Until evening she spend the time with Dadi in her room….later she came out nd went to kitchen she started preparing dinner….seeing her in kitchen……Gauri informed the same to all….
They all came to the kitchen….seeing them…
Kaal: helloo guys….come on join with me…..she invited them…..
They all exchanged looks…
Kaal: wt happened to you all….come on guys….saying she started cutting the vegetables…..in one angle she felt pain in her hand…..”aahh”….she slightly winced with pain…..
Seeing it Shivaay silently took the knife from her nd started cutting the vegetables…..OmRu were also joined with her….when Maahi want to go from there…..
Kaal: where r u going Dost…..asking him….Annika…..she called….
Annika looked at her….
Kaal: plz bring the first aid box….if we didn’t take a proper care regarding the wounds its not a good thing for the health…..saying she went near Maahi….
He doubtedly looked at her…..”no need of first aid box Annika….its aleardy started healing….” Saying he stopped Annika….
Kaal: in showing attitude ….he is equal to you Shivaay….she said ….nd holding his hand she want to check his wound…..
He tried to took away his hand but she held it tightly…
Kaal: ek baar check karnedo dost…..said she looked at the injury…..infact its not a light one….may be bcz of a sharp object it happened…a tear drop fell on it……
He looked at her noticing it….controlling her feelings….
“Dost…wound is not a small one…it’s a little bit deep…it’s a better thing if you bandage it….”said…
“you r right …wound is not a deep ..it’s a deepest one…..treatment is necessary”….saying he tried to took away his hand….
She doutedly looked at him…..she didn’t understand about which wound he is talking……she still held his hand in tight….
“if you hold it like this….you should stay like this entire your life….will you?”he asked her…..
Hearing it …she looked at him….slowly she loosen her grip …. He took his hand nd left to his room….
She starred at him while leaving…..within seconds she composed herself….nd joined with the boys ….
That night sitting beside Maahi she completed dinner…..seeing her behavior they all were surprised….but Maahi suspected her behavior…..later she sat beside poolside nd asked others to join with her …..
They all came nd sat near her…..Maahi sat a little far from her…..
Shiv: Kaal….wt happened to you…? He asked….
Kaal: wt do you mean Shivaay….mujeh kya huva? She questioned
Shiv: I am asking the same….from the evening I am observing you….your behavior is not normal…
Kaal: yaar….nothing is there ….i just want to spend the time with you all …that’s all….
“really”…..they all at a time said…..
“of course”…she said….but Maahi still hv a strong doubt on her behavior…..
Few minutes later…..
Kaal: wt happened to ur brother…..she asked showing Maahi….
Shiv: wt do you mean….
Kaal: sitting there why he is starring us….why did he come nd join with us…..she asked….
They all surprisedly looked at her…
“hello Dost ….come here nd join with us…..”….she called Maahi…..
Infact Maahi is not in the mood to spend the time with them…..but seeing Kaal behavior nd the smile on her face which indicating her inner joy he didn’t want to spoil it.,….he came near them nd sat along with them…..after a long chit chat finally she said gud night to all….throughout the time Maahi sat silently observing her….
They all stood up to leave saying gud night….
Kaal: one minute….shall we take a pic….she asked…..
They all got surprised for her question…..”I will take the groufie”…Rudy said nd he took the pic…..
Later saying gud night she left to her room…they all moved to their rooms…..
Few minutes later Kaal came there to took her phone which she had forgotten there…..she took the phone nd was about to move from there….
“wts going on in your mind Kaalagjna….”….hearing it she turned ….
“Maahi”….she called…..
He came farward nd stood infront of her…..
“wt do you mean Maahi”….she asked….
“you didn’t know wt I am asking you”….he asked….
“Maahi….nothing is there….infact i want to spend the time with you all…that’s all…..”…
He smiled for her answer…..
“your acting skills r awesome….but don’t forget….my heart ,mind nd eyes never cheat me in understanding you….i think you got my words..” saying he left from there….
She starred at him….few seconds she stood there in silence….later she moved to her room…..laying on the bed she tried to sleep but Maahi’s words are continuously resounding in her ears….after a strong effort finally she slipped into sleep……
Next Day:
In The Early Morning…
All Oberoi Family members gathered in the hall….Dadi distributed sargi to all….just then came Kaal…looking at Dadi….
Kaal: Naani….why did you call me….i already slept in late night….itni subeh kyom…..she asked
Dadi: today Karwachauth…you hv to do it….
