looking so cool….yesterdays disturbance is totally vanished….the heart beat nd pulse rate also quite normal….she immediately went out to inform the same to others……
Katherine took a relief breath nd showed thumsup to Maahi who stood at the another door in the darkness hearing the convo…..nodding his head with a cool smile he left from there…..