She came near Dadi…holding her shoulders ….with a smile….
Kaal: Naani…yeh sab shadi suda hai….ek dusre keliye vrath rakhega….ab yeh vrath mein kiskeliye karu….
*( Naani…..they all r married….they do it for each other….for whom I will do it…)*….she asked…
Dadi: haayre….kya bol rahi ho tum…. *(wt r u saying)*
Jah: tumhaari zindagimein aanewalekeliye rakhsakthehona tu…..*( u can do it for the one who will become your life partner)*
For her words a split second Kaal’s eyes focused on Maahi…..
Kaal: (in mind)… mere zindagimein aisa koi nahi aayega……….*(no one is there to become my life partner)*
Anni: wt Aunty said is right….you will do it…
Maahi stood in silence observing her….
Kaal: Annika …meri Maa….plz…leave me …..by the way I hv to go Office early….today I hv a lot of work….so plz….saying she left to her room….
They all looked her….
Dadi: Maahi….tum tho rakhegana….she asked……*(will you do it)*
Maahi smiled nd asked…
Maahi: mein kiskeliye rakhu Dadi…….*( for who I will do it)*
Dadi: tumbhi unke tarah baath karraha hai…. *( you are also talking like her)*
Maahi: Kaal tho sahi kahi thina…….*(wt she said is right)*….said with a smile he left from there…..
They all exchanged looks nd left from there…….but Annika’s brain started working very fastly….seeing her expressions….
Shiv: wt r u thinking Annika…..he asked…..
Anni: in donom ko dekhtehi mujeh kuch ajeeb lagrahi hai….aapko bhi aisahi lagraha haina………*( seeing the both I am feeling something ….r u feeling like me….)*
Shiv: yeh donom bilkul……*( they both r just like)*
Anni: bilkul hamare jaise…..right ….*(just like us….right)*
Shiv smiled….
Anni: ek taraf Kaal….aapse kam nahi….aur doosri taraf…..*(one side Kaal….she is just like you…nd another side)*
Shiv: Maahi …just like you….
Anni: like me….no way….he is more than you….whose brother he is?….
Shiv: ohho yaar….leave it ….first tell me wts going on in your mind……
Anni: ek minute …mein abhi aathihu……aap yehi khado…..Kaal aayengitho unko roko…said she left in hurry…..

Shiv: Annikaa…Anni…..uff ….now how to stop Kaal….he didn’t understand …
When he is thinking about it….after few minutes Kaal came there to go to Office….seeing Shiv she said bye….. he came out from his thoughts nd looked her….
Shiv: Kaal….he called….
She stopped and looked at him….
Kaal: wt….do u hv any work with me….
Shiv: haa….no…I mean haan….
Kaal: (with a doubtfull look)….Shiv are u alright….she asked….
Shiv: of course….i am perfect…why are you asking….
Kaal: nothing……I felt something is happened to you before you start the fasting….she said….
Shiv: arrey yaar…nothing like that….wo actually…
Suddenly her phone rang nd asking excuse she picked it up ….
Kaal: haan Mr.Nandan…I will reach by time…yeah…..
When she is talking in the phone …Gauri came there nd saw Shivaay…
Gauri: Bade bhaiyya…wt happened …u r looking tensed…
Shiv: Annika ne Kaal ko rokneko kahithi aur chaligayi….ab innko rokna kaise…….
*(Annika ordered me to stop Kaal nd left….i didn’t understand how to stop Kaal….)*
Gauri: where she went……
Shiv: don’t know……
Gauri: don’t get tention….i am here…don’t fear….she said….
Kaal disconnected the call nd turned to Shiv….
Kaal: okay Shiv….enjoy yourself …..i will go….said she was about to go….
Gauri: Di …jaana jaroori hai kya………….she asked….*(Di…is it necessary to go….)*
Kaal: kabhina kabhi jaanahi hogana….she said……*( I hv to go soon)*..
For her words Shiv looked at her with doubt…she understood nd changed the words…
Kaal: I mean today important meetings are there….so I hv to go…said she turned to leave…
Gauri: wo Di…
Just then Annika came…
Anni: Kaal….she called….
Kaal looked at Annika who came with a juice glass..
Kaal: wt is this nd for whom Annika….she asked…
Anni: you didn’t take any solid intake…so before leaving plz take this juice……you will stay until breakfast time….
Kaal smiled ….
“Annika thanks for your care but I am sorry…I don’t like juices…okay bye”…said
But Annika stopped her…
Anni: one minute…if you don’t like jusice then I will prepare wo esspre…Kaali coffee…just two minutes…
Kaal with a smile…..
Kaal: “mein wo kaalicoffee …mere matlab espresso pina band ki…..anyway thanks for ur concern…its being late..so bye …said she left….
Maahi heard their total convo nd silently left from there….
But Annika, Shivaay nd Gauri were surprised hearing her words….
Shiv: wt I heard is right….he asked with a doubt….
Anni: haan…even I also heard the same na…..she said….
Gauri: me too…..she added….
Anni: wt is happening Shivaay….
Shiv: itni saalonki aadath aise kaise band kee…….*(how is it possible to unfollow the habbit that she hv from years)*..
Anni: kuch tho gadbad hai…..*( something is there)*….she said imitating ACP Pradyuman…
Just came OmRu….seeing their Bhabhi’s action…
Rudy: Annika Bhabhi ….wt happened….
Gauri: wahi hamari samaj mein nahi aarahi hai……she said…*(even we didn’t understand it)*
Om: Wt happened Shivaay….
Shiv: hum jaantha hai ….Kaal ko bachpan sehi espresso pina habit hai……….*( we know that drinking Espresso is one of the habits of Kaal)*
Om: haan…jab wo yaha aayithi….tumhare saath baitke Esspresso pina shuriki…….*( of course….after she came here….she started drinking it along with u)*
Anni: ab wo adaath aise kaise band ki….*( how did she stop that habit right now)*
Hearing it they both were surprised..
OmRu: Haaa!!??
Gauri: now wt to do?….
Anni: Shivaay…now its time to know about ur brother….
Shiv: means….
Anni: just wait …you will come to know ….said she moved from there nd they followed her….
After half an hour….when ShivOmRu entered inside Maahi’;s room….Maahi was surprised seeing them who just came out from the wash room….
Rudy: bhaiyya aap bahar jaraheho….*( bro…r u going out?)*…he asked
Maahi: haan….i am going to Office…kyom?…
Shiv: Office !!??
Maahi: haa Shiv…today we hv to final that deal….he said…
Shiv: oh…that deal….i forgot it….
Maahi: no problem …..i will…
Shiv: just wait for few minutes …I will also come….
Maahi: no need of it….u r doing fasting so stay here nd enjoy ….he said….
Shiv: but u r going alone….he said with an inner fear….
Maahi smiled…
Maahi: don’t worry….nothing will happen to me…I will take care of myself …okay said he patted on Shiv’s shoulder…..by the way wts the matter nd wts that in ur hand….he asked…
Shiv: oh I forgot…actually all r doing fasting but you didn’t…so we prepared breakfast for you….said he showed the dish removing the lid….
Hearing it Maahi’s eyes became wet….
Shiv: (with a little tention) Maahi …wt happened ….your eyes …
Maahi: pareshan math ho jao….aadath nahi haina …koi mere khayal rakhneka…issliye…….*( I didn’t faced this type of care….bass)* ……thanks to you all…..he said….
Hearing his words which hv hidden pain the 3 felt that pain…..Rudy came near him nd hugged…
Rudy: dont say it again…..we all r with you nd will be ….
He smiled…..ShivOm also hugged him….
Rudy: bhaiyya …..hv it….said he tried to feed him….
Maahi: (with a smile) Rudy….i will..
Om: okay….we will sit here….you can carry on….said they sat in the sofa…
Maahi with a smile looked at them nd sat to eat….
Just then his phone rang…seeing the display he picked it up….
Maahi: yeah… I am coming…no need of it….just few minutes I will be there said….he disconnected the call …he stood up nd took his coat …said bye to them he moved…
Rudy: bhaiyya…complete the breakfast….
Maahi: there is no time….i will eat later bye….said he left in hurry….
The 3 were stood with surprise….when Maai left then AniRiMya entered….
Anni: Shiv wt happened….
Gauri: bhaiyya didn’t eat…..said looking at the plate….
Anni: now my doubt confirmed….
They all looked at her….
Anni: Maahi nd Kaal …both doing fasting for each other without noticing others….
Shiv: Annika…its not like that….infact today we hv to final the deal….for that he received the call from the party nd he left in hurry….he said….
Anni: (in mind) still I hv doubt on them….
